Review 1：you don't know what apartment exactly you are going to accommodate as the Adria is actually the agency

Apartment was clean and well stocked with necesary appliances. Towels changed every 2 days.Air con a necessity and a welcome relief during the night. Good access to wifi and even had a bookcase in lobby with books you could exchange. Everything needed for a restful time.

Review 10：One of the best apartments I've ever stayed (Villa Vespera). Employees in Adria Apartments are extremely polite; they transport you to accommodation when you arrive in Bol and also drive you after the check-out.The supermarket is near.

Review 11：Two VERY minor things - 1, I did miss having a full length mirror somewhere. Especially the females among us really feel a bit lost without one! 2, the WiFi seemed a bit intermittent, and rarely worked on the balcony. However, I wasn't actually expecting wifi so this didn't bother me too much.

Review 12：Was really impressed and happy with this. For the money, I was not sure what to expect but I was very positively surprised! The check in was pleasant and prompt with friendly staff who drove me to the apartment and carried my case. The quality of the apartment was great! Pretty much everything you could need, super clean, perfect for 1 or indeed a couple! Beautiful view from the balcony and great location.

Review 14：The free wifi quality wasnt good. I would recommend the concerned people to start room service once daily as well as I didnt get any service. The wifi username and password shall be clearly displayed in each appartment as I only got to use it on my smartphone that they had used to sign in but I wasnt given the password and hence couldnt use my laptop to connect. Upon asking for password, I got a wrong one. I also recommend having an intercomm facility to call the adria main office in each appartment as I was traveelling from some other country and couldnt use my cell phone and had to visit the office even for any small problem.

Review 17：We've stayed in Ana2. We payed only 90euro for 4 nights for 2 people at the beginning of September. View from all three balconies was spectacular (better from the seaside). It's not far from the city cetre and beach and even in the middle of sunny, hot day way up is ok. In the kitchen we found all equipment we needed, easy to prepare every meal you can think of. Bathrooms (3) were clean and spacious. Supermarket was really close, just down the same road. Pretty excellent value for the money we payed!

Review 18：Bol is located in a 30 minutes drive from the port Sumartin. I was informed by Adria tour staff that there is a local bus. In fact when we arrived it was not any bus, which was stopped a week ago and that caused us troubles, in order to find out how to get to the town. From Adria tour office was not aware about this change, in order to let us know in advance or to offer some help. Then the apartment given to us, was without balcony and with less facilities in comparance with my booking reservation. After my refuse to stay in this apartment, complains and lost of time, we were checking-in in the only other apartment left, at least with balcony, but located far from the spot showed in my booking reservation. They have tried to explain that this spot responds to the location of their office, which means that when you make your booking, reviewing the appartments you don't know ecxactly where they will be located.

Review 19：The apartment was with a balcony ( based on my reservation), and I like it. The bathroom was new and clean. Because of the landscape of the island, the road from the apartment to the centre (10 min on food) was steep and with steps.

Review 20：the only problem was, that our appartment was on the hill so we had to go up - but Bol is all on the hill :) so we had to have more physical activity than we planned.

Review 21：We had really great time there, Appartment was clean, we have also got clean towels in the middle of our holiday there. Staff were really nice and friendly. We had in the price also a card with which we could park near zlatni rat beach for free. Also accomodation of small kitchen was perfect. I recommend this appartment to other guests.

Review 23：We were in Lidija 3 apartment on Splitska street. Little bit far from main Bol beach Zlatni rat but there is free parking for Adria guests and we prefer beaches around Sveti Kriz anyway. Apartment was great, with both balcony and terrace on opposite side of the building, so we could choose according to sun and wind.

Review 26：The appartement was really clean but anyway we got a lot of ants in the kitchen and some cockroaches in the bathroom ( before even buying any food ). Booking.com doesn´t say the address belongs to the agency and you can be accomodated anywhere in Bol - a roulette system.

Review 27：Only few minutes walk to the city centre, 10 minutes walk to the beach ( not Zlatni Rat, that´s a bit more ), clean, good wifi connection, air condition.

