Review 1：A bit noisy with window open as trucks would visit engines running etc in dead of night. I would say that rooms were double glazed so with window shut the noise abated.
Review 2：On site restaurant meant didn't have to go far for evening meal.
Review 3：There was no lift and there was plenty of room for one to be installed in the stairwell. I was on the first floor and had not been asked previously if I was disabled or not

Review 6：Even though the rooms were small they were comfortable. and the free breakfast was worth it alone.
Review 7：Had to change rooms after unpacking because sole 240v socket (to charge phone) didn't work and TV or remote control were faulty. A curtain tie-back fell un-noticed into my travel bag so it's now in Bristol! Will return it on next visit (Spring).

Review 15：My room was a bit cold & told them about the coldness of my room. They told that me we switch radiators at the reception. I think they have to tell customers that they hVe a switch @ the reception of which they switched off radiators. Apart from that enjoyed my stay.

Review 17：The reception location was at the counter of what looked like a transport cafe, they really need to put in a separate entrance for the motel. In fact we almost looked elsewhere instead of going in.

Review 21：When we first saw the motel from the outside we were slightly worried. Being clean freaks we were worried what it would be like. Having said that, there was no need to worry. The room, bedding, bathroom etc were spotless! We didn't find a fault. Lets just say, it put some of the more expensive ones to shame!! There was also a 24hr on site cafe. They didn't skimp on servings at all. The breakfast was amazing! Not greasy as we thought it would be. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we needed to stay in Wakefield.

Review 44：I asked for a valid VAT invoice for my company when I made the reservation. They couldn't provide a valid VAT invoice. Wifi didn't work in the room. I am a skinny person and I found the shower extremely tight. The restaurant downstairs has some weird customers.
Review 45：The hotel is good for 1-night sleep if you are just passing by this area. The wifi worked good, but only in the restaurant (not in the room). Although the room was very small, it was recently refurbished and clean. Just for your info, you have to make the check-in directly at the restaurant counter (there isn't a check-in desk).
Review 46：There ought to be a separate entrance and reception for motel guests from the diner. It was a tight squeeze leaving with all our bags, a travel cot and our baby while trying to get past obstinate bikers and tightly packed tables. Some proper black out blinds on the bedroom window would also have been nice. Between the noisy road outside our window and the loud creaks every time anyone walked down the corridor outside our room, we did not get a very restful sleep.

Review 48：We booked this for convenience as it was the meeting place for us to meet up and go off with friends and weren't expecting much . Rooms modern and spotless bathroom and bedding .Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very nice and plenty of it . Was a nice touch that guests have a separate breakfast room from the 24 hour cafe and again this was very modern and clean . Secure locked car park at the back and surprisingly it wasn't a noisy place to stay at all . Would definately stay here again

Review 53：Better than any hotel I've stopped in whilst visiting wakefield. Absolutely first class in every way. Though the wi-fi was non existent in my room this was only a minor issue.
Review 54：Wifi went off at 9pm and didnt come back on until 7am - disappointing when travelling for work. TV remote didnt work so couldnt change the channel and had to turn off (or watch football). Bathroom could do with a lick of paint on the ceiling but perfectly fine for a short stop over.
Review 55：Food available easily and lots of variety. Easy to find and good car park. Staff very friendly (young girl in restaurant lovely- new i think). Canteen has lots of room and nice atmosphere - caters for both typical greasy spoon and lounge bar which was good. Music played in the canteen on Friday evening and also big tv with a film on - great to just sit and watch instead of having to sit in room. I was expecting it to be noisy because of 24 hour food, but i never heard a thing - great!! Bed was comfortable and perfectly fine for a one night stay. Toilets and showers right opposite my room - felt the same as an en suite. Overall i would definitely stay here again.
