Review 1：All was good.
Review 2：Very impressed with the whole set up. Coded entry into the main gates, main door and room. Newly decorated and very clean and tidy. Not able to assess staff as never encountered any staff during my stay.
Review 3：Heating on a timer, room cold staff did sort out heating as radiator full of air. On arrival room so cold we slept in our clothes, was quickly sorted next day but after returning from day our room freezing, we found the timer downstairs and managed to get room warm.sort of spoilt a 2 day trip

Review 7：This was booked as a birthday present for my mom and dad, they said the room was adequate, once they got in as they were give the incorrect door codes. What really let it down was breakfast, my dad prepared toast the butter was out of date 17/11 so he tried the margarine this was full of mould. As a consequence they did not eat as he didn't know what else was out out date! They explained this to the member of staff on duty who did not seem overly concerned. Overall I am very disappointed for the price we paid and the poor customer service. A explaination would be welcomed.

Review 10：Cannot comment regarding staff as only saw 1 štaff member for a moment as were leaving although she did appear to be friendly, pleasant and polite. We were very pleased with the quality and comfort of the accomodation. Many thanks.
Review 11：The breakfast was a little basic: just shop bought croissants and a choice of cereals. Something a little nicer would have been better. Also the staff were perhaps TOO friendly! I felt as though they were a little oblivious to our need for personal space. They were nice, but should have kept themselves to themselves. Especially with a male staff member and an all female group of guests. Despite this, I absolutely would stay again!
Review 12：The house was absolutely stunning, really well decorated and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly and everything was spotlessly clean.
Review 13：1 bathroom per floor shared between up to 6 people not 21st century. 1 small wall mirror too high. Hair dryer cable too short. No coffee making facilities in room. No chair in room. Nowhere to hang damp towels although we were given fresh towels daily. too many little niggles.
Review 14：Concierge very helpful and friendly. A comfortable distance from the City Centre. Very clean and modern. Room and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, but would not go again, unless problems addressed.
