Review 1：Staff is slow, sometimes did not understand English or German. Spa is very tiny and relax room is too cramp.

Review 2：The hotel provides a ski guide for free every day. Good rooms with underfloor heating, very good location.

Review 3：There was no music in the bar in the basement and no piano music in the piano bar. No mini bar as indicated. The food was not corresponding to a 4 star hotel

Review 4：Room was perfect for the 4 of us. Staff were wonderful. Faciliites were great - spa, sauna, massage available, bars, after skiing snacks provided. Location was great. Meals were excellent. Felt very welcome by all the staff & owners/mamagers

Review 5：The mattress was uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, however, the restaurant cuisine and quality of the food next door didn't match the upscale level of the hotel. It was fine, but was expecting same quality as the hotel.

Review 6：Loved the welcome and friendliness of the family and staff, who especially welcomed our traveling dog with us. The garden for our dog was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great and cosy being in the village that had good restaurants and lovely walking areas with easy access to the mountains. Also was perfect center as we traveled to Munich and Salzburg during our visit.

Review 7：I also noticed that if the price that was displayed in the room was about 100 euro cheaper than what I was charged (I was really careful to compare the price for the right period). Yet, when I booked on booking.com, the price offered to me was presented as a ‘discount’. The SPA only opens from 3.30 or 4 pm. There is no gym, so the day when the weather was really bad for skiing, the hotel does not offer any entertainment or opportunity for sport or relaxation during the day. On the last morning and while I was skiing, my girlfriend was asked to leave the room two hours before the allowed checkout by the cleaning staff. This could have been perhaps resolved by calling the reception, yet I find this a quite inconvenient.

Review 8：The room was very nice: large, comfortable and with a large balcony. The hotel is located really close to the Ski lift and in the village. Most people working in the hotel were very friendly. The spa is very clean and well equipped.

Review 21：The towels were changed every day - it is kinder to the environment to place towels in the bath to indicate when you would like fresh towels. Save the planet!

Review 23：On the first floor the noise from downstairs v early ( delivery trucks,banging about, etc) is irritating. Stay on a higher floor.Arrangements on last day were chaotic ( billing. Luggage storing , changing etc ) below standard and done much much better in other ski hotels

Staff, and in particular the owners,were extremely friendly, engaging, and always a plesure to conversewith. English language was not a problem. This hotel has a lot to offer,and far more than our family required, including bars, clubs, spa,lounges, etc.
