Villa Ana sells fast on our site. Villa Ana is situated in a traditional white-stone Dalmatian building on the island of Brac, only a 5 minute walk to the center of Bol and 800 feet from the beach.
All apartments are furnished with Brac's marble and provide views of the surrounding vineyards. Most apartments also have balconies with sea views.
The on-site restaurant serves Dalmatian and international specialties also on the outdoor terrace. The Villa Ana also provides homemade wines, olive oil, Prosecco and Brandy.
Half-board can be booked upon request and includes breakfast and dinner in the restaurant.
The Villa also offers an outdoor swimming pool.
Parking is free of charge at the Villa Ana. The hotel is just a 15 minute drive from the Bol Airport. A variety of restaurants and stores can be found within a short walk of the Villa.

Review 3：We had an amazing stay at Villa Ana! The family that runs it is so sweet and nothing seems to be to much to ask for. Got wine and grapes on arrival and before they dropped us off at the ferry on departure we got coffee and pancakes! They also did our washing for free! The apartment was clean and nice and has an amazing view from the balcony!!

Review 19：We booked for two nights but once we arrived at the apartment, the owner told us that the second night the apartment was already booked. They moved us to another studio, smaller and worst but for free.

Review 22：This family run business has a charm that certainly grows on you. Apartment was on the top floor with beautiful views over the sea to Hvar. Although small, it was adequate for our needs - fantastic air con and the bed and the large sofa bed were both very comfortable; we all slept very well. It was only a 5 min walk to a small beach and there was a train that ran along the road into town and Rat beach. The owners recommended a diving school for us and drove us there twice. Also helped us organise a taxi to Supetar and checked ferry times. We ate in the family restaurant twice; soup was served as a started and the mains were delicious - the Croatian's make lovely pizzas! The main beach has an amazing huge inflatable (£5 for half an hour) although we always got much longer and not to be missed.

Review 23：No cleaning service during the stay. We had to take out our garbage, in 5 nights only once we had our towels changed. The double room is very small (and there are 2 single beds you have to join, blocking the balcony door). In the first we had a lot of ants in the room, coming from tha balcony to the fridge. We announced the staff and they cleaned the room. It was ok after this....but we would appreciate a deepper cleaning....especially a daily one :)

Review 24：We enjoyed the pool a lot, it's clean, and perfect depth for children. Good location, we could walk to the beach. Good dinner. The staff is very helpful. They let us use the barbeque. The villa has a lot of parking places.

Review 25：Only minus was a noisy air conditioning unit in our bedroom which we had to turn off to get a decent sleep.

Review 26：Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful- they even gave us a lift down to the ferry at 6am!!! Also really helpful were the beach towels that Villa Ana provided for guests to use.

Review 27：Peter is the most helpful host of the island. His house is very comfortable, clean and with a beautiful view! He picked us up at the harbour and drove us back to the bus station! Many thanks.

Review 28：WiFi didn't work in the apartment we stayed in. They should not claim that there is WiFi in the whole area. However, the hotel compensated us for this.

Review 30：Pedro and his family who run Villa Ana are absolutely wonderful & their love for their work shines through. Unwavering hospitality from collecting us from the ferry, providing welcome drinks and pancakes to answering our endless questions and doing all they could. We travelled as 2 female friends (in our early 20s) & felt safe and happy during our 3 night stay. We stayed in an apartment with sea view - it was spacious with all the self catering facilities we needed including a sizeable balcony. A road-train at the bottom of the road (on a slight hill) takes you straight to Zlatni Rat for 15 kuna & it's a 10 minute walk to the harbour & local beaches. The walk back to the Villa is uphill so do bear this in mind. Dinner at the Villa is well worth the money! So do look at their menu and take this opportunity. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Villa Ana! We hope to stay again in the not-too-distant future!

Review 31：The rooms were very good but the thing that makes the difference here are the people. The whole family make it their job to look after you. The service was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Lifts to and from the port, drinks and crepes on arrival, help with luggage and when you stay here make sure you eat here at least one night. Delicious home fare with their own wines and olive oil and a bill that will make you embarrassed.

Review 33：We were picked up from Bol bus station and then warmly greeted in Villa Ana with a cold beer. The apartment was comfortable and very cool due to the a/c. Villa Ana had a lovely pool with sunbeds & cushions. We had a very comfortable stay. Bol centre is about a 7-10 minute downhill walk. The walk back uphill is longer & very steep but the views from Villa Ana & in particular apartment 31 are fab.

Review 35：Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. We were welcomed with a cold drink and fresh cake and the room was exactly what we needed. Great facilities and close to a beautiful, less crowded beach.

Review 36：I can't say enough about villa ana. It's family ran and they are the most adorable and welcoming people we have met on our travels. They could not do enough for us. We arrived to crepes and drinks and the hospitality didn't stop there. It was a short walk to the beach but they insisted on dropping us down as it was a hot day. The apartment itself was perfect. Beds were very comfy and it was well equipped. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but would of been more than happy to stay for much longer. We were genuinely sad to leave as the family were amazing hosts. I would recommend villa ana to anyone. Prefect for a family, couple or group of friends. As a group of 5 we all said we would return.

Review 37：It was up a big hill! Not a problem for us but might be for some! Also the noise carried in he building and it was full of very loud kids from early in the morning so not one if you want a quiet stay or a lie in!

