Review 1：The owner of the hotel Savvas's hospitality was great. He helped us to rent a car and also he made us a plan for 3 days and we followed his plan. His advices were great. We enjoyed to stay in Rhodes and meet him. Last day he guided us in Acropolis and we went to there with his own car. The location of the hotel was also great. 5-10 minutes to the port.

Location - its a hidden gem, locality to various beaches (Oasis & nicolas), good restaurants nearby. Rhodes town is only 5 mins by car. A beautiful quiet family holiday.

Review 5：This is a brilliant family run accommodation all staff happy to help at all times. It is very clean and has amenities close supermarket,cashpoint and bus stop in short walking distance.Thanks to Savvas the owner for helping to make it a great holida. If you get chances visit the village of Koskinou you will not be disappointed.

Review 6：two minimarts, a variety of restaurants and tavernas and other businesses including rental cars and travel agency is available . Beach options available . Public transport and private arrangements . Pool on the property itself is enjoyed by guests. Road noise is not heard. Evening by pool, listen to water and frogs. Savvas is a gracious host. Staff friendly.

Review 7：Everything was great, small negative was that our room smelt a little smoky on arrival but we kept the doors open and this then disappeared.

Review 8：We loved these apartments. They were well located near to Rhodes Town (we had a car), had a lovely pool and great swings for the kids and were immaculately cleaned every day.

Review 10：Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment, huge size. All have a nice swimming pool view and ground floor patio or balcony on first floor ( as I had). Very helpful staff, had bottle of wine and water on arrival. Next time definitely will stay again!

Review 16：everything was perfect, staff were only too ready to assist, location excellent for Rhodes town, beach,bars and restaurants.Savvas is a true gent only concerned with his guests wellbeing.pool and gardens were so well kept and pretty. it is ideal for young children with the kids pool and play area. if can arrange would be going back next year with my grand- children and their parents. Rooms are spacious ,ideal for 2 adults and 2 youngsters. I can only wish Savvas and his family all the success in the future and hope Stavros melathron doesn't get spoilt.

Review 17：Honestly i wasnt expecting that much comfort at this hotel but it was a great choice for me coming here.i arranged a tour from Turkey to Kos,Symi and Rhodes and when i made a reservation to this hotel they sent me a mail immediately.i rlly liked that because this shows they care their customer opinion.They asked me which floor i want and extra bed for my daughter etc.When i went there everything was arranged like i requested and there was a welcome gift for us.The room was soo comfortable and large and they tought every detail in it.The owner Savvas is a great guy and soo friendly.He helped us a lot and he was rlly friendly.its not because of trying to make his customers happy because when you meet him you can understand this is his character easily.i mean friendly.As a result i had a great time at that hotel.Rooms are large,well equipped,comfortable and clean.Also you can find anything you want.Savvas-the owner is a great man.He tought every detail in the hotel thats why he is successful.Pool,children pool and children park is great for children.i can advice here to everyone including my friends.Great choice for everyone and family with children.

Review 21：This is a quiet and lovely family-run establishment in Kallithea, outside Rhodestown. Rooms are VERY spacious and the pool is heavenly. The proprietor arranged transport from/to the port for us, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in our rooms long after check-out, so we would not have to lug them around on our last day of sightseeing, before our ship departed. There are two good restaurants next door, as well as two car rental agencies within a block or so, which worked out great, when we unexpectedly decided to rent a car, to visit some of the more remote places on the island. There is no meal service offered but, even so, this hotel was a great value for the price. The entrance is well-hidden, so you may want to mention to your driver that the hotel's driveway is next door to Medusa Restaurant in Kallithea. I recommend this hotel for any type of traveler, and would definitely stay there again, when in Rhodes.

Review 22：Everything was just wonderful - very cosy and convenient location, a real getaway from the noisy and overcrowded chain hotels, a good value for money, a very charming place lost in tranquillity. Very friendly and helpful staff. A place for those in search of peace and comfort.

Review 23：No sea-view, no direct access to sea. The owners provide no tea, coffee, sugar, salt - you have to buy everything. This part of Rhodes is over-developed, everything is built recently.

Review 25：A quiet, located closely to sea-side appartments hotel. At the same time, it is easy to get by public transport. The swimming pool and the garden are well-kept and faultless. The stuff is friendly and hard-working. Studios are clean and spacious. All their facilities are well-planed. We enjoyed everything while staying.

Review 28：Friendly, small complex with a nice swimming pool in a very beautiful garden. Excellent cleaning and very helpful people. Close to the beach and Rhodos town. Not to close to the main road; you can hear the traffic, but not really disturbing. Excellent value for the low prices.
