Eden Roc Resort Hotel sells fast on our site. Eden Roc Resort Hotel is a waterfront resort on Kallithea Beach and surrounded by lush green gardens. Its numerous facilities include many swimming pools, water slides, a tennis court and a private pebble beach.
Eden Roc features a variety of rooms, all with private balcony with views. Amenities include satellite TV, mini fridge and hairdryer. Air conditioning is provided during the summer months.

Review 1：Location of this hotel is really good.it's on a private bay.it just took us 10 mins to drive to Old Town.Our room was clean and comfy.Plus waking up with the ocean view was so relaxing.Breakfast was really good you can find anything you want.Staff was very nice especially the front desk was very helpful and friendly.thanks for everything

Nice pools,beautiful location,not far away from Rhodes. 5* star rooms (bathroom is an exception, but this problem is in almost all the hotels). Overall I left satisfied, and I would be back

Review 4：Quite dirty. The gym is old, small and super dirty. Good variety of food for breakfast but generally the quality is very poor. Unfriendly staff. Extremely difficult internet connection. Very noisy from the bar and animation in the evening. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, there is no acoustic isolation at all.

Review 10：The pool area is sterile and not the place where you would want to sit and the pool water too cold. The area at night is excessively noisy- the loud music continues until 11pm. The majority of guests are at Eden Roc taking advantage of an all inclusive package with alcohol included, and the excessive alcohol consumption was pretty evident. Staff were overall friendly but they seemed to have trouble understanding that 1 family can occupy 2 rooms. Therefore they very strictly enforced having to see the passports of my children (who would be in the 2nd room), although I indicated that they are children, and not paying the bill. On checkout they provided me with 2 bills, and then even though we are 1 family, paying with 1 credit card, they did 2 charge transactions without asking, so that I incurred extra fees from the credit card company for the currency exchange. The wifi was overall pretty poor, at least in our rooms. Breakfast need more cereals in my opinion but did have a lot of choice. Our rooms were not serviced until after 4pm most days- pretty poor when we had been out all day.

Review 20：Not a bad experience but this is definitely a package sort of hotel. It was a bit of a culture shock after we've been to smaller islands. It's a 20 minute bus ride into rhodes town. Fare is eur 1.80 per person one way. But the bus stop is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel on a side road. I would not want to walk alone there at night as it is not a busy road.

Review 24：Was hard to connect to a wifi. Network was keep dropping. About the renting a car the rules in Rhodes 08:00 - 20:00 is a daily period. If you rented 13:00 o'clock, you have to drop the car 20:00. I wish when I reserved the car from hotel they would have informed me. When I arrived learning that detail disappoint me a little.

Review 26：Cleaners came late in evening when we was getting ready to go out or not at all,food was really bad and we didn't like the salt water pool,just didn't feel clean .And when we took this extra night they made us pack our stuff check out then in again,very poor customer service

Review 28：Originally we wanted to update to all-inclusive, but we rented a car for 3 days in the hotel reception, so we asked not to surcharge for this 3 days, but the manager declined, although we promised to give back the AI bracelet when we pick up the car...No problem of course we can spend this money outside the hotel. We stayed for 10 nights, so they "lost" additional 2 days money in the beginning (+3 days with the car), but we found a so nice restaurant on the road that we kept eating there for the rest of the days as well. I missed the melon during breakfast, and maybe more variety...The wifi could have been quicker...You have to hunt the sunbeds on the beach (we usually started at 12. , that time we could find) , many people are reserving them very early than leaving them empty with towels, and some people coming outside the hotel, who are taking the beds.

