Review 1：we loved the idoor whirpool and pool, as we travelled in october and the wheather was not good we had even a great time, due to the great spa area, very clean and great due to the sea water!!

All just a 10 minute walk to Zlatni Rat, the best beach in all Croatia - what more could you ask for?! Also, the girls at reception were wonderful, I had a banging headache and they saved me with Neofen! I will return to Bol and when I do I will definitely be back to Elaphusa

Review 9：Ther was a fair amount of noise disturbance late at night from other guests returning to their rooms, there wasn't much noise insulation from having a closed bedroom door!

Review 10：I enjoyed the hotel facilities such as the fantastic pool, especially the outside one. The restaurant was great serving up a lovely breakfast and I also chose to have dinner there as there was a wide variety of dishes to suit my vegetarian diet. This was at a cost of only 120 kuna ( about £12). The staff were fantastic and very helpful and friendly. I changed my room on arrival because I was disappointed by the lack of view from the first room, this was done with no problems and the staff on reception did their best to help me. I was very happy with the next room they gave me.

Review 21：I come here because i see in offer we have animation team for children but when my wyfe want to take few minutes the children in miniclub the girl say its not for all children its only for french children!! Shame on you! when you come in my country this situation its unacceptable! my children make two times stomacal indigestion after drink your milk. the food its industrial and plastic and repeat all the day , in bol area have many traditional prosciuto but i dont see to hotel, the stuff of reception desk its little impolite and not respect the strangers people, the stuff of pool bar its great, the animation team its poor and not professional, the bad its incomode and the room need quickly refurbished. the view of the pool area its amazing but its not enough for 4 star hotel !!

Review 22：Since we were traveling with a small child and the temperatures during the summer in Croatia can reach 38 degrees Celsius it was a priority to be close to the beach. Hotels facilities in general made our stay very comfortable. The hotel staff was the best part, they were very friendly and helpful, we felt like at home. Our daughter Anna sends kisses to Matea and Doris from the restaurant ( great food for the value ).

Review 23：Some rooms need renovation. We were unhappy what we found the first day however this was resolved by a Manager and we have received another room with everything functioning. So at the end was OK.

Review 49：My husband and I have visited this hotel for business and pleasure every year for the past 8 years .We love the great location . The staff are excellent . The hotel is very clean .The food is good . My husband plays tennis in the world class tennis centre attached to the hotel and has regular tennis lessons and I swim in the pool and sea . The Spa is excellent but you may need to book due to demand .The walk into Bol along the promenade and through the pine trees is beautiful.

Review 53：I stayed at Elaphusa with a friend and it was a lovely relaxing break. Probably more suited to families and couples though however because it was such a short walk into the main town of Bol we were easily able to find people of our own age.

Review 54：- the wifi in our room didn't work at all - the carpets were dirty and stained both in our room & in the halls - the smallest bathrooms we've ever seen - having 10kg overweight I wouldn't fit into the space. You also need to be cautious not to fall into toilet when coming our of bath tube :-) - when trying to avoid air cond. and tried to sleep by open window, the noise coming from outside kept waking us up whole night... the motorbikes made extreme noise! (we had window at the hotel's main car entrance, where there is a slope. So you can imagine the motorbikes' engine noise when going uphill.) - the bowling, virtual golf and other so highly rated hotel amenities are all paid!!! (hotel SPA price list not mentioning) - hotel Bar didn't have proper tea to offer (except of a total low-cost brand) nor a proper tea cup. So I ended up with buying my own tea in local supermarket and giving it to the waiters while making order. - it is a Family hotel, so children are all over the place, making mess during breakfast etc.. Afterall we found out that for that price we could have had a luxurious spacious apartment all for ourselves in state of extremly small room (literally there was no place to put our suitcases to, we had to put one on balcony) and this hotel level.

Review 55：- the hotel's is situated about 15 min walk from the famous beach Zlatni Rat - the hotel's personnel seems to be well trained - very polite - we've seen them dealing with many pissed off clients every day, facing the clomplaints all the time (most of the guests were very disillusionized after arrival just like us

VERY VERY BAD We had basically to had 20k per bottle (at least 2) on the 120k per person we already paid. Review 59：The hotel is very big and therefore you don't feel the crowd. It has all the structures and facilities you may need and is exactly next to the see and by walking distance from the famous beach and from the town. Staff was all nice (except few waiters of the restaurant - the old guy was not nice) The room was large and had plenty of towels and large beds. Large bathroom. We used booking.com promotion to have a dinner in the restaurant. The quality and variety of food was good (nothing exceptional though) and the chefs were very nice and available to cook us some veggie pasta for us.

Should transform it into a pizzaria better serving type of clientele.- WIFI not in rooms, only on balconies and public places do to transmitters being outside - Room categories with sea view a bit misleading, had booked sea view (only possibility) but was looking onto the oposite building facade. The staff was friendly in changing the room to real sea view mid stay. Then all was great.
