Review 1：The recepcionist wanted to keep one of the passports till the check out i find it very rude towards customers. They can make a copy of it like in every other hotel or block an amounth as pre provision

Review 3：One black spot was the lack of proper internet -- slow and, at times, unavailable in the rooms. The management said they are woriking on fixing that, though.

Review 4：If you are looking for loud parties and around-the-clock activities, then this hotel is not for you. HOWEVER if you are looking for a quiet place and relaxing vacations by the seaside, this would be an excellent choice. Right between the busy villages of Hanioti and Polychrono, this is a quiet refuge. Nicely built, it has a big clean swimming pool that you could spend all your vacations and not complain. However the nearby beach (400m walk), although not one of the major beach attractions of Halkidiki, is still excellent for a refreshing swim. The hotel has large comfortable rooms, kept spotlessly clean (along with the rest of the hotel). In factm if you want to sleep in late, you can ask the management to clean the rooms at some other time than usual, and they will try to oblige. The hotel and rooms are quiet at night, partly owing to the good build and insulated windows. Breakfast is server 8:30-10:00, and it is fresh, varied, and plentiful. Perhaps they could use another coffee machine with more varieties, but that's minor. They serve both the usual fare, and local specialties, and you can eat your fill -- in fact it was so heart that we skipped lunch most of the times. Bathroom had a shower stall, with hydro-massage installation. This worked, but we did not use it much ourselves. All in all, a perfect romantic quiet place to stay. When we visit the Hanioti area again, we know where to stay! Thank you!

Review 10：The pool area looks slightly outdated. The lights system in the bathroom needs some readjustments. While the wall to the bathroom is made of glass, the lights went off automatically only after around 10-15 minutes, which can get annoying at night. Please reset!

Review 11：Looks like a small resort, with beautifully renovated rooms. Loved the that the hairdryer was next to the mirror in the room, where you can sit on a chair at a table, instead of the classic bathroom approach. Ironing machine in the closet. Positioned at 2 minutes away by car to a natural sandy beach with clear waters and plenty of small fish. Also close to Afitos, charming and very animated old Greek village - great shopping area :)

Review 15：The hotel is Wifi is terrible. Breakfast starts at 8.30am which was late. Also, breakfast is very poor and every day the same. The only vegetables olives. If you do not come exactly at 8.30 am probably will not find croissants or juice

Review 20：There is no wifi in rooms, even though we mentioned to the staff, there was no signal in the room. Also in the general area, internet but very slow. The breakfast was on the base if you come first you will eat. If you come an hour late there is only half the food. There was only one person tending to the buffet and everything went very slow.

Review 22：Breakfast could be more diversified but all in all it was ok for a 5 night stay. The closest good sandy beach is pretty far, you have to go to the one near Port Marina or Paliouri Beach. Rest of the beaches have rocks.

Review 26：We had a great stay, although the weather was not on our side. The room was big and cleaned every day, the sea view was beautiful. Everyone from the staff was really friendly. The near situated beach is a great place for snorkeling, when the water is clear. The hotel is close to Chanioti (around 2km) and offers a free shuttle bus to drive you there.

Review 27：We had to walk up a steep incline to get to our room. The food wasawful, flies buzzing around uncovered food. We were unable to get alight meal outside of the times listed, although having seen the food atbreakfast, we wouldn't have eaten at the hotel. Think the shuttlebus should also have taken guests to Polychrono as well as Hanioti.

Review 28：The view from the room was excellent, sea view, private balcony. Thestaff were very welcoming, always helpful. There is a shuttle bus fromthe hotel to Hanioti, but not to Polychrono. A taxi is 5 euros intoPolychrono, not a big expense and you will be at the beach in 5 minutes.All sun loungers free, all you need to do is purchase a bottle of water1 euro or any other drink or food you would like. The service from therestaurants is excellent, all the staff smiling, going out of their wayto help. Portions extra extra large!

Review 31：The only con was the wifi - because the hotel is consisted of three buildings, only the main one with the lobby has internet. However, we went to spend the days on the beach and nights in the towns nearby - 5 mins with car or by the free shuttle from the hotel, so we didn't need internet that much.

Dinner was very good, as well - we paid additional 7.50 Euro for person and you can choose between some salads, meat and vegetables - compared to restaurants' prices in Greece it was perfect for us. The rooms - cleaned daily and very good looking. Beds - queen-sized and comfortable, fridge and AC were free for use, although it was said they should be paid additionally. Our room had great sea view - quite and sunny.We had a great experience and definitely recommend the hotel !!!

Neighboring villages are really close (5-8min drive) so the location is also nice. If you don't have a car they offer free shuttle bus to Hanioti.

Review 43：Don't be fooled by the "350m to beach" claim. There is no beach close by. The nearest beach is 4km away. Not so good location if you don't have a car, there is nothing close by. The Wi-Fi reception is close to no existent. In the lobby there is reception but the speed is so slow so we gave up.

Review 47：Two little shampoo bottles and a piece of soap for three days were not enough. Although we left the empty bottles in a clearly visible spot, the housekeeper did not renew them. Breakfast was mediocre - it could be better. The hotel complex is made up of a few separate buildings of 2 storeys located on a sloppy hill. We had the room at the top of the hill and carrying the suitcases up the hill and then up the stairs was tiring.

Review 48：Good location if you have a car. Towns Chanioti, Kalithea and Afytos are 3-15 min. away. New, modern and comfortable rooms. Clean room with a lot of light... The owners are a nice couple who are very kind and friendly. There is enough parking space for your car even if the hotel is fully occupied.

It has great parking and is perfect for visitors who have a vehicle, as there is a small drive to the towns (6-7 min) as well as the beach. There are no restaurants or shops nearby, everything is in the towns, but if you have a vehicle, you will have no problems. We had no problems with parking in the towns.
