Review 1：Stayed in Flat 3 and were plagued with noise from occupants of flat above. No inter floor soundproofing so we could hear the people above using the toilet when in our bedroom which was not even directly below. Noise was awful in small hours to extent after failing to contact owners on their so called emergency number, I opted to call police as was concerned the couple may have been fighting. Owners eventually responded the following day and said they would get back to me but have heard nothing since. Customer service leaves much to be desired and suggest avoid Flat 3.

Review 3：The fire alarm went off 3 times during stay, one time waking us up. Apartment 3 where we stayed was below apartment 6 and we could hear footsteps above us.
Review 4：Modern, spacious apartment. Well styled, fully equipped kitchen. Private not overlooked. Walking distance to town, lovely restaurants and pubs nearby.
Review 5：Stayed here when making a pre-Christmas visit to family and friends. Apartment was very clean, bed very comfy and lovely fluffy towels supplied. I will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.

Review 12：The only thing I have to say was that the window in the bedroom causes a slight draft as no pvc windows and they rattle a little when waking around the bedroom. Other then that I have absolutely nothing bad to say :)
Review 13：Everything! Great location close to the town center, spotlessly clean and tidy. Apartment number 4 is where we stayed and we was amazed at how big it was, very luxurious.. we wanted to sell our house and live in this apartment! Loved the free standing bath. Comfortable bed, everything we needed to cook a meal was in the kitchen. Tea coffee sugar and milk provided. Very impressed and will definitely book and stay again!!

Review 21：We had a fantastic stay, in Karen's words amazing and can we stay again. Our son stayed with an elder daughter who lives in the city and came to visit the apartment on Sunday morning..... Review 22：The schools postcode would have been better than the post code given as it is misleading. I could not sleep on the bed as it was tooo hard so i had to sleep on the sofa. There is no full length mirror in the property so it is difficult when getting ready.
Review 23：This was booked for my partner's birthday. It was beautiful! Free onsite parking. Beautiful and big apartment. When i was lost, i called the out of service number. Nice and warm and brilliant cost! Can not wait to return. Just need a full length mirror and a comfortable bed and this would have been the best apartment we have ever gone to.
Review 24：Very modern apartment with all the facilities you need there for a comfortable stay. Light and airy and very clean. Lots of nice touches like tea and coffee. Great value for money as was better than some hotels in the area. Would book again!

Review 28：Splendid apartments, imaginatively and functionally designed. We booked apartments 4 and 5 for us and a friend and, whilst 5 was a little smaller and darker, he ate and spent social time with us in the vast and extraordinary no.4. Both apartments were away on their own floor so we felt very private as a group.

Review 36：The apartment was very comfortable. It had absolutely everything you could need for a two day stay, and more. The building has been very well modernised and the décor is tasteful. I liked the key code system for entering the apartment as it meant you did not have to wait for staff to get keys etc. I was so pleased that there were tea bags and milk provided too!!!

Review 48：Arrived at 5-30 and there was staff on site. I phoned the number that is listed on booking.com but no answer. After phoning booking.com I was put through to someone who told me which apartment we were in and how to get in. PROBLEM... When we opened the door we were welcomed by another bemused couple already staying in the apartment. Very unprofessional and disorganised.

Review 53：There was nothing we didn't like about this apartment. However the only one small negative comment I feel I should mention is as we opened the door there was a slight odour of dogs. I know all of the apartments are pet friendly, which is great as I am a dog owner myself but I wouldn't take my dog to somewhere as lovely as this, I just think as the apartments are so luxurious people who don't own a dog may be put off by this. That said it was extremely clean and there was no other evidence that dogs had been there and I'd be very happy to stay here again!
Review 54：The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was very light and airy and felt really luxurious. At only £60.00 for the night it was amazing value, I've stayed in some shabby hotels in my time that cost more than that! It was lovely and warm as soon as we put the heating on and had absolutely everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. TV's on the wall in the living room area and bedroom and the most comfortable bed I've slept in!! I loved the fact we didn't nèed to hang around to get keys or see anyone as all the key codes were emailed to us before hand and if there had have been any problems all of the caretakers details were in a book in the apartment. Just a perfect place I wish we could have stayed more than one night! Highley recommended

Review 63：Only slight negative is all the glass is single glazed so you can hear what's going on outside. As it is situated next to a school I imagine in term time the mornings are noisy ish but it was fine for us during the school holidays. Also I extended check out to 12 rather than the standard 11 and a cleaner arrived at 11 expecting us to be gone. Just a break down in communication I imagine and she was happy to give us 5 mins to collect our belongings.

It is spectacularly good, beautifully and tastefully done to the highest standards, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous sitting area, great shower and our apartment (no 4) had a huge bath in our bedroom and a very handsome 5 ft diameter clock in the open plan living room/kitchen. Will definitely book again next time we are up this way, gorgeous.
Review 80：On arrival the apartment looked very nice. Bedding very uncomfortable, looked nice, but worst nights sleep ever! Bed too small for two people and bedding too bulky and synthetic! Noise from upstairs apartment, lost count of how many times they got up to use the bathroom in the night! No sound proofing! Then the early morning refuse collection was literally outside my bedroom window, after a terrible night's sleep this was the last straw!

Every time someone moved across the floor above it sounded like they were in our apartment - very disconcerting at night! The growl of male voices also carried through the floor. We couldn't make out what was being said - but we knew they were talking.

The suggestions shown above are not a major criticism: they are small matters, though, as the apartmernt was lovely and great value for money.

We attended a wedding at the nearby race course and were comfortably able to walk back to the apartment (and feel safe) after the event. The apartment was a lot bigger than we expected, super clean, and very stylish and modern. We would definitely use this again.

The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, I don't remember waking up once! Will definitly return in the near future. Lots of food places around too. We had a lovely curry which was delivered free from a local Indian.
