Review 2：Close to the center.Many facilities around.Well shaped rooms with possibility to switch on private tv broadcast,friendly staff,simple but good breakfast...because my dog got pow's painfull i asked to stay one Day again.good value for money overall.

Review 3：The automated check-in does not accept American Express credit cards, so we needed to arrive before the receptionist left. We called and the person at the reception told us that after 8:00pm nobody would be there. We hurried to make it by 8:00pm only to see that the receptionist was supposed to stay there till 9:00pm. The person in the reception lied to us.

Review 4：The room was plain but was in OK shape and at least had air-conditioning (a rare thing in France).

Review 12：About 4 hours before my flight time, at the departure day, I asked thelady at reception, to call me a taxi to the airport; she did it but withsome relutance; I was told by another receptionist, at arriving day,that there where the taxis telephone numbers at the hotel, beeing so, anormal procedure, call a taxi to the client (there is any othertransport between airport and Rodez). Because it was sunday the lady, atthe departure day, advised me - like a teacher to a student (I am ateacher!..and I was a customer!.) being a litke rude, thak I should hadprepare my returning hour pretending I should know the transportsproblems of the town... I'm sure she was not more rude because I keptcalm and told her I intended to go walking to the airport (10 Kms). Itwas my worst experience at a reception after many hotels known for allover the Europe. I desliked the reception too much time closed and evenwhen open nobody present many times, I felt bad, intimidated, notwellkomed, treated like someone "inferior".It was my worst experience at a reception, after many hotels known for all over the Europe. I also did'nt like the reception beeing too much time closed and even when open, nobody was present many times. I felt bad, very alarmed, intimidated and, that's enough to firmly decid not return to that hotel (and I would like to return to Rodez!).

Review 15：Very good reception, clean spacious room with proper window ventilation,good sound insulation, heater and air/conditioning that actually works.Good, reasonably priced breakfast available from 6.30am!

Review 16：The reception lady was very welcoming even though she was busy withworkmen and offered us coffee or drinks to cool down after our 200 milebike run. Room was spotless and quite even though we where close to amain road. I locked myself out of my room that night but a call to thenumber on the door and she was there in 10 minutes with a smile on herface from her home by car. Breakfast was hot and plenty full. Tworestaurants and a bar next door, recommend the chinese buffet of all youcan eat for 16 euro. Free wifi and parking was no problem. Highlyrecommended.

Review 17：This hotel was perfect for a stopover on our way back from the South of France. Free secure parking in underground basement excellent, a very pleasant surprise as no mention of this facility in hotel info.

Review 18：Poorly situated with respect to Rodez centre, not that easy to find.Difficulty with their card machine, which appeared to decline payment -so I paid by cash. They subsequently discovered my card payment had gonethrough and returned my cash!

Review 20：They seemed unable to make their card machine work and we ended uppaying cash - fortunately we had sufficient. Our friend had the sameproblem initially, but they later discovered the transaction had gonethrough and repaid him. Hope we haven't paid twice!
