The 5-star Mediterranean Village enjoys a beautiful location on Pieria beach. It includes a spa, large pool area and a fitness center.

Review 1：the area is very run down, and there's nowhere to good beyond the hotel grounds

Review 3：In the indoor pool are not allowed children, which makes them staying at the room in a rainy day. You need to pay 20 euro per towel as a deposit!!!! This is quiet strange and makes you feel uncomfortable (not about the money, rather than the customer service and trust).

Review 4：Food and restaurant staff, the outdoor pool and the beach. You have access to the pool directly from your room, which make your stay very comfortable. The hotel staff react very fast to your requests. Beach is very clean.

Review 5：The worst hotel management i have ever seen.Expensive for nothing.Rooms full of all kind of insects.No wi fi.No cleaning.Not enough staff.better to sleep in a tent on the beach.The worst food in Greece.Ive been in Greece more than 100 times i have never seen things like in this "5 star " hotel.

Review 8：Absolutely loved the layout of the Village with direct access to the beach or use of several swimming pools. Different areas to dine and the rooms were very comfortable and private. The choice of food was unbelievable and the quality outstanding, excellent value for money. The staff were all very helpful.

Review 9：We would like to recommend following: the dress code of the staff could be improved like color and outfit; the music at the evening was marvelous and if there was a possibility to dance would be perfect; some special entertainment for kids could be organized.

Review 11：Practically no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Neither of my cell phones (3 different operators) worked properly, because of the poor connectivity in the area. In addition, the TV sets are really old and with the limited internet connectivity, this practically cuts you out of the world. Mosquitoes and bugs everywhere in the open areas.

Review 16：our room was waiting for us already heated. great sea view from the balcony. very big room and bathroom. there were sealed slippers for us. the wifi is fixed now and the signal is very strong (there are wifi antenas everywhere). the room was perfectly cleaned. the hotel area is vast and the hotel crew very polite and smily. the mattresses are hard and the pillows extremely large. the TV is 21 inches. concerning the spa area the locker room is very small. the pool is nice and with quite hot water. the steam sauna was not working and the dry one was overcrowded. but the experience was very pleasant with very relaxing results. breakfast is outstanding although there in no fresh orange juice and pastry stuff. the beach is very clean and the ugly small beach house is vanished hopefully.

Review 17：The staff was very helpful throughout the stay but in the end, were not as polite. The checkout was at 12:00 and from 11:00 they gave us phone to release the room. I tried to release earlier and came while I was in the shower to check the minibar. Another problem was the mosquitoes.

Review 19：There isn't a rack where you can dry your towels and bathing suits - we used the beach chairs, since our room was close to the pool.

Review 20：Beach and pools are great for small kids - especially if you have a room on the ground floor in the buildings facing one of the pools. You and the kids are in out of the room, the pool, the beach - complete freedom. The rooms are spacious enough for family with 2 kids - there are two sofas, that the kids can sleep comfortably, and yet there is still enough space for toys, beach towels, etc. Food in the restaurants was delicious - however the variety is not that big. After the 3rd day we have tried all the interesting things.

Review 21：Sea is full of grass and jelly fishes. And never clear because of send. Bedclothes should be replaced more often for 5 stars hotel.

Review 23：A lot of algae in the sea. A lot of dust under the firniture, that was not cleaned for months or years. Daily cleaning could be done with some more details. WiFi often was not working good enough even at reception area. Window between room and bathroom is not a good solution when you come with your children.

Review 24：The hotel is on the beach. The beach is not crowded and clear. Good breakfast and dinner. Close to the nearest city. Security for hotel guests and their cars. Reasonable price to the quality.

Review 25：Wifi internet was not particularly stable but managable for what you need on holiday. Toilet in our room was playing funny with the flush not stopping automatically. Not the end of the world but a little inconvenient.

Review 49：The room was clean except for the floor. The cleaning lady is not cleaning under the drapes and when you open them, there are some spills and hair from previous guests. Same thing behind the bathroom door and under the sink where it is open. In a hotel like this, you do not expect to find hair from previous guests, even the corner of the shower had hair when we checked in. Otherwise, rest of room was clean. Training needed for cleaning crew.

Review 53：The organisation of the breakfast needs some improvements. There were no cereal bowls next to the cereals. The arrangement of the food was unloving and partly not warm any more. Further, you will get served coffee at your table but for milk you have to run and search. The dinner was basically buffet style, but ok. The quality of the food was not what we expected in a 5-star hotel. The SPA area of the hotel was a bad joke. The indoor pool was not really warm, also the installed attractions at the pool didn't worked. The sauna was very small and the thermometer and the hygrometer were damaged. In the pool room, they only have about 7-8 recumbency.

Review 54：The hotel offers a secured free parking space in front of the appartments. On Saturday evening, they had a very good band playing live origin greek music in the bar hall. We had a perfect view to the sea and liked walking on the beach. The staff was very friendly, helpful and suggested very good excursions for Sunday. They offered free WLAN everywhere.

Review 55：The booking thru booking.com is not final we pay additionaly 40 euros which were not planed and we were not aware. also the spa facilities are not friendly for family with children or more precise the children can use the pool only from 12 to 13 the rule which is,not nice.

Review 57：The hotel is also booked through Neckermann and FTi. Accordingly, people in sweatpants at the breakfast buffet can be seen. Are also an enormous number of Bulgarians and Russians in the hotel. The rooms are outside of the hotel building in small houses. Per house about 4 rooms. Noise from loud TV and chairs moving. Nothing for people looking for peace. I would give this hotel not 5 star. in Germany it would be a 3 star hotel. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection but the quality is lower level. The warm things are barely edible. The coffee is of very poor quality and mostly cold. The staff is not a 5 star staff. At the reception there is a two-class classification of the customer. Solo travelers get the worst room on the ground floor without drink to arrival. Others will probably know greeted with a glass of wine or juice. I've seen better 3 star hotels in Greece.

Review 63：The worst 5 star hotel I ever seen. The only thing that makes this hotel5 star is the price! Arrived in the hotel we was well welcomed with aglass of sparkly wine. After the guest relation manager gave us briefinformation regarding the hotel and the services we went to the room.The rooms was really small to be defined 5 star rooms. The firstimpression was that the room was clean, but step by step we found thatthe cleaning is not a priority. The curtain was stained and reallydirty, during our stay (2 days) nobody changed the towels and probablythe stay was too short to have also the bed sheets changed. The safe andthe tv telecontrol in the room was out of order. The Wi-Fi in the roomswas missing – available only in the lobby. The hotel is divided in smalltwo floors structures with a private garden and sea view from one sideand unfortunately national road view from the other side. Thisconfiguration makes the rooms not only really noisy but also quiteinsecure. During all the night you can hear the traffic of trucks andcars so it’s difficult to sleep well. The hotel is provide with internalsecurity guards but the usually stay in the bar or at the entrance ofthe hotel. Considering that the property was not fenced, and consideringthat my room was on the ground floor close to the national road it wasimpossible to sleep with the balcony door open. The swimming pool seemsas a swamp…the sea water has more transparent than the central swimmingpool. The beach area of the hotel was not so clean as we are habituatedto see it in Greece…there was empty bottles and plastic bags even in thewater. The breakfast was typical for the all-inclusive hotels…we askedfor a cup of short espresso and the waiter bring us a tea cup withNescaffè. I kindly told him that it was my pleasure to take a shortespresso in a small cup and asked him to change it but he simply tookthe cup smelled the coffee and answered “ this is espresso ”.
