Review 1：The bed is old and noisy, the matress not very comfortable. For 1 or 2 night might not be a problem , but for more..........
Review 2：Breakfast, place in the centre of the city, helpfull stuff, very very clean.
Review 3：Our room was on the second floor and it and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. The curtains, the carpet and the bed cover all had smoke residue. We had the window open all night which helped a great deal to air the room. Non smoking rooms or floors would help.

Review 7：Very old rooms, old carpet,very hard beds. Swe had 2rooms-one smelled like cigarettes. Bathrooms are horrible. Shower stall is bad, very tiny, horrible folding shower curtain. You can't take shower w/o getting water all over bathroom floor and then the bathroom is wet the rest of thr day. Hotel lobby looks nice but rooms are very dated and old.
Review 8：Location is great. AC worked well. Breakfast was good,nice seating, fair spread of breads/baked goods/coffee. Provided great pack n play for babies wirh pillow, sheet & blanket. Rooms have fridge-big plus with children! Had room with water view...it was a tiny balcony with busy to table and 2 chairs but nice.
Review 9：The view from my room balcony was stunning, the room comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. It was also handy for the bus station and the port.
Review 10：The only thing i would like to mention here, is the fact they do not accept AMEX. I was lucky enough to remember the PIN of my VISA which I rarely use.

Review 12：Asked for non smoking room , room stunk of cigarette smoke !!!! someone had even smoked in the lift ,and it could only accommodate 4 people . (And a packet of fags . )

Review 14：Very tough bed, no common areas, drainage problem in the shower (water was not going down the drain), very tough towels, old furniture and very old fashioned decoration, carpet which looked dirty. Bad smell in the room.
Review 15：Very convenient location, close to the city centre and the shopping area. Very good wifi. Very nice view from the balcony. Easy check in and check out. No hairdryer in the room, however we were provided with one from the very kind lady at the reception.
Review 16：I arrived late after taking the ferry and was relieved to see a friendly face. The room was good, clean and otherwise basic. Breakfast was okay, and the staff was very helpful in directing me around town. The hotel is on the main street, about two blocks from the bus station.
