Reviews for The Gallery

Review 1:I would have liked small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to be available.

Review 2:The view is amazing! The bed was very comfortable and eating our continental breakfast overlooking the harbour was a joy. I speak as I find. Having read other reviews I was a bit nervous as I had booked a couple of nights away for my husband's birthday. Room 1 (with ensuite) was fine for a us. A small room, which felt cosy. A large bed that was very comfortable. It is two singles attached but that caused no problem whatsoever. Breakfast was a substantial continental breakfast served to our room by a very smiley lady (I'm ashamed I never asked her name). Eating breakfast overliookung the harbour was a real treat. It's not the Ritz so don't go there if that's what you want. However, if you want to be a very short walk from a fab pub and the harbour. If you would like to look at Dr Martin's house while drinking fresh coffee and you want a good nights sleep then Room 1 is perfect. We would definitely go again.

Review 3:The shower was weak and the bathroom cold.

Review 4:Vanessa was very welcoming and a wealth of knowledge. She provided us with excellent directions and the breakfast was superb.

Review 5:Although breakfast was more than adequate perhaps a booked egg or cheese would have complimented the buffet breakfast.

Review 6:We stayed for New Years eve and we're welcomed with a bottle of Prossecco, which was a nice gesture. The view from room 1 was amazing and the bed and bathroom just right. Previous comments re wobbly toilet seat and towel rail being held on with masking tape were fair bit not an issue, the location room and breakfast made up for it. The car park is circa a 5 minute walk but there is a lovely coastal path if you go to the bottom of the car park and near right, it takes you right into the main road just 100 metres from The Gallery. Parking was £2.70 for 24 hours. We spent New Years eve in The golden lion which had a mix of revellers but a good atmosphere. The pasty shop opposite "Nikkis Pasties" is very reasonable and great quality pasties and yea and coffee to take away and enjoy life the beach. ...perfect place to see in the New Year. Yes The Gallery is possibly over priced but the location and Doc Martin notoriety is the key driver. We would definitely return to The Gallery and room 1.....its a boutique bob on a famous fishing village. ....If you are looking for more than this then you need to visit a city hotel.

Review 7:Dirty, old fashioned appearance. A shower that just dribbled (not idealafter a long walk), no cooked breakfast offered. Loose towel rail, loosetoilet seat. Hair in bed ,not mine ! I could go on but just want toforget about the place.

Review 8:Location. It is situated right on the harbour. Sorry, that is the onlypositive point I can think of.

Review 9:I can't think of anything.

Review 10:This was the perfect Port Isaac (Wenn) experience. The room was huge, as was the bed and there was a bath to relax in after a day wandering around this beautiful ancient fishing village. The hosts bent over backwards to make my stay as stressless as possible. I received a delightful breakfast in my room and gazed at the iconic "Doc Martin" buildings from my window. The owners own art work, two of which I purchased to remind me of my stay, are on display in the Gallery downstairs and in each room. Thoroughly recommend.

Review 11:Had to wait a couple of hours to check in as no one was around. Normally it would not have bothered us but it was a very wet and miserable afternoon.

Review 12:Location and view from the room was fab.

Review 13:the lavatory seat which was cheap and loose.the towel rail which was secured with parcel tape.that for the first time ever i had to use newspaper as the loo roll ran out .the extractor fan did not work,so the wet room was always wet,and it was not possible for the towels to dry.it was very expensive.-£120/night for 2.we usually have much better in cornwall for £70.overall scruffy and poor value.

Review 14:the view.

Review 15:The shared bathroom is in a poor staste of repair, not a bath as no plug or taps, shower too small for me to use. Steep hill to car park. Breakfast arrangements with 9am delivery to room is poor, especially on Sunday when we had to get on the road & it was late. I think the owners really need to decide if it's an art gallery or a B&B.

Review 16:Location to village centre & coastal walks Friendly staff View over bay

Review 17:Having to share a very dated bathroom in todays age. Dear for what was on offer in comparison with other guest houses, and no cooked breakfast.

Review 18:position was excellent. The idea of stopping over a gallery interesting.

Review 19:Shared bathroom.

Review 20:Gorgeous secluded peaceful sunny garden with views over the harbour ideal for evening drinks but away from the loud hustle and bustle of tourists.

