Apartment House Evristhenis 1 sells fast on our site. Evristhenis House is situated at the foot of a hill in Toroni, close to the beach. It features large grounds with barbeque facilities and spacious self catering rooms.
The complex consists of 2 buildings; a 2-story building with 4 apartments and a building with 7 studios. From private balconies, guests enjoy beautiful views of the hotel’s grounds.
Each studio offers a kitchenette, satellite TV, bathroom with shower and balcony with view of the grounds. Apartments offer 2 bedrooms.
The beach is 550 feet away, while a few steps further guests will find Toroni’s archeological site. Stores and bars are also within easy reach.

Review 2：Everything was perfect. Very quiet place, All facilities: 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen , Air conditioned , 3 balcony also a nice covered parking for car.

Review 3：we spent our holidays in Toroni in September and I would not recommend Toroni as the best place to stay in September, as many facilities in Toroni were already closed, which is a pity as the weather and the sea temperature was still very warm. In regards to the accommodation there is really little to dislike, what might be really improved is the kitchen facilities (especially missing kettle and microwave)

Review 4：The accommodation has a nice garden with some facilities for sitting in a quite of the garden and making barbecue, also we have not used it as we spend most of the time traveling around the wonderful region of Sithonia. The landlord Stamos is talking english and is always reachable at the property. The staff cleans the apartment every other day which is not very usual at this type of accomodation, which was a real nice surprise for us.

Review 6：appartments are large and well equiped (it is possible to use a washing mashine if necessary, every apparrtment has the iron) appartments have sea view, quite place for day and night rest, beautiful garden with smooth grass. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days, staff is very kind and willing to help, good english. Warm hospitality with home made olives and organic tommato. :) Some 150m far from the beach, but it is an easy and flat way you can walk barefoot, and most important keeps you away from beach and main road noise. 4 apps. and 6 studios make it cousy and not overcoruded. There is a space for beach staff like boats, kids swimming tubes etc. in the garden so it is not necessary birnging it upstairs 2-3 times a day

Review 21：Absolutely wonderful place. it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. it's clean and the facilities and gardens are well maintained. it's a beautiful place and great for families with small children. the owners were wonderful. we had a huge apartment completely equipped with kitchen, tv, internet...wonderful, just perfect!

Review 24：There is not microwave oven in the kitchen, but we could live together with this insufficiency. :)

Review 25：The house was built in Greek style. Our flat was on the second floor with a sea view from the balcony. The heat and noise insulation was good (we did not have to use the A/C), the beds and pillows were comfortable. The apartment was big enough for a family with three children. Both rooms had TV sets. The kitchen was well equipped. Two balconies belonged to our flat. The bigger could be reached from the rooms while the smaller was behind the kitchen. Every window was protected with mosquito nets. They change the towels and bed linens and cleaned the flat once during our one week stay. The house with its beautiful garden was located in a quiet area of the village, but the restaurants, supermarkets and the beach were within a 5 minutes walk. We discovered a real sandy beach with shallow and clear water at Sykia (20 km from Toroni), which was ideal for our children. We were lucky to choose this apartment from the wide selection of Booking.com.

Review 26：It is on 3rd or 4th line from the beach. No any seaview. The furniture is very basic. I do wonder on the high score given by the other guests.