Review 28：I wasn't aware it was Adria apartment only inform u where the location you will be staying until you checked. So all along I thought we were staying somewhere between the town centre and the beach but we were actually staying at the other end of the centre. Bol is small so either way you can walk 15 min to the centre by down hill.

Review 29：The apartment that we stayed is well equipt from washing machine, clips to hold the clothes, full cutlery set, pots and pans... It also got a nice balcony which u can see a bit of the ocean however there was a lot of mosquito so we had to buy insect repellent.

Every need was attended to (e.g. asked an extra socket cable, asked a double key - all answered on the same day). Clean, change towels every 3 days, perfect view of the sea from the balcony, close to center.

We got appartment Belizmanovic 1, which bathroom+toiled could compete for the world smallest - its about 2 sq meters all together. There's TV, but is installed in the kitchen instead of the bedroom. Stools in the kitchen too uncomfortable to relax and watch tv.

Review 39：Relative close to the town center (about 10 minutes walk), and about 20 minutes walk to Zlatni rat beach, about 10 minutes to the first beaches. Beautiful sea view from the apartments balcony.

Review 40：The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was also in a great location and surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and a two minute walk from the beach.

Review 41：the apartment was brand new, well located and seafront. There's a very nice walk to reach the main beach and we couldn't be more satisfied! I really recommend this place! It will see us again next year!!

Review 42：Adria is an agency, the adress is not that of the appartment We had specifically chosen an appartment for 5 with one double bed in one room and 3 single beds in the other, and paid more for it, but we were given an appartement with 2 double rooms and a coach in the living room, for which we did not even have enough sheets! When asking for an explanation, we have been told that this is standard for 5, there are not enough appartments of the type we had chosen! Thus do not pay more to have a 3-bed room, you're not sure to have it! Moreover, we were supposed to have a view of the sea, which was not the case.

Review 43：The appartment was clean and renovated, the location was nice and quite calm.

Review 44：Not enough equipment in kitchen. For example only one wine glass. Adria has apperently many appartments in town. Make sure you check the address. Our place was good, but far (3-4 km) from Zlatni Rat beach, which was unexpected.

Review 50：A minor gripe. At one restaurant there was a waiter who was clearly suffering from a cold who wasn't coping with it very well and shouldn't have been in work especially as he was putting the finishing touches to pizza orders. (Not ours though!)

Review 51：The resort was fantastic, great restaurants and bars and it felt very safe, the people were friendly and the place was very clean. The views and the sea were amazing and I will definitely be coming back again. The food and wine were of a very high quality and good value for money. I hope that Croatia manages to stay out of the euro zone as I think it could affect the value for money aspect of the region. Its the Kuna for me!

Review 52：Poor maintenance of apartment. AC faulty (was fixed), only 1 working ring on hob for cooking with family of four, wall in kids room damp, very low quality chairs. One sofa so we couldn't all sit together to relax. Wifi constantly unstable. No bed change for 10 days.

Review 54：We were five friends travelling so we had booked one 2 bedroom apartment and one standard room. They put us up in two different apartments away from each other and so we couldn't be together. When I booked they showed us a sea view apt but both our apartments had no view at all .

Review 65：Great view, the people from Adria are really nice and helpful. the location was good, walking distance from a beach and the port. the village of Bol is really charming especially the west area. Through Adria you get discount on a boat location.

Review 66：We selected the apartment based on the pictures and location available on the website. However, what we got was worse, although we paid the same amount.Even the price list in the room showed lower prices than what we paid (70 euros difference) and when we complained to the staff they told us they had made a mistake with the list in the room (as if we were retards to believe) and that we should had checked-in earlier to get something better (???). The parking is in a public place, which means you never know when you return if you will have a place where to park. I will complain to booking.com because these cheaters refused to reimburse me with anything and they were very arrogant.

Review 67：Bol is a really nice place, both the city center and Zlatni Rat beach were far above our expectations.

Review 68：Studio apartment with balcony is a ground floor room which looks on to a car park. The room is also next to the family who service the apartments room who were extremely noisy late in the evening and early in the morning. Adria apartments emailed us to say that they would pick us up at 1030am and didn't show up, we waited 30 mins and they didn't show up. We then ended up walking in the mid day sun with all of our luggage. Only stay here is you are willing to hike up the hill to your room and don't mind early wake up calls.