Review 21:I arrived within the specified check in hours but there was no one thereto let me in, only a sticker on the window with a phone number to callfor instrustions on how to get in. I didn't have reception on myphone (I have a local number - still no reception), had to go to a puband ask to use their landline. There were NO TOWELS in the room, and no one there to ask for them. The last thing I wanted after a day long hike is to run around trying to get in then discover there were no towels to dry myself after shower. Shower isn't separated from the rest of the bathroom, not even a curtain, have to leave everything outside or get it soaked. Toilet wouldn't flush properly - even after many tries. Breakfast was supposed to be at 9 am (too late!). When no one turned up at 9.15, I just left - had another day long hike, couldn't wait for the owners to wake up and remember about their guest. (The price of stay was charged on the day of booking, it's not like I was running away). Never saw a soul at the property during my stay.

Review 22:A heater in the room.

Review 23:No flat surfaces for your to put your suit cases on and it was not very good lighting in the bathroom .

Review 24:The bed was good the shower dark . They called it a suite but only small bed room . The view was very good . Breakfast continental . No dinning room you had breakfast in your room . The room was warm with a electric radiator

Review 25:Everything--other lodgers had to let us in, no breakfast, dirty.

Review 26:We booked and owner wasnt there to let us in. He was out bar hopping. Guess this was normal operations for him.

Review 27:Had to watch our heads. Another toilet would also have been helpful as one other guest did seem to be in and out regularly

Review 28:The laid back and friendly people

Review 29:Room 1 was advertised as a suite but was a small basic double room with en-suite wet room. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and towel rail kept falling off wall! the tea bags provided weren't great although that may have been down to the kettle not boiling properly. Not worth £120 a night.

Review 30:Stunning view and comfy bed, very friendly female host and very welcoming towards pets. Interesting entrance through arty gallery.

Review 31:Lovely place.bohemian in good way. Caring Vanessa to help in everything. Breakfast in bed ❤ garden to enjoy afternoon wine and relax after great walks in surrounding coast line paths. Best food ever in nearby restaurant La Mote..

Review 32:Bathroom not clean valance on bed stained access not good needs gutting and re doing walked in on arrival bed linen all on floor from previous clients had to step all over it

Review 33:Bed was comfy

Review 34:Shared bathroom which is in need of decorating, and the bath / shower is located under a sloping wall making it difficult for me to access being tall

Review 35:Location was great...everything is in close proximity. The view is also very appealing

Review 36:Charming attic room with fabulous views over harbour. comfortable bed and lovely garden overlooking sea. good breakfast and sound of the sea at night. The Gallery is a very pretty building in wonderful location. We loved it. .Best location ever and dog friendly for our border terrier.

Review 37:We had the only room which has an en suite bathroom. Our sister in law had to share a bathroom which is a major disadvantage with this accommodation.

Review 38:We had a lovely view of the ocean from our room which was classed as a suite. We could see Doc Martin's `house' from our room. The breakfast delivered to our room was a nice change. Really comfortable bed.

Review 39:Few too many stairs. had to enter via The Gallery shop evening late at night - worried about knocking over the exhibits!!!

Review 40:Location great. Loved its unique shabby chic styling. Great raised garden out back with amazing views. Owner very friendly and helpful. Breakfast limited but lovely. Much better value than other accommodation in Port Isaac.

Review 41:Sharing the bathroom

Review 42:Location was excellent Room lovely and clean just wasn't keen on sharing a bathroom but we didn't look when we booked so our fault Would recommend

Review 43:The main thing we didn't like about the Gallery was that it was advertised as a "super king size" bed, and on first impressions the bed did look big. The problem being that it was actually just 2 singles pinned together with a thin topper mattress which meant you could feel the join in the beds. For the price we paid we did not expect to be sharing a twin room for our anniversary. When we arrived, the room we had apparently booked had been let to another couple and the girl we met upon arrival explained to us that she had moved the other couples belongings into the room next door so we could have the room that we booked. The problem with this was the couple still had the room key and we were in a rush to leave for a restaurant booking, leaving our room unsecure. However when we were changing into our evening dress, the couple returned and were, rightly so, not too pleased about moving rooms. They complained that we were in their room etc and to keep the peace we, stupidly, allowed them to move back in whilst we swapped rooms. I'm not sure if the original room had the "super king size" bed that we had booked or whether it again was 2 single beds hooked together but they both looked the same so I presumed nothing different. Overall the stay was enjoyable, but the organisational skills of the staff seemed somewhat lax, although they were very friendly.

