Review 1：Some misfits in the shower. Shower end cannot be attached to wall. Did not expect the decaf coffee to be with an extra charge.

Review 2：In the reception Demetrios is an excellent character for the particular profession. Polite and giving solutions to customer needs. The two young ladies in breakfast polite with smiling welcome faces and attitude.

Review 3：Tended to be noisy at night even though we were on the top floor. Rooms cold and air con very noisy. Mattress very hard.

Review 5：In the description of the hotel facilities, it was misleadingly mentioned that there is a free parking. Actually, there was no hotel parking at all! It was very disappointing, if not outrageous, to hear the hotel receptionist saying that we could park for free in the streets nearby! The bathroom was clean but old. The room didn't have a balcony but only a window, with no city view at all. The A/C was very noisy.

Review 6：What we liked most was the location of the hotel, in the centre of the city, just a few steps away from shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The cost for the stay was quite low.

Review 7：Incredible value for money. One night for two with all the (superb) breakfast we could eat, cost us roughly the same as a meal for two in a nearby restaurant. Pleasant and friendly staff

Review 10：There was a problem in the toilet and you could not flush the toilet. Although I mentioned the problem, it was not fixed. The room was renovated but it still had a lot of problems. For instance: - some lights did not work - the door of the toilet did not close My room was on the 5th floor and still there was pretty noisy during the night.

Review 13：- clean, modern rooms - hotel has underground parking that closes over the night, so we felt that the car is safe - big terrace with table - bathrobe and free safe in room - hotel is near metro station

Review 14：Shower cubicle was falling apart and shower head didn't stay on the wall. Wifi was fine until the next morning when it didn't work at all. A little dirty in places. Air con was very noisy. The view was...well it was better to keep the curtain shut.

Review 16：From the dissapointing experience from the front desk, we went to our rooms, from the elevator a stong smell hit us, we continue on the labirinth like hollway scared, finnaly we found the room. Th same smell, we instantly opened the window to refresh the air, the furniture was ok, but the room looked like was never cleaned, only the bed sheets looked ok. We will never come back.

Review 23：There was some baffling miscommunication with the hotel regarding free parking, but hotel staff were so nice and helpful in every other instance and made ammends as fast as they could, so it did not taint the pleasure of the stay.

Review 24：The staff at the hotel are ever so hospitable, caring and friendly. Our room was impeccably clean, we loved the fragrant bedsheets and the bed itself was comfy. Although we only stayed one night, the room was spacious enough for longer stays. Buffet breakfast is not exuberant but plentiful.

Review 26：The hotel is located 1 min frim the city center, therefore it is a good place to sleep if you visit the city. The staff I meet speak english very good so you won't have any problem as a foreigner. Also the breakfast was really good with a lot of food to chose from which is important if you travel with your kids.

Review 29：I was very impressed with the layout of the family room. It would also be perfect for two couples. The price was very reasonable, a short 2 block walk from where the bus dropped us off (took train/bus from Athens), plus short distance to ferry terminal. Service was excellent and the included breakfast was above and beyond what we expected.

Review 32：Situated in a pedestrianised area amongst all the trendiest bars, restaurants and shops, with friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms, and the most amazing breakfast bar (I've never seen such an enormous choice, and you can eat all you want). The included breakfast alone is almost worth the cost of the room.

The location is perfect with great shopping and restaurants nearby and we felt very safe. If you are a budget conscious traveler, you will find this hotel to be an exceptional value.

Review 38：The club music from the streets below was a bit audible from my room. I'm a very light sleeper, so I had to play a little white noise from my phone to make sure I didnt wake up in the middle of the night. It was not a big deal and it is the only tiny complaint I have.

Review 47：The major problem is noise. The area is full of bars that play music loudly until early in the morning. I had a problem getting asleep and I even woke up several times due to the noise. This is a good reason not to choose this hotel again. Moreover, there was no desk or table in the room so I couldn't do some work.

Review 56：Being challenged not once but THREE times at the buffet breakfast and being accused on the second time of not paying for breakfast when we had done so. Very embarrassing in front of other guests and waitress was not discrete about it. She could have checked her facts first, I was very disappointed after being a guests many times before and the reception staff had confirmed by breakfast booking.

Review 58：What has its perks by day with the central location, you have to "pay for" with you silence at night. People will be drinking,eating and going out on the street below the hotel until morning. It's not extremely noisy if you close the balcony door but if you're really sensitive to noise you might need to consider that. Also the shower started to act up on the last day if you took too long. There are some bugs on the balcony you should watch out for. And the breakfast is really not that great. Not that it isn't much, but the stuff itself tastes weird, e.g. the orange juice or expired chocolate cream. The warm baked stuff & omeletts are good though. Wi-Fi is not really consistent.

Review 59：The hotel is approx. 300m from the sea & harbour, located in the city on one of the shopping and café streets, so you don't have to walk far for anything. We had a room on the fifth floor and it was really nice. Comfy beds, enough space for two friends and their large backpacks. The hotel itself was clean and you'll have room service. Quality of the TV is ok. The staff was really professional and the lobby looks super polished. We didn't really have any special requests or questions, so I can't say how accomodating they would have been. The balcony is maybe not as pretty as the room or lobby, but okay and you'll have a great view for people watching.
