Sun Residence is surrounded by pinewoods on a sandy beach. Apartments have a bedroom and a living-room/kitchen area .They all have spacious balconies with sea and forest views and are tastefully decorated.
Sun Residence can organise car and bike rental, plus boat cruises and excursions. Transfer from and to the airport can be organised for an additional charge. A babysitter can be booked upon request.
The nearby village, Polichrono, has supermarkets, bars, café and plenty of shops and restaurants, and is just 1,650 feet from Sun Residence.

Review 1：The only thing that is a small issue with the hotel is the Wi-fi reception in the rooms, but that is ignorable

Review 2：Everything is perfect. The location is great, just a short walk from the city, you have an perfect private beach next to the hotel. Sunbeds available, umbrellas, everything you need in one place. The owners are one of the kindest people I have ever met. If you want to go in a great hotel with excellent privacy and an excellent location. than this is the hotel to go to! If we ever go to Polykhrono again, we are coming back to this place again.

Review 3：Wifi very poor Beach near the hotel rather hard to use as it was full of rocks (better to go to the main beaches in Polihronos which are about 1 km away)

Review 5：We booked this place thinking We would experience a reasonable residence . Given we paid five star city rates over peak season ! We really did not expect 5 star premises or service .However we did not imagine everything would be so poor ! Expensive ,no sea views as advertised ,No water pressure ! No hot water ! wifi that does not work ! no cleaning ( even though is was supposed to be done daily ) bad smells from bath room !! TV not working . I could go on and on ! Will definitely not return

Review 12：The beach was very close - but had more smooth rocks than sand. Would prefer a more sandy beach. There is no continental breakfast - you're on your own.