Review 44:The Gallery is a located on the harbourside of Port Isaac which is such a picturesque village on the Cornish coast. If you are looking for a typical Cornish fishing village you won't go far wrong visiting here. There are few restaurants, but they are all top quality. Shops are few and far between, so don't come looking for any retail experience. The views from the coastal walks are amazing. The accommodation was nice, large enough room to house a "super king size" bed (see bad points for further reviews though), with a small tv and tea/coffee facilities. The shared bathroom is adequate, with shower/bath facilities. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, brought to your room in the morning. Make your choices the previous evening. We ate at the local Outlaws Kitchen, on the harbour front, a stones throw from the Gallery. The food was a fish tapas style, locally caught and fresh and you really don't need to have a lot to fill the stomach.

Review 45:Location can't be beat ! Plus there is a hidden gem behind his b&b ! He has a tiered garden that overlooks the harbor and facing cliffs. In the morning you can take breakfast in the garden, in the afternoon relax in the sun, and in the middle of the night, go out and gaze at the stars ! I have stayed in 4 or 5 places in Port Isaac before but this by far was my favorite!

Review 46:Would of preferred our own bathroom but appreciate this is not possible in this house

Review 47:location, lovely staying in the town once the day trippers had gone home. Having breakfast in the garden was loverly . The view was magical. The local restaurant recommended The Mote had really good food

Review 48:The continental breakfast served in the room did not work for us and the parking is about 10-15 minutes walk away and costs £5 for 24 hours - although you can drive down and unload outside the property

Review 49:The location was superb and the view was exactly as stated

Review 50:You must confirm exactly when you want to check in. We arrived in the early evening and stood in the rain for over an hour, before the other guests finally agreed to let us in. No one could be reached by phone all evening. We chose one of the empty rooms, as there were no instructions for us.

Review 51:Ideal location right on harbour

Review 52:The shared bathroom is in desperate need of updating. The shower leaks considerably due to a broken plastic shower glass.

Review 53:Great view! Nice bed, and friendly staff.

Review 54:Nothing really to dislike, the furniture was old and the floorboards creaked from the room above, the bathroom towel rail needs attention, all added to the character of the place.

Review 55:The view! Room one only though, the web site needs to reflect this to avoid neg feedback. There is however a lovely garden above which is very pleasant. The bed (again room 1) was awesome !

Review 56:The gallery was very run down, the bathroom was terrible, black mould around bath, shower door almost falling off. The Breakfast was very basic. You are paying a premium price for the location and view. Out of the all the places we stayed in Cornwall this was the most expensive and the worst. I would not recommend this place.

Review 57:The view

Review 58:The night I arrived there was a thunderstorm and at 10pm I felt water dripping on my leg. I put the bin with a glass in it underneath to catch the water. Not gushing but a couple of drops every minute or so. I went to find the owner and discovered he wasn't there. I emailed him as I had no phone service. I FaceTimed my sister in Leicestershire to call the landline - the only number they have - and left a message. She then started ringing round other hotels but they were all full. I found it quite worrying that there was no one to contact, what if it had been a fire? At this point it was 11pm and I had to face the fact I was going to have to sleep in a bed with a bin on it. The next morning I informed the lady who brought my breakfast and she told the proprietor. I then had to go and find him to talk about it. He told me that with the old buildings "it sometimes happens but rarely". I got the impression he wasn't bothered. At that precise second I decided to check out and I moved across the road to the old school who were brilliant! He was however good enough to refund me the full amount. Also there were no fire instructions or guest information in the room.

Review 59:The room was well decorated and had a stunning view of the harbour.

Review 60:The view from the first floor bedroom was delightful. The view from the second floor bedroom was disappointing as the sea could only be seen when standing up

Review 61:Should have been breakfast time we had selected not set at 9am Bathroom lacked luxury

Review 62:Amazing location with view Lovely bed slept well Staff friendly and interesting Nice breakfast

Review 63:Far too expensive for a room without en suite. Poorly cleaned and poorly fitted out communal bathroom - the floor was soaking by the end of the morning because the shower screen is too small, as was the bathmat. Very tired bedroom furniture. Poor sound insulation. Good view from the window but can only be seen when you're standing at it, due to the very high window sill. Limited continental breakfast - burnt croissant - which you order by filling out a card with more misspellings than the gruaniad. No pens anywhere with which to do it...

Review 64:Decent bed

Review 65:Parking was on a public car park, long wait to get a space, costly for overnight parking and quite a distance away. Window in room didn't close properly and rattled throughout the windy night. Breakfast was good and plenty but a bit confined to eat in the small room.

