Review 1：A lovely room, nicely decorated in white and grey colours, giving it a clean and airy modern feel. There was also a kitchen with a coffee maker which was a nice touch. The bathroom was also nicely decorated with a pebbled tiled floor and underneath the basin. The balcony was spacious and our unit had an ocean view. It is a good location in a quiet area about 5 minutes walk from the centre.

Review 2：Very nice room, design & modern. Walking distance from city center. Kind attention to leave few things for breakfast, although the breakfast was not included.

Review 3：Location was perfect! Short walk from the port. The room was beautiful and it had absolutely everything you may need. The owner Demetrius was super nice and accommodated all our needs, his mom welcomed us with fresh homemade cookies.

Review 4：Anyhow you have to take a scooter, quad or car to explore milos island. Good beaches. Everyone different. So it does not really matter staying in adamas or someplace else.

Review 9：Thé receptionnist was amazing ! She gave us so many tips and advices! Every morning she was giving us her advices on the location and sites we should see and visit giving the weather forecast ! The hotel is only 5minutes away from the marina. It's really cute and comfortable, with a small kitchen . We travelled a lot, through asia and Europe, and we can say it's a excellent hotel!

Review 10：The host was incredibly accommodating, he made us feel welcome and went out his way to look up some information for us. The apartments are lovely, modern and comfortable (as shown in the photos). It is a good location from the port and shops of Adamas.

Review 11：Very good location - 10 minute walk to port and a few minutes walk to main square of Adempas, which also made it very convenient for booking our boat tour (many ships are docked there and you can speak with the captains and choose the ship you prefer most). Family running the business was extremely accommodating - they even let us shower in another room after we checked out and gave us some biscuits for our journey. Room was very clean and nicely decorated. Suite had plenty of room for 3 people. Great restaurant O Hamos 10 minute walk away. Staff gave good advice on which beaches to visit. Only thing to note is that you are not directly on the water (but only one block away) and reception is not available early morning, during siesta, or late at night. However the Mother lives downstairs and was able to help during off hours. Overall had a great time at this lovely hotel and would definitely recommend. Also great value for the price!

Review 19：Absolutely perfect. Suited every need for a small family. The hostess was extremely helpful from morning to night. She was kind and generous with all her knowledge of the island which made for a special experience. Every question answered. Knowledge endless.

Review 20：One thing I really DIDN'T LIKE: we arrived 1 night later as the ferry couldn't reach Milos because it was windy. I called them the day after to advice and to keep the reservation. When we arrived I said to the owner not to pay that night as we didn't stay or at least pay 50%. He really was bad with us as he made nothing to helped us. I called Booking and they said to me was up to him. He was in the right to charge me. Booking called him trying to convince him but he didn't care. he just wanted the money Booking told me sorry about it but the owner just charged the night. And the worst thing is that he changed my reservation in Booking without my permission to take this night out. So, I paid the night to him and he didn't pay the commission to Booking. I think he acted badly and was not necessary

Review 21：The place is well placed to 5minutes walking to the main street. We stayed in a 4pax room very clean, very new, and very big. There is no views to the sea, but it doesn't matter as you are always in the beach! They helped us to rent a car easily and to give us recommendations for beaches and places to go. They left us stay last day the whole day at the same room as ferry was leaving at 19h without any problem. Everyday came to clean up the room we really enjoyed it

Review 22：There was only one fault. The shower was a little small in my room, it was a bit tricky to get in and out of

Review 23：The room was immaculate. I was traveling solo and I had lots of help from the host. She was so accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The location was really close to Adamas main strip, 2min walk.

Review 24：No one is ever at reception to assist with any questions and some staff don't speak English. Our room wasn't ready upon check in and out check in was late. The service was poor.

Review 26：Definetely the walls! On our last night we had some party girls as neighbours which made it impossible for us to sleep or stay in calm in the middle of the night... Because there is no 24hrs reception, there it no one to complain about something like that at night. Unfortunately the floor of our room and the bathroom itself were almost every still dusty and because we had to shave our beards, the hair falled down to the floor. Well, our hair was laying there for the next 3 days!!!! When we arrived there was dust and long, black hairs next to our bed... not that comfty and nice! The island itself is very safe! What I don't find that safe is that there is always a key to main entrance door the whole night cause there is nobody at the reception. So everyone can get into the house in the middle of the night which made us feel uncomfortable... The furnishing itself looked really luxurious on the pictures. Well, most of the stuff is by IKEA which didn't keep that glamour alive in reality...

Review 27：The balcony and the comfort on it is everything and really breathtaking! Nice to take a nap or relax on a warm evening with an ice cold beer... The room is spacious and you have more than enough things to preper your breakfast or a little lunch! It was really nice that the cleaning stuff even washed our dishes in the kitchen and the towels were changed everyday! Thanks a lot for that!

Review 28：Clean, friendly staff but limited hours on duty, walking distance to port but if heavy luggage make sure to take a cab. Need a car to get around and must do Oneiro boat trip around south west island if love snorkelling in caves and grottos!

Review 29：The staff was very nice and helpfull! The woman in the reseption told us about the island, which beaches she recommended and what to do during our stay. The apartment was very nice and the kitchen got what you need. The rooms were just as shown in the pictures. The hotel were in a quiet part of Adamas with bakery and super market nearby. The center of Adamas is just a couple of minutes away. Very pleased with our stay, would absolutely stay here again.

Review 34：These rooms were so modern and clean.. and even more so if you compare them to the rest of the accommodation options in Milos. Wifi was good.. Rooms were nice and spacious.. and the apartments are located behind the main beach street of Adamas.. 4min walk to the port and 2mins to the restaurants.. I would def stay here again as it was worth every single cent and would recommend you to do the same.. you will NOT be sorry... (This is coming from a couple currently living in Dubai and used to all the glitz and glam hotels..!!)

