Review 1：EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. VERY CLEAN, COZY PLACE AND WARM (I WAS THERE IN WINTER). THE SEA IS NEXT TO THE HOTEL AND YOU CAN HEAR THE WAVES. IN SUMMER YOU JUST WALK 10 METERS AND IN FRONT OF YOU IS THE BEACH. THE OWNERS ARE VERY NORMAL PEOPLE AND VERY POLITE. I WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THE PLACE AGAIN.
Review 2：The instruction of how to find the Hotel was poor. We found it hard find. A map reference for the GPS would have been very useful

Review 4：Breakfast was minimum standard. Room was very clean but smelled of tobacco smoke as did bed linen. As non smokers we found this undesirable. Lighting in bathroom was poor .

Review 6：There is a line of rocks and mussels just at the start of the sea (1 m). Be careful about it as they are like sharp knife.

Review 8：The room service delivered very late, at around 5 pm every day and although we were staying as a couple, they kept leaving one towel in total. When we asked for another towel, they said they don't have enough. She didnt leave any more shampoo and soaps neither. The lady in the reception was too grumpy, she never smiled during our stay (3 days). Also the beach bar was very pricey. The location is not in the city center and the only way to go between is taxi which costs 5 euro each time. Too many children around the hotel. It got noisy from time to time. Another thing we didnt like was that they gave us twin room with beds put together, which was too uncomfortable although we requested a double bed before arriving and they confirmed. That was disappointing.

Review 10：Old style rooms and environment. I'm unsatisfied because of this price and comfort ratio. However it is almost common for all Greece that facilities doesn't have high standards.

Review 13：The place has a really wonderful location - close to the town, just beside the main road and at the same time quiet and a step from the beach. The room we had was clean, spacious with the basic essentials for a holiday by the sea. The beach in front of the Santa Rosa is perfectly kept with small pebbles when entering the sea. The English speaking staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is at the Beach bar which is really awesome to have the sea so close to you.

Review 16：If rooms had private balkony where guests can hang wet towels and swiming wears it would be perfect. Breakfast is not sufficient. If they can arrange shuttle service to/from city center at night, the guests who don't have cars will be happy.

Review 19：The owners of the hotel were very nice and helpful all the time. The beach is very nice and close to the center. Although it seems 1 star it's better than 3 stars hotels. I would go there again without hesitation ;)
Review 20：Clean, comfortable and child friendly. Kitchen facilities and BBQ in the summer. All rooms are on the ground floor. Our room opened up to the garden and in less than 30 seconds we were on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves were a bonus.

Review 24：Rows of rooms at groundfloor (so not a bad impact on the landscape), very close to the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds - free for the hotel clients - but they suggest you to drink smth at the bar. The beach is sandy with shallow seabed. The room was very small, as was the bathroom. No toiletries. No places where to hang wet bathing suites and beach towels. Good wi-fi. Good standard breakfast.