Review 66:Individual b&b above a real gallery with access through the showroom. Warm welcome and small but beautifully and stylishly decorated room. Lovely view from room over village and harbour and surprising garden access via a back window.

Review 67:Shower was full of mould. No hand towel or toiletries provided. Didn't see the owners between check in and when breakfast brought to room.

Review 68:Sea view of Doc Martin's house and good location. Sheets were nice. Bed okay.

Review 69:Too expensive No en-suite Bathroom pretty grotty (esp round bath) Pull-down blind not effective (so take blindfold) Only continental breakfast, but good sized. Bedroom had over-powering smell of soap.

Review 70:View (Doc Martin's cottage directly opposite over harbour) King-sized bed. Friendly staff

Review 71:Parking is not good , having to park at top of port Isaac 200 yards away and walk down hill to the accommodation as very narrow street means NO parking in the centre , this was a little tricky for us as my wife has a blue badge , be warned there are no exceptions !!!

Review 72:The position & view was excellent .. Restaurants and pubs were 2 minutes walk away , The Gallery was quaint & quirky being over an art gallery /shop !

Review 73:Proximity to parking so best to travel light or pack an overnight bag

Review 74:The location is excellent with an amazing vantage point overlooking the harbour and cove. 50 yards downhill walk to the village centre makes it ideal for a relaxing stay. King sized bed (room 1) and breakfast in the bay window.

Review 75:Found it all good.

Review 76:Smashing little b&b, just stayed for the one night whilst walking through on the coast path & found it to be friendly, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Very nice gardens to rest in after a long days hiking.

Review 77:None with the accommodation. Port Isaac doesn't have room for cars, so if you have difficulty with hills, deliver your luggage, after check in time, then park car in designated village car park.. There is a shuttle service to and from car parks at a very nominal charge.

Review 78:Aglass of wine, at the end of the day, in the upper garden, magical. Breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Martyn, Joanna and Vanessa, great hosts, and their local knowledge was invaluable.

Review 79:Excellent breakfast served in your room which can be a bit cramped unless you completely unpack and use wardrobe. Unfortunately there was no one to hand on out 10.30am departure - so couldn't pay our bill ! Nor buy a bronze crab. Cheque will follow !

Review 80:Accommodation on two floors above art gallery, so if you don't like stairs beware. Worth the climb for the view over the harbour and drop off to sleep to the sound of the waves. Seagulls will wake you up in the morning !

Review 81:Free wifi was great but the handwritten code took a while to decipher. Smell in room and bathroom

Review 82:The location could not be better and the breakfast was very good even though no hot food option. Our room was tidy but there was a nasty smell permeating the room all the time possibly from the bathroom drain. Probably needs investigating.

Review 83:The whole place needs a good clean, you could knock the dust off the shelves. The bathroom is very dismal, the shower screen is falling off the bath. The hosts welcomed us then we never saw them again, not even on checkout. we had to lock up as we left.

Review 84:Only the location.

Review 85:This part of our trip was a highlight for me as I am a Doc Martin fan and I had previously booked our stay in September 2014 with booking.com and rang the next day to upgrade our room to an ensuite room, much to my extreme disappointment we arrived to find we couldn't have the room as it was booked by someone else. The lady told us there was no record of our conversation with them even though we had the date of the call, but should have asked for a confirmation email obviously. We shared the bathroom with 2 other rooms with one gentleman not flushing the toilet and also his aim was poor, hence it was a struggle for me even going in there. Also the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all while we were there. We spent 30 days in the UK and this was our only disappointment.

Review 86:The location was excellent, right in the middle of town. Continental breakfast was nice and the bed was comfy.

Review 87:Nothing

Review 88:Position better than expected, perfect view of harbour. So good, tried to book another night, sadly no luck. Great spot, one of the best in town.

Review 89:The 2 flights of stairs to the room. Having to share a bathroom. The room did not feel as clean as it should have.

Review 90:Location was fantastic. Staff were very helpful.

Review 91:The shared bathroom is in need of a refurbishment.

Review 92:The wonderful comphrensive continental breakfast was absolutely delicious and very filling setting us up for the rest of the day. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The terraced garden was a sun trap gem of tranquility.

Review 93:Small room without space for luggage. Most surfaces in room and bathcovered with decorations, leaving no room to put your things. Publicparking a couple of streets (and a hill) away.

Review 94:Incredible view over bay to doc martin's office. Close to pubs andrestaurants. Nice breakfast brought up to room. Helpful owners.

