Review 1：Only criticism is the small, old-technology CRT TV. Too small in such a large room. But the TV is of little importance with such a great night life every night, a real Greece experience.

Review 2：View over the port area and across the sea to the mountains. Great location near the city centre and train station and walking distance to numerous cafes and eateries.

Review 3：We chose it again as we liked our stay 2 years ago. The hotel is nice! We even prolonged our stay with 1 more day. The rooms are crispy clean and made up every day, the bed is comfy, the conditioner and wifi are very good, no faults at all. The staff is polite and helpful. In our opinion, rooms with a sea view are the best! The parking is in the hotel's backyard which makes it private and safe (although a bit tricky for maneuvering with an SUV).

Review 10：Well everything was great. As it happened, I forgot a nice dress shirt in the room. I called the next day and the hotel located it and sent it to my athens hotel with overnight delivery. When I offered to pay the delivery, the hotel said not necessary, that they would take care of it. That's excellent hotel service.

Review 37：Totally disinterested and unfriendly staff. Lady in the daytime unable to give any information or details of any places of interest, excursions, other than the suburban railway. Younger lady in the evening a bit more friendly. There is a not to be missed train trip up to Kalavrita in the mountains but we were told at the hotel that this did not exist and we only found out at the railway station where an extremely helpful young lady called Helen described it to us in great detail and carefully described the route,times and arrangements, which all ran perfectly to plan and we had an amazing day out. Apparently people come from all over the world for the trip, so for the hotel not to know about this is a dismal failure! We found the atmosphere and customer service very unwelcoming and clinical and spent very little time at the hotel. Will opt for a smaller, more modest hotel on our next visit, of which there seem to be many to choose from in just as good a location.

Review 43：Ok I'm not going to beat around the bush here. If the hotel management wants their visitors to be over the moon in staying at their hotel they may want to think about certain things that need to altered on their leaflet which is located in every room. Altered information needs to be made clearly if they're in operation or not, as we found out that this information is incorrect and deceiving. Cafe "Vienna" states that it's located next to lobby serving coffee, beverages, ice cream, pastries and snack. Open from 8.00am to 8.00pm. It offers you a unique variety, of exotic teas and special cakes. Well this does not operate.Restaurant "Thalassa" Breakfast is served on a daily basis from 7.00am to 10.00am. Then they state that dinner is served from 8.30pm to 12.00am. Well dinner doesn't get served because they don't offer that for whatever reason, but this service doesn't apply. Then they also state Excursions - Sightseeings, this is where we got anored because we wanted to do day trips to Zakynthos and Lefkada and where to told that we would have a tour guide and that it'll cost us 170.00 euro each, to be told the next day that the price isn't 170.00 euro, but it's 300.00 euro for each person, plus an extra 45.00 - 50.00 euro for the farry trip, so it would've cost us close to 1000.00 euro for each day. So basically the pricing on excersions and sightseeing with tour guide the quotes they have noted down in their folders are incorrect and they need to correct that false advertising. Basically don't just put things on paper just to make yourselves look great, alter the changes and state that Cafe "Vienna" and Restaurant "Thalassa" don't operate due to the fact that people would prefer to go out for a drink, or dinner. That was the only down fall we had about the hotel.

Review 44：Hi there, my daughter and I stayed at Patra Palace for a week whilst visiting Patra. Can actually say that the staff especially in the bar and dinning area where fantastic, so too were some of the staff in reception area. Can not complain the room service and cleaning staff were great, with new towels every day. Would recommend Patra Palace to anyone visiting Patra, very central and walking distance to everything.

Review 45：Everything. I have stayed in various hotels in the area. I have also stayed at PP before. This time I was traveling with my older daugther (17) visiting from the US, and I had to combine sightseeing with business. I chose PP and of course we are extremely satisfied with the service.

Review 46：we reserved a room , mountain view, non-smoking. On arrival we were allocated by the lady at the reception, in a wallview-noview, smoking room, smelling like an ashtray,smaller than the description, quality 2+ stars.The corridor did not have lighting and we used our mobile flash to reach the room. The reception staff was rude and on our return to the reception, we were told that the room has no view because it is on the 2nd floor, and it is not their fault of the smoking smell of the room, because they did not have another room available nonsmoking standard room. If we would like to pay extra, we can get a room with better view and non-smoking (even if our confirmation was non-smoking).Thereafter, (following 2 tries of similarly smelling rooms) we were moved to a better room with sea view and decent quality for a 4 stars. The breakfast was of 3 stars quality, served in the roof balcony, where we were eating on the dirty table marble, without even a table cloth.This hotel used to be a lot better in the past.At least the personel did not have this attitude.
