Review 1：No place to unload the luggages near the hotel The parking is free but down the hill do you may have to climb back from downhill with your luggages The window was toward the street with direct view from the sidewalk ... Take care of watchers when you come back from the shower Many different levels in that old building but no elevator and it is quite inconvenient to go from reception to the room with heavy luggages

Review 3：Since we travelled with a baby, the steps were a bit harder to tackle with a stroller, but that wasn't a big problem. Not recommended for wheelchairs though.

Review 4：Great location in the centre of town. Really nice chillout garden and a good view of the harbour and the small islands. Perfect staff and good breakfast.

Review 5：No elevator. There is 2 parkings. The first one is close, small, narrow and fill up quickly. The second is at the camp site nearby. Easy to park, but 5 mimutes of steep walk. Think to leave your luggages before (it's a one way street).

Review 7：No place/space for the car near the hotel, even to load/drop off the luggage. Parking is available in a public area nearby, 150 m from the hotel (downhill). No lift in the hotel. Common facilities quite poor: no swimming pool, no restaurant, no spa area, etc. (everything clearly declared in hotel's conditions and website.. just take it as a suggestion for improvement). Slightly overpriced considering the overall service level offered. Doors and windows should be renewed.

Review 8：Great view of the sea from the room, terrace and breakfast area. Kindness of the staff. Central position in the old town. Good breakfast and good general cleanliness (in the room and in common areas). Wide room surface.

Review 9：Wonderful staff, and good location with large bed, and AC and a minibar fridge!!!! The property had a beautiful deck with lounge chairs and awesome view.....you can walk to the village with many restaurants, and shops, and to a very nice swimming beach with public access to the sea by ladders....It was very charming, and a short drive to Rovinj, a colorful town on the water ......Great shopping!

Review 10：Avoid room 404, the outdoor aircondition units are very noisy there, can hardly sleep. We got another, bigger room as a replacement without any problem. Very nice terrace / bar with a view

Review 20：Staying at Vista is a great way to experience the authentic Istrian oldtown Vrsar, while enjoying the comforts of 21st century. I was so glad Iselected this hotel for my July '14 stay, based on reviews on thisweb site. Vista has beautiful vistas (indeed!) of the coast and the restof the city, away from the hustle and bustle in new(er) resorts below.Only 5-10 minute walk from the city beach. Excellent buffet breakfast(good variety, fresh ingredients, outdoor seating), cosy rooms(contemporary, updated decor, a/c), friendly service, helpfulstaff... Thumbs up all around! We used Vista as a base for one-day boattrips (Rovinj, Lim canal nat'l park) and one-day car trips toSlovenia and Italian Coast (Trieste, Venice). It is also a good basepoint for one-day bicycle trips to the inland (wineries, medieval littletowns). Will be back!

Review 27：The only comment would be is to have Wifi available in the rooms. The smoking policy is somewhat a sensitive issue but I would separate at least 1 or 2 tables in the terraces and make them non smoking to protect non smokers and allow them to enjoy staying outside whenever they want.

Perfect, inobtrusive personnel, especially the dark-haired young lady at the reception - constantly smiling and willing to assist. Review 55：The choice at breakfast could be better and with more variation. Wifi could be extended beyond the bar area. We had some issues with the heating in the room, it was too cold at moments during the night. Got an extra blanket, but (my mistake as I only checked too late) it seemed that the electronic thermostat showed an error. Rooms could be better isolated.

Review 58：Hotel is not far from the beach, but it is up a very steep hill. Bed in our room was terrible. We were offered another room, but it was the same - uncomfortable and extremely noisy. Our room was next to the breakfast room, so noisy in the morning and next to the smokers terrace. The only window in the room had to be closed as a lot of smoke went in the room from approx.7 A.M.

Review 62：It was one of the best places I have ever been to in Croatia! Excellent location (close to the beach and the city centre as well), newly built (or renovated) room, rich breakfast contributed to my unforgettable holiday. The building is on the top of a hill, so you should walk uphill approx. 5-6 floors high to get there from the centre/beach. (Not very challenging, especially if you choose the road - ul Rade Koncara - instead of the steps.) Parking is supported by a free card provided by the hotel (can be used in a big parking several hundred meters away from the building); otherwise it is quite difficult to find a place for the car on the narrow and winding streets. However, these are not disadvantages, but good to know in advance.

Review 63：Wifi was only available in the bar area. The coffee from the machine atbreakfast was not very nice - would have preferred freshly-made coffee.The background music on the terrace was sometimes a bit annoying.

It had a wonderful terrace for relaxation, wherebar were on hand all day up to midnight to serve snacks and drinks.Breakfast was excellent, and provided an array of cereals, breads,cooked meats, cheeses, fruit and juices as well as scrambled eggs andsausage. The rooms were well equipped and simply but tastefullydecorated. Review 65：On the map, Vrsar looked like a suburb of Rovinj, but is infact 31km away, which cost a fortune on a taxi to get there. It is infact much closer to Porec, and this should be pointed out.

Review 69：Great location in the old town, but about 5 minutes walk from the sea. In this romantic and historic building our room faced to the sea. The hotel has a wounderful terrace and so many tiny surprises (fruits at arrivals, design, internet, rich breakfast).

Review 70：We stayed in family room (with a wonderful view on the sea and town), that was spacious enough. That was not the case with the bathroom. It's too small and with too few hanging possibilities, as was already mentioned in the previous reviews. Because the majority of rooms don't have balcony there isn't enough room to dry your bathing suits and towels in the summer.

Review 71：The architect, who made planes for renovation, did an excellent job. The terrace is superb! Friendly people, that work in the hotel, contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. The micro-location, in the centre of the town has its advantages and disadvantages...there could be some parking problems in the high season. In May parking wasn't the issue. We would recommend the hotel for all couples. (I have already done so to my mother in law :-) )

Car-parking is not provided in the hotel, but safe and free in a close parking-place. Sea view, good drinks and relaxing area are making the hotel perfect for a relaxing, calm holiday. Although the standard room is quite small, the boutique hotel style is very modern and nice and big enough for a couple.