Review 39：Sometimes the staff could be a bit pushy. For example, during dinner three different people could ask us two times each how the dinner tasted and if everything was ok. I realize they're just caring but to me it was a bit over the top for me.

Lovely to have he swimming pool and the room was clean and comfortable - fantastic powerful shower that never seemed to run out of water! Dinner in the reataurant was also excellent and very good value.

Review 47：Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights whilst travelling round croatia. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff can't do enough for you. We were picked up and dropped off at the ferry port. Greeted with homemade wine and muffins and was provided with lots of helpful information from Peter about the island. We had our meal here one evening, lovely food for next to nothing. Amazing views from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are wonderful,greeted with home made cakes, red wine and all the info we needed. Shownpersonally to our room, the place is just stunning. The location isgreat and I would recommend anyone to go there, kids, young couples orolder. It's just wonderful! I'm planning to go back.

Review 61：The sound isolation is insufficient, you can hear everything from other appartments. There was also a large group of old Czech women who were excercising by the swimming pool every morning at 7.30 waking everynody up with infantile singing and clapping.

Review 66：Villa Ana is owned by a great family. Their hospitality is absolutly amazing. The whole staff made our holiday absolutely perfect. Try some of their menu and wine for dinner. Cheapest in the area and very delicious. The location is near a nice beach a bit outside of the city center, which was excelent for us. Nice view from the room. This was one of our best holiday and we would recommend Villa Ana to others.

Review 74：Just a little bit disapointed about the cleaning of apartments. The apartments has not been cleaned at all during our stay. And there wasn't anything like vacuum cleaner or mop to clean for ourselves . Also there wasn't hairdryer in our apartments. And the way from the sea to the villa a bit hard as there is about 10 min walk onto a steep hill.

Review 77：We had an excellent holiday in Villa Ana Bol. The members of the owner Family are really nice people, very friendly and helpful. Our apartman was very clean and comfortable. We were above the restaurant, but we had not heard any noise from there. The meals in the restaurant were excellent. The pools were clean, the water had great temperature. I could write many other positive experiences, but no enough space here for it :) We can only recommend this super hotel, and we hope that we can visit again the hotel in the future. A hotel szuper, mindent csak dícsérni lehet. A tulajdonos Család nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Minden tiszta, igényes. A medencék is nagyon jók! Az étteremben az ételek finomak. Csak ajánlani tudjuk a Villa Ana hotelt!!! Reméljük egyszer még visszatérhetünk!

Review 78：Hard to find faults really. Umm. Really struggling here. Maybe the large pan of delicious homemade soup they dropped in to our apartment at teatime on our first day could have had a dash more pepper?

Review 79：Nick and his family couldn't do enough to help us have a brilliant stay - they ferried us to the beach, the kids had pancakes on tap, and the apartment was perfect for a family with small kids - high shelves and rounded corners everywhere! Absolutely great.

Review 80：Staff at the family run hotel offered to pick us up from the Port on arrival into Bol, we were greeted with food and drinks while the location of everything on the island was explained to us, this fantastic service continued all week. Pool is lovely, warm and clean and has great views. Rooms are clean and have all facilities you will need. Wifi throughout.

Review 82：I loved everything, location's great, our room was clean and tidy, beds comfy, wi-fi real and running, but staff was the greatest, very friendly and welcoming, so helpful and they gave us a ride to centre when we were in rush so that we didn't have to walk at noon on 30+ degrees... Review 83：We were there just for a night, we booked at 8pm and arrived in the city at 9.30 and the owner came to pick us up. We loved the place, had a worm welcome :) and the place was nice & clean. Would reccomend it.

Review 84：Unfortunately the apartment interior wasn't as good as the staff. There was no holder for the shower head and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. We had no dustbin in the bathroom and the doors were old and squeaky.

Review 85：The staff at Villa Ana was incredibly friendly. They welcomed us with food and drinks, helped with the luggage. They were always on the spot if we needed something :) The location is very nice, even if it's some minutes walk to the beach. There are nice parking spots in the shade!

The staff are wonderful, the location ten minutes from Bol centre was perfect for us and the personal touch given by the staff each day means we would be happy to highly recommend this hotel to all friends and family.

Welcome drink of homemade white wine and pancakes The best lamb I have ever tasted from local lamb cooked by the family and eaten under the grape vine in the restaurant. Freely flowing homemade white wine, grappa and desert wine not that we can tolerate much. Our view from our apartment overlooking the ocean and the neighbour's vineyard. The fantastic beach five minutes walk away. The family's children running around. Dad Nick who has built up this business for his children. He took us at 7am to the beginning of a track for us to walk up a mountain overlooking Brac. Nothing is too much trouble. We asked for toilet paper and got ten rolls. The entire family works so hard and special thanks to those who prepare the wonderful meals

Review 89：Very friendly and helpful staff, we were taken care of in a most splendid way. Location was great (few minutes walk to Bol city center) and the rooms were big and clean. From our balcony we had a wonderful view of the sea.

Review 94：Upon arrival greeted with a glass of home made wine and pastries, staff were nothing short of excellent and always more than happy to help. They collected us from the harbour and dropped off again after our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a fabulous terrace view. This really was an exceptional apartment for the money.