Review 70：Check in location has very little parking which makes it difficult. Perhaps if the company told you your apartment address and had you meet a representative there it would be less hectic. Also, due to it being a large company and having to clean so many apartments, the check in time is later than usual (4PM), which results in a wait to use your apartment that you are paying for.

Review 71：As previously reviewed, the Booking.com address is their office, not your apartment, but the apartment we got was on the East edge of town, which we liked because we prefer to stay away from the busy areas. The apartment had the basics but nothing special.

Review 72：They are very good and excellent service, bringing clean touls and bedsheets. When we left the apartment we did not have to clean they took care of that.

The location advertised here is not where your apartment will be, as I mistakingly thought, so just be weary of that as our apartment was a bit of a walk from the main town area of Bol, however we didn't really mind that. But just good to know!

The restaurants are very nice especially the first restaurant on the left after the konzum. The main beach zlatni rat was about a 25 minute walk but it's a shaded walk with lots of market stalls and photo points.

Location was not that much different but a little further from beach than we planned with little kids. Wifi only worked relatively close to the router.

Review 92：Although everything is close by in Bol, the apartment we got was up a hill and it was quite a tough climb.The shower soaks the entire bathroom and there wasn't enough hot water for 2 showers. The wifi tended to cutout as well.

Review 100：Nice apartment with washing machine and a big balcony with a nice view. Very helpful staff that will pick you up and drive you to the apartment. Discount on renting car or bikes, and one restaurant. 3 km beach promenade to Zlatni Rat, there you can enjoy the beach and water activities. A great stay for almost nothing at all, we paid about 160 Kuna per night (great discount).

Review 101：The owners are a local tor company, it is worth asking for a pick up from the harbour or look out for them on arrival as it is about a twenty minute walk with luggage otherwise to their main office.

Review 103：Please be wary that Adria Apartments is in fact a travel agency operating several accommodations across Bol. The location on the map is where the reception is located, not the actual location of the apartment. Also the pictures you see might not accurately reflect the place you'll be staying at. The apartment we were initially assigned to didn't correspond to the facilities as per our booking. The staff moved us to a different apartment but it still didn't quite meet what we expected.

Review 106：Beware of the rating of the apartments. We booked a threestar one a at first we were taken to an apartment which appeared to maximum be a twostar rated place. But as we complained we directly got another (newbuilt) one. Lovely service and superior people at tje agency.

Review 108：As other posters say this is the location of offices rather than the actual apartment, but we were offered an apartment in the centre of town so that was great for us! It was super cheap so we were happy, though definitely a budget option

Review 109：I would just like to comment that apartments are not at the location which is provided on Booking (they are all over the town). Anyway we were lucky that we could arrange to get the Vila for extra payment (with discount) which was closer to Zlatni Rat as the 5 bedroom apartment which we booked was on the other side of the city.

This however was the only bad thing to say about the place and I wouldn't want 1 member of staff to put anybody off staying with Adria apartments.

Really close to the town and only a 15 min walk (which is a nice walk along the sea with other beaches to stop at) to the famous zlatni rat beach. Great great value for money!!!

Review 133：Very green and quite island, nice town, very good beach, green nice promenade along the sea-shore! Boongalo is small but comfortable and not expensive! Adria Tours services staff are very helpful, they propose interesting trips and other activities. There are many opportunities for bicycling, wind-surfing and knite-boarding studies etc. - there are several schools for beginners nearby! Appartments are very well located between the old town and Zlatny Rat beach!

Review 136：Booking.com shows 45 photos of the various Adria apartments around Bol. All of the apartments in these photos are lovely, bright and modern, therefore I was expecting a really nice apartment. These photos are totally misleading. Our apartment was very dark, dated, old fashioned and in need of serious renovation. Out of the 45 photos on Booking.com, our apartment does not feature once. The air con is only in the kitchen, therefore the bedrooms stay very warm. The cutlery was not clean enough to be used so we bought our own. The shower head was broken, there was water spraying out of the sides of it. Very unimpressed.
