Review 1：We have payed for room with sea view and it was not with sea view. Small part of the sea was visible only from some corner of the balcony. Hotel is to expensive for what you get.

Review 2：Hotel have good position on the beach. Beach and Sea are perfect.

Review 3：The room despite being recently renovated was impossible to be cleaned by the cleaning stuff due to inappropriate tiles applied on the floor. The management personnel of the hotel were quite hostile and rude, not a sign of hospitality, which is expected to get in a touristic destination, at least. The breakfast was very poor in terms of variety and quality. Very bad value for money.

Review 4：The only positive aspect of this accomodation that can not be named hotel but possibly apart-hotel is the proximity to the beach. The rest is far below the expectations based on advertising the accomodation through booking.com or the site of Akti Toroni. Big dissapointment.

Review 5：The place is perfect for vacation of family with small children. Very quiet and peaceful. The beach is spacious and clean. The hotel is also very clean and has all you need, only in the kitchenette there is no cooking pot. The wifi has fair speed and it is available everywhere even on the beach.

Review 6：Ants in the bathroom, balconies very close to each other with no privacy, rather limited options for lunch (souvlaki, salads, etc.), no dinner - orders until 19:00 (but there are several restaurants within walking distance), not much to do for kids (there is a small entertaining park 15 minutes walk, for some fun for kids in the evenings).

Review 7：Very pleasant family atmosphere, hotel location near the beach (across a small street), excellent sea - clear like a swimming pool! very clean hotel, good facilities in the room, not very crowded beach, very friendly and helpful staff - from reception to cleaning staff, supermarket nearby.

Review 8：We did not like anything except the location. The staff was anything but helpful ! Every day it appeared a new problem in the room , culminating in the last day when our room became flooded.

Review 14：Since it was newly renovated, we had a feeling that it wasn't yet finished. The facade was old and there was construction material in the garden/parking. Mosquito net was old and torn (or in some rooms not present!) The housekeeping needs better management because otherwise the nice feeling of a new place is ruined. Although advertised as boutique hotel, it is not because it needs more renovation work to be classified as boutique. Not too many good quality restaurants around, you need to drive 5 min to Porto Koufo for good restaurants (try "O Psaras"). The beach could be cleaned more thoroughly.

Review 15：The beach and sea were nice and next to the hotel! Excellent location and quality of the sea! Nice, newly renovated rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast area (on the terrace next to the sea), very friendly staff (especially the receptionist Sofia who was very kind and helpful). The beachbar waiter Marcus was also very nice and hardworking. Nice, quiet destination. Overall, nice pleasant vacation which with extended work can be made a perfect destination for holiday.

Review 16：the rooms are a bit crowded if you have a stroller and a baby cot inside the room. There were a few steps that lead to our room so a bit difficult to navigate with a child in a stroller. The beach entrance needs more attention to match the modern style of the hotel.

Review 17：The hotel was just renovated in a modern style with all the details in place. Excellent bed linen, clean and crisp.Very nice kitchenette and bathroom. The foaye breakfast area and the veranda are equipped with gorgeous furniture and details...with beautifull sea views.The renovations were done in such a refined way it satisfied my Dubai taste for luxury accommodation. We had small children and the beach was just across a small street. Breakfast was plentifull. And finally the STAFF very sooooo pleasant with us and meet all our needs during our stay in the hotel. I recommend it highly.

Review 18：- when we arrived at hotel in the evening, no hot water to have a shower - maybe it was a temporary situation; - tap water was yellow/orange, maybe because hotel has been recently re-opened after refurbishing; - toilet at reception is used frequently, needs more often cleaning/replenish toilet paper supply/empty basket; - I found the prices at the beach bar a bit expensive - cappuchino, ice cream etc.; - balconies with no privacy - although balconies are separated, they are so close to each other that one can easily move from one balcony to the other; - not very many international TV channels - just BBC and DW (but it is true it could be worse...).

Review 19：- close to the beach, just across the road; - newly renovated; - polite staff; - nice beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas, - free Wi-Fi, working well; - clean hotel - we stayed only one night, but I understand they clean the rooms every 3 days, cleanness feel might have changed if we stayed more days; - clear sea water, no seawheed, sandy, no stones hurting feet when entering water; - mosquito nets at the balcony door and bath window; - sufficiently spatious room and bathroom.

Review 20：Facilities in the kitchen very poor, but if you ask, they provide what you need. Bathroom need renovation, but we were told that the property is going to be renovated this year which will surely make it excellent place to stay

Review 21：Excellent location and beach, sandy but not with one that sticks crystal-clear water,very pleasant staff, especially front desk man who is very professional, also the bartender from the beach bar,and not to forget cleaning ladies who were very helpful. WI-FI worked properly

Review 23：The room is clean and comfortable. In front of the hotel it has a beach. In general toroni is a perfect place to swim.

Review 24：The bathroom facilities are quite old. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, so I can't really judge their condition. The breakfast is quite simple and boring because it is repeated every second day. The bar food is ok, but nothing special.

Review 26：Difficult to find the hotel (no proper board, GPS takes you to a different location); Kitchen cabinets had a moldy smell; There was no hot water in the mornings; Standing water in the bathroom every time you take a shower; Shower head fell down every time during a shower, once injuring my hand as the shower fell violently because of air in the water pipes; No Wi-Fi, no internet access in the rooms; Even though we had booked a "1 Studio with Side Sea View" there was no view to the sea (turned out because we were on the 1st floor).

Review 28：Our room was for 3 persons but with 4 beds, so it was a bit overcrowded. Poorly equipped kitchen (only one small saucepan, no bottle opener neither corkscrew, no kettle, rusty cutlery...). Breakfast is the same every other day so you have only two dishes during your stay. Boring, believe me. WI-FI is OK only at some public spots, doesn't work in the whole room.

(In Swedish/svenska: Hotellet är något slitet men enligt uppgift från ledningen kommer det att renoveras helt med start direkt efter innevarande turistsäsong 2014).

Review 33：Fantastic location directly in front of the sandy beach, the crystal clear waters of Toroni Bay and free umbrellas and sunbeds belonging to the hotel. Good breakfast included in the price, very polite staff, free wi-fi in the rooms and in the wlole area in front of the sea, free wifi at the nearby restaurants and the cafés, private parking lot, many restaurants around that serve everything from fresh char-grilled fish and meats to all kinds of Greek food specialties, and all this at relatively low prices. Many other superb sandy beaches in the nearby, if one have the possibility to ride around in own car. Great value for money.

Review 43：The only issue, and not the big one, is the fact that there is no inside breakfast area. Not everybody likes sharing food with flies, bees, wasps....

Review 53：poor wi-fi and only in the reception area, although the last 2 days it improved and was also available in the room. the cutlery in the room was rusty and we didn't use it (we didn't ask for another, probably they would replace it), the faucets in the kitchen and the bathroom were old, it was hard to make the showering water the right temperature. the furniture was old but functional. the bathroom could be renovated and the tab was not clean (although they disinfected other parts of the bathroom). there was shower curtain that was too short so the whole floor in the bathroom got wet. the cupboard below the kitchen sink smelled like mold. the balcony was good in size, but the chairs and table could be cleaner. the TV was very small. room was cleaned and towels were changed every second day. all in all not that bad, but could be improved, especially considering value for money. they promised to renovate for next year, so if they do, we might go there again.

Review 54：Perfect location, extremely friendly staff, good towels and bed linen. Staff were outstanding, they reacted within minutes to every request we had. breakfast is every day the same, but nice. the sunbeds are free of charge, but you need to order a drink. beach is very nice and clean.
