Review 1：We didnt like having to que up and wait for over an hour to get a table for the evening meal, Because the beverages were so cheap it attracted far to many elderly beer hungry Germans..!!!

Review 7：The staff was not very friendly. We even heard the waiter/boss complaining how much bear guests drunk in one day (in all inclusive service!). Even if they thought that no foreign tourists can understand them, they should not behave this way. We stayed in this hotel after two years once again and it isobvious that the services are much worse now compared to two years earlier. We will not come back again.

Review 8：The only thing that could be improved is the condition of all hotel facilities. Everything is overused. Rooms could be renovated, sheets and towels could be replaced with new ones, sports facilities are outdated.

Review 10：The calm and peace of the place. We have had a wonderful holiday with our little daughter. And eat a lot of good stuff. The all-inclusive is kindly recommended.

Review 11：The trip to Venice was advertised as all inclusive but there were many hidden charges. The rooms were a bit spartan and you had to pay to have wifi in your room, although the rooms were quite comfortable.

Review 12：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the first moment we arrived. The bay that the resort is in is secluded and the water was pristine and clean. The time of year we chose (early June) was also not too hot, although we had 7 days of sunshine. The pool and sport facilities were excellent as well. We used the bicycles, kayaks and ping pong table, which were lots of fun. We were offered some excursions by an external company and they were quite good (Vrsar, Rovinj and Venice). The food was very good and there was an excellent variety. There was also some live entertainment and dancing in the evening.

Review 41：Excellent location, beautiful sea coast, all hotel facilities easily accessible, no need to pay anything extra within the resort, which means that sun beds, all sport facilities and buffet is fully included within all inclusive program. We have highly appreciated the professionalism of the staff, particularly the entertainment team.

Review 44："All inclusive" actually doesn't mean that all is inclusive. I asked toprint 1 page of paper (e-ticket), and the answer was "no, we can't".Also there is no free Wi-Fi. Also you can't eat and drink during nighttime, and in the rooms there are no tea facilities. Not all stuff speakEnglish and some of them are unfriendly (at least one of cleaningladies). Transportation to and from is also a problem. If you are not inan organised group you have to order a taxi which is really expensive (7km trip from Porec ferry terminal cost me 20 Euros, taxi to nearest Pulaairport will cost minimum 50 Euros). All excursions are also expensive(more then 70 Euros). And the hotel beach is too small and without sand.But please don't think that the hotel is bad, it just could be better.