Review 29：We stayed in a nice, newly renovated superior room (bath could have been also updated), really cleaned daily - in comparison to other comments. Beach and garden are really nice. The AirConditioner is working perfectly. A buststation is ca 5 min walk away (ca 5€ per person retur), but a taxi cost ca 10 € to the city . Check-out time is at 12.00. you can locked your luggage in a luggage room, and they offered us a room to change our clothes at 17.00. (really thanks) The beach is not windy like the north. The beach bar is romantic, the food is quite good (except the italian evening which was poor), we used to have lunch there (the service a little bit slow). I liked the hotel, and would come back

Review 30：The wifi was more or less unusable. The on site Taverna he the slowest service of any restaurant I've eaten in. Seemed the be common results with those around us. Gave it a second chance, no change. BUT, the food was really nice everywhere including the taverna. Skip all-inclusive and go eat local.

Review 31：They upgraded me to a bungalow for my birthday, placed a card and fruit on our table when we walked in, and a complimentary bottle of champagne. Quite a gesture. Staff was friendly, and the facilities were great. Bus stop nearby and excellent food all around. Skip the nearby pizzeria and eat at the taverna next door.

Review 36：The pool was filled with salt water. The bathroom was extremely small (the toilet seat got wet when taking a shower due to its proximity) and the shower itself did not properly work (looked old). There was no safe.

Place was large and loud, lots of small kids and families. Ifyou're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay where you are lookedafter, this is not it.

Review 40：Daily room cleaning service left room unclean and inadequately turned over (e.g. no clean glasses, sink in bathroom not even wiped down). Buffet for both breakfast and dinner definitely valued quantity over quality. Requested double bed but was provided with two singles, with no effort on the part of the hotel staff to rectify the situation. Loud and obnoxious music played by both pools and the beach, so peace and quiet was difficult to come by. All in all, I wouldn't go back.

Review 42：I arrived to be told that the room I had booked would cost an extra 40euros , after declining the offer of alternative rooms I was given the room/suite I had booked at the price originally quoted , it had not been serviced properly and even after our first nights stay and request for the floors to be washed and the room cleanliness to be improved generally nothing was done , I am glad that we were only staying for two nights.

Review 53：Breakfast is all the time the same, it's a buffet, but sometimes it should be changed a bit. Pity that we were given a room oriented towards the pool, even if the view was great. It was too loud until 23h and being with a small baby that goes to sleep at 20h it wasnt very convenient. The hotel should think about these things when assigning the rooms.

Review 59：We were put in the wrong room and when we complained we were told it was an 'upgrade' (if it was they surely would of told us when they did it!). The floor hadn't been cleaned; sand and hair everywhere and even a toe nail on the floor at the couch. Zero wifi in room. Maintenance man showed up at 5pm unexpectedly and said he had to fix the shower - not nice when my girlfriend is relaxing in bed. When they finally moved us the next night to the room we actually booked we didn't even get an apology (manager included). Definitely the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed.

The room wasspaciaous but, the bungalow was more than 5 mins walk from the beach andthe main restaurant. The hotel is circa 12 mins from the main road andthe bus stop (15-20 minut to Rhodes town). It is only 7-10 mins with thetaxi but the fare is 12 eur when you book through the hotel.

Review 73：I loved the whole look of the resort. The pools that overlooked the sea. Plenty of sun lounges and space. Reception staff were especially helpful as was the lovely Dutch lady in the gift shop. I preferred the area to the old town but only a short bus ride if you felt the need to seek out more restaurants. I would definitely come back again.

Review 74：Breakfast was not good at all. We had to wait to be seated every morning, plus the guy cooks the crepes was horrible. He was so rude it was unbelievable. He actually got in a huge argument with one of the hotel guests because she wanted an extra crepe. The hotels elevator was so small where you can barely fit in 3 people, so we had to wait a while to go up each time. And it wasn't working one whole day during our stay. Wi-fi sucked within the hotel premises and there was no coverage at the hotels beach which is ridiculous. The hotel was rated 5 star but in my opinion it would be barely a 4 star. No so many good options for snacks or drinks if you were not all inclusive. The food was ok but I missed a bit better qualities for juice, yoghurt, more selections of fresh fruits etc at the breakfast.a lot of machine drinks instead if fresh juice and the snacks in the bar was not ok.
