Review 18：We liked everything about this hotel, from the nice warm welcome we got when we first walked in - being offered a drink and given a mask for us to get in the mood for the Patra Carnival. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Having complimentary fruit and a large bottle of water already in the fridge is a great touch, especially after a 3.5 coach journey from Athens. The room was stunning to look at, and immaculately clean. When the only down fall is having a bed so comfortable you don't want to leave it, you know you're staying at a great hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when I next return for the carnival.

The luxurious room was spacious and tastefully designed with self catering facilities. The bed was so comfortable it was difficult to wake up from. Very clean, recently renovated in a minimal type style, the staff were fantastic, the breakfast seemed to have most things - freshly squeezed orange juice for example, mugs for the coffee and tea. Great wifi. I can't fault it from the point of view of the hotel itself

Review 25：They really good.. I drove 3 hours and terribly tired, but when I arrived at the hotel all worry and tiredness instantly passed. CityLoft has private parking, there is no problem with places. At the reception were very nice and pointed really good places where you can go and especially to eat.. thank you for it!. The rooms are very comfortable, thanks for unexpected present from CityLoft. Wine and fruits after long drive was super good... and thanks for breakfast .. it's just a masterpiece... very tasty .. Definitely, next time when I come in Patra I'll stop in CL.. thanks again.

Review 38：Not the hotel's fault but the new port was not in our guide book so we had an adventure finding the hotel when we got off the ferry from Bari. The hotel is no longer walking distance from that ferry.

However, again, the best part of our stay was the amazing staff. I strongly recommend the CityLoft, and Patras is a great City... worth more than just a stop over.

Review 91：Staff was great. The girl at the reception was the best personnel I have ever encountered. She took great care of us and our baby. Very positive person and always eager to help. She also brought wine as a welcome present. In the room there was also a food plate waiting for us. Mini bar was quite affordable. The room was decorated really well and it was quite large. Parking right next to the hotel. Small hotel so it was really quiet. They give you the owner's phone number in case something goes wrong after 11:00 when the reception is closed. Great location. I truly advise this hotel to everybody.
