Review 1：Location. The apartments are 20mins from Chania by taxi and there is very little in the way of restaurants in the locality. Have to drive or taxi everywhere. Limited menu in Giorgios and wine was very expensive, compared to other restaurants

Review 5：There was nothing I didn't like but if you're into going out on the town this is not the place for you. It's north east of Chania about 10km in a tiny town with nothing more than a mini mart.

Review 6：Fantastic place to stay with more than everything we needed. If we come to Crete again we will just stay at Giorgi's. We had a huge room/apartment for an incredibly low price. The swimming hole was awesome and fun as well! Giorgi's is the ultimate place to relax.

Review 13：There is no maid service on Sundays and nobody told us so. We asked to have a late checkout at 6:00-7:00am and pay half day extra (the room was not booked for the next 3 days and there was one more room free that day) but the owner refused explaining that with Booking.com we cannot pay half day. Booking.com should fix this.

Review 14：Very nice location if you like a quiet place far from busy beaches, clubs and bars. You need a car if you choose this hotel but I think if you visit Crete you definetely need a car in order to enjoy the beauties of the island. The room was beautiful and the mattresses superb!!

Review 19：Kind of far away from Shania and you would need a car. Booked my room (#3 ) with "partial sea view" and there was no view AT ALL from inside the room. Standing outside in the balcony, by looking to your very left, you could get a really small glimpse of the ocean.

Review 21：Only suggestion - do not let guests reserve the cliff seating with towels and personal belongings before and/or after use. They should be present, otherwise should be available to other guests.

Review 54：Pool was freezing and unused. We didn't find any restaurants within walking distance. The journey into Chania was quite slow with a lot of traffic. The rooms were fine but not exceptional. Kitchen/living room was very dark and no views.

It was very quiet and yet close to Chania, grocery stores, restaurants, the airport etc... George was very helpful in giving us directions to different beaches and helping us with maps etc. Breakfast each morning was very plentiful and delicious. Can't wait to come back here!!

The setting is right on the sea front, beautiful landscaping and well designed layout to the rooms, the pool, the outdoor bar, and the private cove for swimming in the sea. Host Georgi takes wonderful care of the place, and gave us the best advise about sites, walks/hikes, and restaurants. can't say enough about what fun it was to stay here.

Review 64：Fantastic location (looking straight out to sea) quiet but with the option of a town (Chania) just 20 minutes in a cab. The latter has a lovely Venetian Harbour. Georgi and all his staff (Maria, Maria, Nelly Christiana) and Katerina) are extremely helpful and friendly. I had the benefit of being there while a musician was staying and we had great singalongs, at the outside bar, in the evenings. I will return to Georgi's often. I now feel very rejuvenated after a great holiday at Georgi's fantastic accommodation.

Review 65：Note that the apps with 'partial side sea view' face the back street and cars and thus have no window in the living room only from the bedrooms and the balcony. This should be added to the description to avoid misunderstandings. The great location and excellent outside view and quality compensate for it!

Why do I continue to come here? Becauseit is the best!!! Giorgi and his lovely staff Maria, Nelly, Maria,Katerina,Dina, Rena and Christina are the most Welcoming and HospitableStaff! Always there to do whatever they can to make your stay perfect.The facilities are pristine! A Beautiful Pool area and Pool Bar with anAmazing Sea View. Besides the pool there is a Private Cove for swimmingand snorkeling. The apartments are beautifully decorated, ( most with asea view) comfortable beds and furnishings with a fully equippedkitchen. Daily maid service is provided.The apartments are always cleanto perfection. It is very rare to find Apartment/Hotel that offerDaily Maid Service! This in itself is a luxury. A full breakfast is alsoinclude in the room rate. The breakfast offers a variety of hot and colddishes, fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious Breakfast Cakes bakedby the kitchen staff. The All You Can Eat Breakfast that Giorgi offerswould cost at the very minimum 15 euros per person out in town! TheDaily Maid Service; a Full All You Can Eat Breakfast at an Apartmenttype hotel is unheard of. The value for your money based just on thesetwo services exceeds excellence!! I highly recommend Giorgi's Aptsfor the Perfect Holiday or Buisness Stay. The Staff is there to doanything they can....if you want something just Ask! Trust me,they willgo out of their way for you. Review 72：The hotel is not very central so you must ensure you rent a car to get around. Wifi was very poor in the rooms so you had to go sit at the pool for it to work (works great there).

Review 73：The rooms are all refurbished. They are spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable (the best out of the 6 hotels we stayed at while in Greece on this trip). Full kitchen facilities in the room which was nice. The pool as unobstructed sun all day so great for lazing around.

Review 90：The location on the edge of the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly. No hesitation in recommending the apartments for a relaxing stay. Note you will need a car. Note excellent restaurant on the road to Stavros, fantastic sunset views.

Review 91：The property being between Chania and the airport. You really need a rental car at this property. The noise from the Chania Airport/military base. There were several fighter jets taking off during our stay, which can't be helped but does take away some of the relaxing atmosphere. Having restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing some distance away, so apart from a small grocery shop that was all that was in walking distance of the apartments.

Review 92：The apartments were well laid out and the kitchen was very good with enough equipment to cook your own meals when desired. The breakfast buffet had variety with fresh fruit, orange juice, and bread. The apartments have a beautiful view of the sea. My family really enjoyed having snorkelling available right at the property.

Review 93：A little far from the city centre. It's a must to have a car. Walls were fairly thin, so if you have a noisy neighbour, could be annoying at night. Would recommend a top floor unit if available.

Review 95：If you live in the first house of four houses in the Illios village, then dont expect totaly privacy around the poolarea. The owners house downbelow and the house right ower can see you. We are a very private family. Its an expensive week and we expect privacy during the holiday. The sun also disapears 18.00 in our house namned Dafni. The house right over us have sun longer at poolarea.

Review 96：The poolarea is excellent. And everything in house is perfect. It feels like home. Its quit in the evenings if you have nice neigbours like we had. The bed is ok. Not to hard. You have good functional aircondition in the bedrooms.

We were greeted by an incredibly friendly lady who, after showing us our room, proceeded to prepare us two ham and cheese toasties and the most delicious Greek salad I've ever tasted. Not to mention the two complimentary aperitifs afterward. That sealed the deal even before the delightful breakfast and wonderful ambiance we experienced the next morning. Let's not forget the private cove for swimming/snorkeling that we enjoyed before checking out the next day. Best one-nighter I've experienced in a long time. I hope to stay there again.
