Review 1：Children appreciated the garden with the swimming pool, which is quiet although the house is situated near the centre. Everything was very clean. What I liked most was the attitude of our host. She is very welcoming, helpful and nice person.

Review 2：Mattress was old and affected a bit sleep quality.

Review 3：Good location for Haus Monika, close to Hochoetz skiing area, close to shoping center, wonderful Alps mountains. We could get in under 1/2 hour to Kuehtai or Soelden, and off course to Aqua Dome.

Review 4：1. Our host, Monika, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. 2. Our appartment was very good - plenty of space, clean, warm, well equipped with utensils, etc, changes of towels whenever required, ski room, free parking beside the house, sauna, tourist taxes included in the price. 3. For skiing, Oetz is within striking distance of several resorts, a few (Solden and Obergurgl included) being accesible by free bus service. 4. Oetz is also a good base for summer excursions. 5. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased, and would certainly consider going back.