Review 95:we booked a 'suite' because other rooms were shared bathroom .. it was the smallest room ive ever stayed in with a dark and dingy bathroom with no heating. we booked this room to enable us to eat breakfast overlooking the harbour, however.. it had a square bay window with a white roller blind covering the front window only not the sides. we lowered the blind before bedtime and in the morning it would not go back up. breakfast included in the price was continental only not full English as expected and delivered to you room . landlord told us to park in a car park up the road or we'd get a ticket saying 'you cant miss it' we drove around 3 times and couldn't find it.. room was above an art gallery and right on the road which is fine except when coming out of the shower you had to stand back by the door to get dressed as (when blinds were up) you were on full view from passers by... no hand towels only bath towels.. kettle had to be boiled on the floor.. only a small plug in radiator very over priced at £120 per night.

Review 96:lovely view from window over looking the harbour.. landlord nice and friendly

Review 97:Stairs were difficult to negotiate with large suitcases.

Review 98:Such a beautiful village with both history and recent history via the TV show. Hotel handy to all local highlights.

Review 99:Fine for a short stay, and not cheap but worth it in our view given the location.

Review 100:Ten out of ten for location, wonderful view, right in the middle of this gorgeous village. We loved it. A very small room with tiny en suite but perfect for a short stay, we had one night only, any longer might be a challenge.

Review 101:Old, mouldy bathroom, generally threadbare, poor internet connection, staff only available for short periods, parking ticket while loading car on checkout.

Review 102:Location is great - superb view and right in the centre of town.

Review 103:See above.

Review 104:Room looked lovely. That was only plus point. Shared bathroom was truly disgusting. Matress was very uncomfy and was 2 singles pushed together

Review 105:It was not a suite as advertised. It was actually quite small. The bathroom was dark and depressing. There was no bath soap just a liquid hand soap by the sink. No place to put toiletries. No hand towels on our last day. Also, it was not a typical B&B. The owner was not very friendly, no place to go except your room. There was no parlor. They did not ask you when you wanted breakfast. It came around nine in the morning. So not good for an early riser. Owner did not really communicate with guests. He did get us the number for British Air but mostly, he was unseen. Parking out front in pm only then up to the car park. That was not close. We were not really made to feel that we were welcome.

Review 106:The view from the room was lovely, and the breakfast was nice.but it was not a full breakfast which most b & b's offer.

Review 107:Lack of cleanliness - dirty stained cushion on bed - dust in bathroom and corners of room. No shower gel etc provided so had to shower in the anti bacterial hand wash provided. I was carrying no shower gel myself as I was walking and keeping things to a minimum. No tissues or little extras provided - considering what we paid (£95 for the room for one night) very low standard compared to other B & Bs we stayed in this week. Awful shower room - dark and dismal Continental breakfast brought into room in a hurry at a time determined by 'host'. No option of a cooked breakfast. Dust floating in milk jug. No tea towel to dry mugs which we had to wash for breakfast.

Review 108:The view and location. Comfy bed.

Review 109:The bathroom facilites werent ensuite when booking i had not realised this not too much off a big problem but the shared facilities weren't up to sratch they are in need of a update. the room said sea view you would need to be extra tall to see the sea out of the window even on my tiptoes i could not see it. Although the room was nice it was very small for the amount they charge i would have expected more and a better choice of breakfast.

Review 110:This little b&b is perfectly adequate for a nights stay and it has a great location so I would stay again but not at the prices charged, this may be why it was not fully booked when we stayed. The rooms are not ensuite and there is no breakfast room (instead breakfast is served on a tray left outside your door). The shared bathroom was clean but a bit tired looking. Despite all of this I would compare the price to a 3star hotel maybe even 4*, hence we won't be staying again.

Review 111:This b&b is really well located.

Review 112:Proprietor not seen or found after initial greeting despite knocking and calling. Left key and closed door when time to go. Very unfriendly empty feeling place with guests left to make the best of it. Bath water cool and shower screen dirty round edges. Bathroom shared with other guests.

Review 113:Breakfast was good

Review 114:Breakfast was served to us in our room and was rather so-so with yogurts filled with sugar, cereal, coffee - just not very substantial by English standards.

Review 115:The view was good of Port Issac's harbor. The room was comfortable with what appeared to be a king sized bed and lots of pillows. While the winds raged outside, we were snug and warm inside. We had to close the blinds to keep the wind from blowing into the room - a bit inconvenient. Nice bath down the hall from the two rooms we occupied so that wasn't so bad.

