Review 1：No wi-fi in our room - maybe in summer it works.

Review 5：Every day the same meals. Cannot rely on hot water all the time, especially in the evening before dinner. Water in swimming pool seems a bit dirty. Wi-Fi is available but the signal is weak and cannot be used in the rooms practicaly.

Review 6：Perfect location with friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Tasty meals. Playground was really nice and used by the kids a lot. Balcons were big with enough room for table and chairs.

Review 7：1. Staff (not enough not expertized) poor service. 2. No elevator. Although we had a family room with 2 children we were obligated to carry our stroller from the stairs every single time we had to go out of our room. 3. No WIFI at all...in the room. Poor signal except the lobby and the edge of our balcony. 4. Food was recycled .... e.g. the breakfast eggs...were transformed to egg salad for lunch time same with pasta etc... 5. Day one we had no water at the shower for at least one hour, and we had to inform the reception going down stairs because we had no phone to call the receptionist. 6. It was obvious that the hotel works with mass groups especially from balkans and they (staff-manager) dont pay attention to the quality of the services. 7. Pool bar...nobody cares about the pool services.

Review 10：The hotel is very closed to sea, markets and small restaurants. If you have a car, you can go to very good restaurants for dinner in neighborhood bays.

Review 11：If the breakfast is till 10.00 am it means you serve and bring food from the kitchen till 10.00 and not till 9.30 and clean very root the tabels at 10.00. Same rooms with different prises! Huge prise ranges!!!

Review 16：New part of the hotel is nice, big comfortable rooms. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and the location is great.Beautiful beach and balcony view.

Review 17：Although there is lots of food from where to choose, only one dinner was like we imagined a good halfboard should be. Otherwise there was to many cheap food, too many fried things(french fries every night), sometimes with the feeling they put them all in the same oil. the breakfast misses some basic rules: is has no fruits, no yogurt, not many things to choose from, and the juice they offer is horror. they should really improve the food because it's a pity to have something to complain about when everthing else is great. oh, and the wifi doesn't always connect, but in the reception there is very good signal and there is a place to idle and surf the internet.

Review 18：there are many good and very good things to say about this place: it has big, new rooms and from their balconies we could admire the sea which is 10 metres away. They cleaned the rooms once at 2 days, which for us was great.The staff was lovely, and i want to congratulate the hotel for the choices the made at the reception, especially with Despina, that made us feel welcome and was always helpfull. We had a very good sleep, as the beds are comfortable. The pool is as well a big like, because is spacious and neat.

Review 19：The food variation is small, I liked some of the things they cooked, didnt like some of them too. Overall we weren't satisfied with the food. A lot of problems with the wi/fi. Most of the time there was no connection. No other tv channels than greek. I almost broke my neck when the bed in our room collapsed... swimming pool is closed from 2-5 pm, I guess so they can win money from the umbrellas in the beach which you need to pay.

Review 21：We had a reservation for a 2-bedroom family suite with 2 double beds /as described/, additional beds in the living area - 2 sofa beds. Actually the suite consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 small sofa. In the living area - 1 big sofa. Dirty blankets, wet towels, very small TV, poor quality of food, ants crowling everywhere. Staff almost don't speak english.

Review 29：1) the rooms that are shown on the hotel site are only the renovated ones which are on the right side of the hotel (if you stay with your back to the sea), but if you happen to book a room in the left wing it is not at all like this - we had 2 separate beds instead of one double bed, old faucets on the sink, no bedlamps, the roll-on blinds on the terrace door was not working, so mosquitoes entered the room, no bathtub in the bathroom, which had tubes and cables protruding from the wall, otherwise the furniture seemed new, but there was not even 1 chair and we had the family room 2) breakfast is a shame! there is nothing healthy like muesli, no greek yoghurt or feta cheese, which for Greece is really a shame, no fruits, and every day it is the same stuff. so if you want a nice breakfast be ready to buy things from the shop 3) If you are with a baby make sure they bring the baby crib in your room in advance - we arrived after 8pm and even though we wrote them a week before that we will need one, they have not put it in the room, so we had to wait for it instead of putting the baby to sleep 4) Also if you are with a baby and they put you on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator or ramp, so every time you need to carry the stroller up and down 5) some rooms are above the tavern, so the nice aroma of fried food comes into the room every morning and night 6) the water is not for drinking, but they did not even warn us or had signs in the rooms, it has salty taste, maybe they are using water from the sea and filtering it, sometimes there is not enough pressure and the hot water comes in spurts

Better to find a room in Toroni, it will be cheaper, queieter and you can eat make your own favorite food our eat out in the village.

Every day the same choice, the plates like a big collection from the fleamarket, the coffee unrecognizable. A bit like a mensa 20 years ago.

Review 59：We paid an offers which includes ability to use the fitness and spa. Unfortunately both were closed and the owner explained that they will be opened after 15-May-14. So, we could not use them. Hot water was missing almost every morning and we had to wait more then 20 minutes to drain in order to have lukewarm water. Water from the tap is salty and a coffee prepared with such water from the beach bar was awful. We paid for 2 coffees 4 euro - too much for salty coffee!!! Breakfast did not correspond to three stars hotel - only eggs, some bread, one cake, cheese, one sausage and one jam and chocolate. Room was clean, but we found a bag with moldy food in the kitchen cupboard probably left from the previous tourists - maybe in 2013, who knows? I do not recommend this place and I will never get back there.

Review 60：The only one what makes the hotel attractive is the location to the sea - almost 10 meters to the sea.

Review 61：Breakfast was quite basic and a lot did run out especially at the end. There were not too many options when paying by card. They had the signs claiming that all major cards are accepted but only the Visa one worked. Be prepared to have to pay in cash.

Review 62：We stayed in one of their bigger apartments which was extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel is just across the street from the beach which makes it ideal for a beach holiday with kids.
