Review 4：Very much like a home from home pleasure to stay there Mark and Carron where very helpful regarding places to visit. One of the nicest place we have ever stayed. Breakfast are very good and filling and are willing to change things to suit individual guest. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when and if we are ever back in the area.

Review 15：Even a request for a very early breakfast on a Sunday morning was accommodated cheerfully. As ever it is the little detail which makes the difference and for me it was the fresh milk in a flask with the tea making tray that really impressed.

Review 22：Everything, On our arrival the owners came out to meet us and greeted us with a lovely warm welcome. We stayed in Lilys' room on the top floor, the room was beautiful and very clean, with a lovely comfortable 4 poster bed, I'd read the reviews before hand and my wife was a bit concerned about guests sharing one table for breakfast as she is a bit shy and was worried she would feel awkward but the other couple we shared with were so lovely we didn't stop talking, so all in all a great idea. The breakfast choice was vast, both myself and my wife absolutely loved it, cooked freshly and to perfection. Cranleigh B & B is perfectly situated for the seafront and the town centre, both being only a ten minute walk, if that. My wife and I enjoy walking and Mark was so helpful in giving advice on local walks etc. All in all a very relaxing, enjoyable break, with a real home from home feel, couldn't have asked for better accommodation, or more perfect, friendly hosts, so Thank You so much Karen & Mark for our wonderful stay.

Review 38：The cleanliness and decore were first class. Toiletries were available free of charge which a lot of bed/breakfast establishments do not provide.

Review 47：The room was a good size with a modern pristine ensuite shower and bathroom, with beautiful decor. The bed was luxuriously comfortable. I was welcomed, and felt very comfortable eating round the table with the other guests, it actually made being "alone" as a guest much more enjoyable. Good parking facility , close to town and beach