Review 35：The apartments were modern, beautifully decorated, well equipped with all the conveniences of home and the staff were warm, welcoming and went over the top to ensure our stay was the best it could be! We loved the location and the proximity to the best bakery on the island and the grocery stores. Iro was an excellent reception host and full of good ideas about what we should see and do. Maria the grandma washed our laundry for us upon arrival and had it ready the next morning. Her son Dimitri was also very friendly. We could not have asked for a better stay while in Milos!

Review 36：We absolutely loved our stay at Milos Bay Suites! The room was beautiful, clean, had a private balcony and a small kitchen that we used to cook a few meals. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great - less than 10 minute walk from the port. The wifi connect was free and very strong. I would HIGHLY recommend Milos Bay Suites to anyone travelling to Milos. The island is stunning with numerous breathtaking beaches! We recommend renting a car and exploring the island as the roads to the beaches can be quite rocky and steep!

Review 37：Mosquitos can be a problem. Make sure you plug in the mosquito repellant provided and consider bringing something of your own as well.

It appears that the Island is advertising itself as a venue for LGBT weddings and honeymoons. I think it is perfect.

Review 44：First of all, the cleanliness is second to none. The studios have been upgraded to a high standard with modern plumbing etc. Dimitri was most helpful with any questions and his mother, Maria, was most friendly.

Review 45：Friendly staff and owners willing to accommodate all your needs without extra charge. You will not get that even in the most upmarket hotel. Great location close to the supermarket and all taverns and cafes. Most importantly the apartment was very clean and kept clean through out our stay. The decor is also nice and modern, newly decorated.

Review 46：-There is a woman who doesn't speak any languague but greek and theothers who speak English are almost never at the reception. So, theydon't give you any help or information about maps, the island or anyother information you can need.- Even if they clean everyday, the bed was always unmade. - They don't change the towels or the hygienic paper everyday. They put them inside the wardrobe. (they didn't tell us when we arrived and we had to discover it), so you don't know since when they are inside the wardrobe or if they are clean or not. - there is not sea views from the rooms. All balconies have views to the street or the garden.

Review 47：- Rooms really are as you can see on photos, bigs, confortables, clean, & beautiful.- 5 minutes on foot from the port, restaurants, and renting car & tourist agencies. The street is not in the centre of Adamas so you have a calm and quiet location, but really close to the centre walking. -aircondition system, wifi, TV and all the fourniture really new, elegant and good working. Full equiped. -- decoration is really nice, clean and elegant.

Review 50：The ease of travelling around the island from this location, even without hiring a car. The bathroom facilities were excellent. The owner was there to meet us even though we arrived at a very early hour in the morning and let us use a spare room.

She was adorable and she provided amazing suggestions and advices where to go and where to eat! I really can say that our holiday in Milos was superb because of her advices!

Review 54：Our only complaint was that the whole apartment had only one A/C. This made it a little bit difficult for us to sleep at night in the room as we had to rely on the A/C in the living room for our room to cool down.

Review 55：We stayed in an apartment at Milos Bay in the peak season of August. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Great place to stay during your holiday. Easily accessible to all prominent locations in Milos.

Review 56：Room was quite expensive for the amount of space we had for four of us (two adults and two children) but we did get used to our 'inner balcony' with outside view and enjoyed our time there.

Review 57：Beautiful clean white apartment with 'inner balcony' outside the room. High standard of accommodation and shared areas. At the front of Milos Bay, there is a comfortable seating area, shaded by bougainvillea and many people took food and drink there to relax outside. It had everything we needed to enjoy our 6 days on this beautiful island and Katya on reception was always helpful and ready to offer advice about places to visit and to sort out travel business for us. Thoroughly recommended:)

Review 59：This is a new hotel and good beds. If you are out for one big room with space enough for your family on four, this is the place for you. Didn't suite us though :-). 10-15 minutes walk both to town and to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (owner).

Review 60：Really comfortable and CLEAN room, they gave us a present of a bottle of wine and fresh fruit when we arrived. They also helped us arrange a rental car and suggested places to visit. I would definitely return!

Review 62：Our experience at Milos Bay was truly wonderful. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk away from the ferry dock and there is a very good bakery and a grocery store nearby. It is also minutes away from the main shopping and restaurant area in Adamas. The room was clean and spacious, with a modern design. We especially loved spending time on the balcony after a long day at the beach, and we appreciated all the kitchen utensil available in the room. The owners are very friendly, and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Katia at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions to restaurants and sights on Milos, which is a very beautiful island. This would be a toped ranked hotel for me anywhere.

Review 63：Disappointing that there was no offer of pickup or droppoff especially at this price range. The managers mother did the practical work and she didn't speak English. The property just got renovated-restarted, so the processes and routine weren't worked out yet.

The nearest beach is not the best, but the Place is close to the bus stop and from there you can go to other really nice places such as Sarakiniko (the white rocks) and Paleohori beach.

He collected us from the airport.The apartment was only a few minutes walk from supermarkets, bakersand the delightful harbour. While we were there - mid October - it wasvery peaceful.

Review 106：Milos Rooms is a fantastic place to stay! Don't miss it. Maria keeps the place impeccably clean and neat and is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to anything you may need in terms of shops and restaurants. Dimitris, who picked us up from the port, is also incredibly accommodating and interesting to talk with. I cannot speak highly enough of Milos Rooms. It is clean and well maintained. The rooms have kitchenettes and are lovely. Both Maria and Dimitris are incredibly caring people running a great hotel. Dimitris even called on the port police when he thought we were late getting back to the hotel from a seakayaking trip! If in Milos, this is a must stay.

Review 107：Noisy, and the hot water is not enough for all people, so you need to take shower earlier then other guests.
