The Swallows B&B sells fast on our site. Just a 3-minute walk from Exmouth’s Esplanade, The Swallows B&B provides luxurious accommodation on the south Devon coast. In addition to excellent cooked breakfasts, The Swallows provides free parking and Wi-Fi.
All guest rooms at this Georgian house have an en suite bathroom with shower or bath and complementary toiletries. Each room has a hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities.
Along with cereals, toast and croissants, The Swallows serves a full English breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms and baked beans. There is fresh coffee, teas and fruit juices, all served in the attractive breakfast room.

Review 14：A family business, the proprietors are friendly and helpful. It is clean, with excellent breakfast provided. When booking, I had asked for a particular food when was acknowledged promptly and provided for breakfast.

The scenery is beautiful. Excellent area for walkers and cyclists. Lots of quiet country lanes and off-road cycle tracks.

We were beginning a 3 day break, walking sections of the SW Coast Path starting from Exmouth so this B&B was ideally located near the seafront. David & Rachel were excellent hosts and very welcoming, recommending various places to eat/drink which were not too far away and they also provided a map which was helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and the breakfast in the morning was excellent and plentiful setting us up for the first leg of our walk (to Sidmouth).
