Review 1：Spa and indoor pool were not in great shape and barely looked used. We booked in for a massage. personally I thought it was a bit pricey for what you got but nothing bad about it. Wifi not good so usually used wifi from hotel across.

Review 2：Rooms were spacious comfortable and facilities excellent. Factastic Sea view. Breakfast superceeded my expectations. Staff, Chris from reception especially were very helpful. Mini Mart was handy with having a toddler with us....replacement dummies, swim nappies and ball after ball all close to hand.

Review 3：They shall diverse a bit the food at the breakfast. It's mostly the same thing each morning but they may easily add feta or different type of cereals for kids. The trash cans in front of the hotel were full for couple of days and nobody replace them with new bags. The quality of pools (normal + kid) is good but I never understood why the guy who cleans the big pool every day does not do the same for the kid's pool. My personal advice: both pools have to be refurbished a bit. It's a pity if they don't do it.

Review 5：Unfortunately this hotel did not live up to the 4 star expectations. Very hard bed, dusty room, wifi only available in reception, no fitness suite (despite being advertised), smell in bathroom, very basic and poor quality breakfast. We would not book to stay here again.

Review 7：breakfast was very ordinary and poor,the rooms were dirty,the cleaning staf doesn't know how to clean the room and the bath,everywhere was dirty even after cleaning,the toilet paper was very difficult to reach and the quality of the paper was unbelievably poor l haven't seen before.The towels were very very old split to fibers.The hot water comes by gravity only ,there is no pump for it and the quality of water is bad even for shower ,probably unfiltered well water.It was the worst place l stayed in Greece for the past 5 years

Review 11：Really bad condition of the room. Water was standing in the shower. The toilet was not flushing. No stop in the bath. Airconditioning was not available and working for the first 5 days of our stay. Different explanations from the hotel staff and no apologies from them at all. It was over 30 degrees with a flat roof, so really Hot in the room and unpleasant to sleep in. No wifi in your room and very bad connection.

Review 13：Everything was horrible, this is not a 4 star hotel, this hotel shouldhave been close. We arrived at the hotel at 1pm and at the receptionthey told us to wait because our room was not ready. At 2:30 the roomwas ready. Dampness and Molds in the room was smelling like ammonia. Weasked to change the room and in the second room, there was no hot water.We changed the room for a third time and there was no electricity. Forthe fourth room we changed and it was not ready because previous usersjust left the hotel and there was no cleaners. We chose to get anotherroom for the fifth time and there was no air condition and they calledthe electrician to fix it and we finally got in the room at 9pm. Theroom was full with spiders and lots of dust. We would not recommend yougoing to this hotel ever!!!!

Review 20：- full of bees and ants - dirty bathroom and dirty sheets on the bed - they have blocked our money 3 months in advance evem if the reservation was with free canceling. Our banked unblocked them after 1 month. - They have blocked again the money 1 week in advance and when we have checked out they have charged us with the same amount of money.

Review 22：Beach waters in front of the hotel were black and stinky (probably from eco sewage remains). At first, we were given a room seeing a field used as parking in the taverna down the hotel. We did not like it and we wanted view, we were given a room at the other extreme. Staff not so friendly and helpful. Room facilities needed repair (bad painting of the walls, defect window stors, defect flush at the toilet).

Review 25：If you're expecting a 4 star hotel, this is not it. Before going I read many "bad" reviews of the hotel and got kind of worried. However when we got there I truly enjoyed it but I wouldn't say it's a 4 star hotel as advertised. The location is Ermones which is a nice and somewhat quiet place (if you want party and late night drinking this is not the place). It cost about 35 euros with a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Be aware that there about 27 cash machines in all of Corfu and 25 of them located in Corfu town- so bring cash. To get around either rent a cat or go with the green line bus which goes from Ermones to Corfu town 5 times a day or so. The hotel is pretty and the cleaners came promptly every morning. Pool could be cleaner but it's not too bad. The beach is not the best but it will do and there are beautiful beaches a bus trip away:) The rooms are ok and the view is amazing, quite sure all the rooms have a balcony. We had breakfast included which is always nice but to be fair, it was quite uninspiring, definitely not the best breakfast I've had nor the worst for that matter - but pretty close. Staff was kind and they speak German for some reason, guess they see a lot of them. Not many places you can go to eat but there are 2 nice tavanas which was good. Good place for a relaxing holiday. Review 26：Had no hot water one evening. Was booked for an all inclusive but the staff did not explain to us what it entails. Staff were okay but not worth 4 stars. I would never say this hotel is a 4 star hotel

Big machines (ercodition outdoor unit) produce terrible noise whole day and night. Wi-Fi signal is available in the area quite close to the reception, but Internet access is impossible very often. The hotel like this must have Internet in whole area.

Review 34：We had booked weeks ahead and were given room 115. In short it stunk! The room was extremely damp with water damaged walls etc and smelt heavily of mould. After one day I complained and they took another day to relocate us to another room. The room we were in initially should never have been made available to anyone. The hotel is quite run down. There is almost a constant smell of sewer about the place. The pool area is in need of repair. There were never umbrellas or deck chairs available as clearly selfish people drop there towels there all day. I was most unimpressed with this place given the money we paid and how far in advance we booked. The reception and management seemed indifferent. Very happy to take up front payment and provide no further assistance. Rooms are also not cleaned every day. Overall a run down hotel that I think is closer to 2 stars.
