Review 1：Living in the Southern US, we found it very warm (unseasonably) and there was no air conditioner or fan in the room. Weather was unusual for them.
Review 2：Location was excellent and staff extremely helpful. Even drove us to Velden to catch our train which was much more convenient for us.

Review 7：Very nice family-run hotel. Location excellent, just up the slope from the railway station so you get a lovely view and cool breezes off the lake. The double-glazing and external shutters kept the room cool even in sweltering weather. There is a limited (2 starters and two mains) dinner menu choice, but the quality of the cooking is excellent. And when we had to leave before 6 in the morning they got up to give us breakfast. which we didn't at all expect, apologising that the fresh rolls didn't arrive that early!
Review 8：From what I understand the Hotel is owned by an old couple . They are very gently and polite with all the customers. Because is a Family business they give extra care to the details and the Hotel is very well maintained. The Hotel is at a wonderful place and is very good for people passing from there through the Austrian Highway and want to stay one night to rest . But not only is also for Families and couples because the place is very beautiful with a lot of Activities to do . If I will go there again I definitely go the same Hotel.
Review 9：To our dismay, the bed sheets were full of small hairs, the shower had a dead insect inside...and when we tried to address this with the owner, and showed her, she reaponded very oddly, saying that we "wanted to see these things", when they were evident for her to see! Finally, she gave us cotton(to replace the nylon) sheets and we changed the sheets ourselves. Unbelievable lack of professionalism or ability to deal with people in a "normal" way. Pets are allowed in the Hotel, but this shouldn't mean that beds and carpets aren't cleaned properly afterwards.
Review 10：Our room was at back, so was quiet at night, however, the cleaning began very early and noisily.
Review 11：Unfortunately there were no drawers in our room and the two shelves were at the top of the wardrobes which I found difficult to reach. Had to store my undies on a shelf in the bathroom.

Review 13：The lake and town are a little farther than we thought. The weather was really hot during our stay, and it was impossible to walk down to the lake on foot together with small kids. We had breakfast at the hotel once, but the quality didn't reach our expectation. No wifi at the cottage.