Review 116:The room was compact, but had everything that we needed for our 2 day stay. The location was good with a nice sea view, it was a pity the weather was not good enough to sit in the garden as the views from there were great.

Review 117:Cramped room, no parking, no cooked breakfast, no breakfast/reception room, blinds did not cover windows, extractor fan not working, shower flooded bathroom floor (supposed wet room)

Review 118:Location in the centre of the village

Review 119:There was nothing we didn't like,it was everything we expected, a lovely very pretty village, maybe a bit spoilt by the fact that a lot of people visit just because of the filming of doc martin where as could be a lot easier to park and get around if that wasn't the case the property was ideal for back packers or just somewhere to lay your head for one night but not somewhere I would want to stay longer,as very over priced for what it is, obviously because of the location

Review 120:The location was definitely the highlight of our stay in port isaac, the scenery was outstanding, but we noticed that some of the locals didn't welcome the tourism as much as others, there were some lovely walks in and around the village

Review 121:limited space in the room to put things on did not get wifi during our stay no possibilty to hung clothes or towles in the shared bathroom difficult to find a socket to charge the phone

Review 122:location view size and quality of bed friendiness of staff croissants

Review 123:Tired decor, shabby without the chic, no proper wardrobe, very small TV, a riel cable pulled out of socket, wifi password on card was wrong. Texted and called the contact number but no one bothered to text or call back, fixed TV myself and wifi sorted next day when staff brought breakfast tray. I booked thinking it was a separate bathroom but didn't realise it was shared with other guests. Bathroom was old and dirty, mould in shower screen , paint peeling off tiles and floor covered with grubby black rubber matting.

Review 124:Friendly welcome and nice breakfast tray each morning, bed was very large and comfortable, fantastic location and views.

Review 125:There is no en-suite. Instead the bathroom is cold, dingy and shared with at least two other rooms. There is no shampoo and insufficient hot water for a bath. The bed is lumpy. The TV is tiny, WiFi inaccessible. The breakfast is continental and served in your room, on a tray. Not worth the money.

Review 126:This was our second stay in the Gallery as we were so impressed the first time. The view from the room was second to none, the huge bed was very comfortable and the owner accommodated our every need.

Review 127:Parking in the town is restricted. Quite a pain.

Review 128:Free Wi-Fi was good, breakfast plenty to eat. (continental) Comfortable room great view. Nice couple who owned it.

Review 129:Nothing at all!!

Review 130:The view from our room was breath-taking, the free Wi-Fi was very easy to connect to. Easy walking distance to the Doc Martin locations. The room was very good value for money. The breakfast was very well presented on our own tray and delivered expertly by our host and it was fantastic, we ate it on our little table in the bay window overlooking the bay and the view was fantastic! When we arrived we were met by the host and She carried our luggage to our room, gave us our keys and left us alone to enjoy Port Isaac. We spent a night in The Mote restaurant and enjoyed drinking cider all night!

Review 131:The only thing, believe me this is nit picking, the double bed was two singles pushed together which meant I found myself in a gap during the night.

Review 132:The view from our room was breath taking. Looking over the port while eating breakfast was the icing on the cake. A must stay and experience!!!

Review 133:Few cobwebs but overall the cleanliness was fine. Bed was fresh and the bathroom was clean and that's all I worry about when staying away.

Review 134:The location is excellent, looking out over the sea from the room was amazing. I stayed with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time. If you're looking for a relaxed short get away it's perfect. Breakfast in the morning was definitely a big highlight, they even thrown in some paracetamol to help with our sore heads from too much wine in the pub, which is only 20 second walk away, and food was amazing. We ate our breakfast in bed with a large choice of food looking out to sea! The room was slightly on the small side but this didn't bother us at all. After all we were just after a relaxing night away. Overall we had an amazing time and we can't wait to visit The Gallery again in the summer.

Review 135:The king size bed was actually 2 singles put together which were quite uncomfortable . Tea and coffee was provided but we had to request replacements . Shared bathroom not ideL although we were aware of this when we booked

Review 136:Amazing location

Review 137:Although described as a suite, there was little room. Lack of bath (only shower ) in room stated as a bathroom.

Review 138:Magnificent view . Healthy breakfast although served a little late.

Review 139:Location is exceptional - right in the middle of this beautiful village with a memorable view over the harbour. The room was warm (in mid-winter) and spotlessly clean. A generous breakfast was included.

Review 140:What's not to like beautiful location glorious view romantically perfect. The lady who owns the gallery I think it was Julia served a breakfast that was absolutely Devine...... Lovely place go there .....
