Review 1：Bed was rock hard. When complained they put an extra bed sheet but it did not help. No tea inside room.

Review 2：20 mins to beach and 20 mins to Bol by walk. Right in the center. Nice breakfast. Dinner is okay.

Review 3：Front desk staff wasn't super friendly and didn't even ask how our stay was. Bathroom needs some work on tiles and a decent hair dryer would be a benefit.

Review 4：Great bargain at this time of year including breakfast. Upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Great breakfast and lunch. Nice to sit by the pool although it was too cold to swim. Beautiful location. Housekeeping staff were very nice and efficient.

Review 10：The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but they need to be updated.

Review 11：Beautiful location in the pine wood close to the beach with crystal clear water. 10 min. walk to Bol and 15 min. to Zlatny Rat beach. The entertainment staff was very friendly, a lot of sports were offered, we had a lot of fun. The breakfast was great and worth 4*, there were a lot of choice and everything was very tasty. Take half board with no doubts, we had a dinner once and it was also very good.

Review 12：Unfortunately, staff isn't that friendly, the rooms were cleaned inaccurately (the room service girl several times put the blanket on my clothes for no reason). The rooms have to pass some renovation. Overall the hotel looks more like socialist era one with few modern improvements.

Beaches although pebbles we're all really clean with the only downside being the sea getting quite deep quite quickly so our 4 year old had to keep armbands on. Other than that great place

I had added in the notes that a child was coming with me and I added it in my reservation and when we got their the notes were clearly ignored, we were charged extra for a cot bed and a balcony (which was not good) - reception staff were very unhelpful and we got 2 single beds put together. I t was very expensive for the standard of hotel it was and we were charged 100 euro for a tiny bag of laundry. We had to really battle to get our charges reduced and that was very stressful.

Review 32：Good location, right by the beach. The rooms are nothing fancy, but everything was clean and the hotel has good staff. Free parking. I got a good price, so value for money was great.

Review 33：The pillows were lumpy but able to sleep on ok. The rooms and bathrooms a little tired and old. Two guys serving dinner were creepingly hitting on us and the other woman. 20kn for a tiny water out mini bar when i was in 5***** they were only 18kn. Club completely empty but not high season.

Access to neighbour hotel for spa and cocktail bars etc great! Can charge on room most places. Island nice and quiet with lovely places to go and have a drink at night.

Review 35：The location was excellent nestling in the pine trees next to the most famous beach in Croatia Zalti Rat .The Borak hotel beach bar and restaurant was excellent.We can recomend the luch.The beech has good wc facilities and changing area.Ideal for an active or relaxing holiday .We will be returning.

Review 51：When I originally made a booking with booking.com - I was sent an email to upgrade to a "sea side" room for extra $100 for 7 days so I did - be nice to have a room with a view. When I checked in I was given a room with a view of the car park - I went back to reception and advised that I had made a booking with a "seaside" upgrade. She stated at least 3 times you can't see the sea only trees. I said for an extra $100 per week I would rather look at trees than a carpark as she was determined at the time that there was no "sea view". After 30 minutes she eventually changed the room and lo and behold I got a room with a "sea view" in the background and nice trees instead of a car park view.

The rooms are clean, renovated, cosy. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect in a nice pinetree forest just a minute walk from the pebble beach with clean turquoise water. The hotel is 10 min walk from the village of Bol, which has a lot of cosy restaurants and bars.

When we pointed out that we made a reservation for a kingsize bed, the receptionist was unresponsive and at first unwilling to solve the problem. It took us 15 minutes of complaining when she finally gave in. - Very loud cleaning early in the morning.
