Review 1：Our room comes without balcony but was at ground floor and for 1 night it wasnt a big problem

Review 6：The apartment was nice and clean, with a lovely patio in front. The bathroom was big enough, beds comfortable. Location is a walkable distance from the old town, although the return trip includes going up the hill, which can be inconvenient during the heat. But the owner provides you with a free parking card for a marina and beach parkings, which is great. The owner also has a restaurant nearby, Dvi Palme, which serves good quality food, nothing like the awful turist menu you get in most places. Prices are reasonable and apartment guests get a discount.
Review 7：We stayed in room next to the front door. The closing of the external door is loud. If fixed, apartments would have no fault.
Review 8：Owner/manager very prompt. Good size double room and great bathrooms. Room also comes with a fridge.
Review 9：no coffee maker in room. the building could be quite noisy at times due to the fact that there were several families with small children. our rooom was directly on the patio, where people hang out eating and socializing until late at night. Not too terrible, but it can be a little annoying having people chatting outside your window till the late hours.

Review 11：Nice located apartment, just a few minutes walk away from the citycenter and the seaside. The rooms are very clean, also the bathroom adream - specially compared to other experience in Croatia. Towels,soap,... Available and offered by the hotel. The guy has his ownrestaurant in the old town, is a great recommendation to have lunch ordinner there.Wifi and parking us available and free.
Review 12：No air conditioning, a bit noisy, especially for the floor apartment because of the latch of the entrance door.

Review 14：Walking to the beach and centre may be far for some but not for everyone(less than 10 minutes if you cut across the sports grounds).The real problem was the parking policy, it is unregulated and you may come back in the evening and not have a place to park nearby.
