Review 1：Staff doesn't speak English. There were no warm meals for the breakfast;(

Review 2：The hotel is located 50m away from the bus station in the very heart of Maurach. I was visiting the place in the Christmas Eve. The atmosphere was magical, nice restaurant on the opposite side of the road. The stuff was friendly and very helpful. Drinks in the lobby were supportive for the Christmas mood.

Review 3：No soap in the bathroom. No warm dishes on breakfast (except boiled eggs). Not enough light in rooms (like in most hotels in Austria :)

Review 4：Great view from window, huge corner-balcony! All lot of flowers! Self-kitchen was fully equipped. Bus stop is very close. Nice hotel!

Review 5：One of the rooms was wrapped in wood. Another room was modern decor. The bathroom door is sliding, are from frosted glass. Both rooms are great. Terrace was also great. For evening there is a terrace and a rustic construction.

Review 8：The pillows were very soft and thin (we could have asked for more pillows I guess). Also, there was no soap in the room.

Review 9：The staff were remarkably friendly and worked very hard to accommodate all our requests-- extra sheets, power converter, advice on where to ski, etc. The sauna and steam room were extremely nice, clean and welcoming. Handy room to store skis.
