Review 2：In Carme villas you feel like a personal guest of the owners and they are ready to go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. You feel that they do it sincerely as they like the job they are doing and business they are running.

Review 3：The service orientation of this hotel is very poor and definetly not suitable for a 5 stars hotel. We had some request regarding the villa in our reservation that originally thay said they can comply ith, but when we arrived we found out that none of our request could be satisfied by them and they insisted unpolitely not to change our villa to feet our needs although other villas were vacant In sum they didnt really care about our needs and just cared about us paying them cash for our stay n

Review 11：The host Katrina is very nice and helpful lady, villas are very nice, specious, comfy beds, daily room make up, evenings at the main terrace are speechless with the view, and the small playground my son loved it a lot, food is good , prices for dinners cheap, the stay was excellent, but we faced difficulties founding the place, I think more details on the location and how to get there will be helpful

Review 13：The bed was a little too stiff for me. but it's just my taste. the cleaning was done very early, when we came back from breakfast and had to wait outside for the cleaning lady to finish.they should have done it when we left the room.

Review 14：The location, the view, the attention to details, the food was amazing, especially dinner in the restaurant. we ended up eating there 3 out of 4 nights. The villas are cleaned every day. the owners are super nice and they even opened the restaurant especially for us the last night when it was rainy and w didn't feel like going out.

Review 15：Wi-fi was a little hard to log onto but it worked out fine for us -- we wanted to unplug and NOT think about work so we didn't mind at all. But if you're there and have to get online, you would probably be wise to talk to Katerina and I have no doubt she'd be able to address any issues.

Review 16：We arrived very late, close to midnight and Katerina and her husband were there to check us into our villa, offer us food and drinks, and make sure that we had everything that we needed. They really made us feel like family while we spent 5 days at the villas. We stayed in the Kale Villa and the kids really loved having their own pool, the donkey that gave them rides all around the huge yard, and the little playground and pingpong table. The breakfast was plentiful, homemade breads, spinach pie, greek yogurt, and fruits and meats. We tried their homemade raki (probably too much of it!) and had dinner at their restaurant on our last night.

Review 28：For an establishment that present itself as "a 5 stars service" the following should be taken into account (and it's important to say that its NOT because we didn't enjoy our time there): - The master bedroom have 2 twin beds (we asked for double and they simply put them together) - The mattresses were a bit hard - No "please do not disturb signs" for the door (staff arrived too frequently asked to clean when we were present or came to clean the pool while we just got up and wanted a quiet, private time by the pool) - Poor WiFi in hotel main building - No sugar, salt & pepper (which is weird when you have a fully equipped kitchen) - Breakfast was OK nothing more (they reheated some of the food)

Review 32：A large part of the decision to stay here was having a private pool but it was very user un-friendly - a single short ladder to get in and out, steep sides with no steps for a gentle entry and cold, despite it being at the end of a long hot summer! A microwave oven in the kitchenette would have been really useful for self caterers (especially with kids).

Review 33：Modern, nicely furnished villa in a quiet location with great views and yet close (by car) to shops, restaurants and beaches. There is an attractive open air restaurant/bar, but it was not operating (at the end of September) which was a bit disappointing. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Katerina who answered email enquiries promptly and helped to make our stay enjoyable.

Review 34：Some minor things.... would be nice if houses were equipped with child chairs. Good coffee for breakfast was missing (e.g. "capsule" system from Nespresso or Lavazza). WiFi reception was poor in the house.

Review 35：Excellent standard for the price (especially the private pool). Good breakfast, with local products, so nice to have something different than in regular hotels. Recently constructed so only very little signs of use. Local restaurant was quite good and inexpensive.
