Review 1：No hair drier in the bedroom and limited parking.
Review 2：Very obliging given our very early starts and late nights for Ironman Austris. They made up a very substantial breakfast for us with a friendly note of encouragement beside it!

The food in the Hotel Glocknerhof you would be lucky to get in any 5star hotel .A visit to the Pumpe bar in nearby Klagenfurt is an experience not to be missed ,
Review 16：During a two night stay in this hotel I was subject the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel. In brief: the tap in the bathroom was damaged when I checked in (it was no longer fixed securely to the wash basin), however as it could still be used I didn't bother to complain to the staff. On the morning I checked out I was absolutely disgusted by the manner in which the woman at reception (I believe she may have been the owner) blatantly accused me of having broken the tap. She insinuated that as I hadn't reported it that I must have caused the damage. She even tried to add the repairs costs to my bill. She was extremely discourteous and rude in how she spoke to me. There are many other hotels in Pörstchach, I would advise you to choose another hotel where the management know how to treat their guests courteously and do not make unfounded accusations against their customers or try pass off maintenance costs onto the customer. Other notes on the hotel: Rooms: sparsely furnished, clean and basic Beds : mattresses very hard. Bed linen had seen better days. Towels : seemed very old and rough (almost like sand paper) Noise: rooms near the lift were loud - the lift itself is old and makes lots of noise when it's in use. TV: an out-dated small set mounted on the wall. Picture was jumpy and of poor quality (only German language channels available). Breakfast: good quality and good selection for the hotel category (continental style only). Parking: is included but limited to approx 8 -10 spaces Wifi: only available on the ground floor
