Review 1：Elaine greeted us and made us welcome. She asked what we would like for breakfast, and next morning it was ready for us in the spotlessly clean dining room, plus a home made and delicious spiced fruit compote. The room was clean and comfortable and the view of the sea was as stated.
Review 2：Very welcoming host, made us a cuppa upon arrival, nice warm clean room with everything that you'd need. Nice comfortable bed, and a lovely breakfast.
Review 3：Was a bit cold at night, but what do you expect in a lovely old house in January on the North Norfolk coast?! Elaine says she'll get some king size 15 tog duvets. Other than that, what's not to like!

Review 7：A lovely welcome, good location and clean b&b. Me and my boyfriend stayed just one night and the host was very hospitable. The breakfast was also lovely and overall it was cosy and comfortable.

Review 16：Lovely comfortable room, situated at the front of the house looking out over a quiet road. Small en-suite but didn`t cause any problems. Lots of hot water and good fluffy towels. Dressing gowns also provided which was good. Excellent breakfasts with a good menu choice, particularly liked the home made comporte and preserves. The walk to town took about 10 to 12 minutes depending on how fast you walk !!
