Review 1：Lacks atmosphere, staff were unwelcoming when we arrived on a Saturday afternoon and hotel was unmanned on Sunday

Review 7：This is a very welcoming hotel, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the new Soulages museum. Our room was not particularly large, but was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is fresh and generous.

Difficult to park on streets and difficult to park before checking in and going to your allocated paid parking underneath hotel using the only one door control which had to be returned promptly. (good idea to have a pin code on roller door and to have access code before you arrive.)
