Review 1：View from the room, the alps were on the other side :(, cleaning charges is a bit on the higher side considering we hardly used the room, far from innsbruck

Review 3：This place was awesome! Gorgeously located right in the mountains right outside of Innsbruck. We were able to hike right from the property. THere is a train station at the end of the driveway that will take you right into innsbruck. There is also a gorcery store 5 minutes away. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back here again! Highly recommended!!

Review 5：the view of the room was beautiful.. with a view of the valley, mountains and next door horses and deer, the owners were very helpful and very friendly, they helped with finding us surrounding attractions and even sent us some homemade cake. Wifi was good and the kitchen had everything you need. parking is also free. and the train station is just a short walk away.

Review 9：Very nice apartment. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! We arrived late, and had no chance to buy anything for breakfast. Claudia asked what we would like and she brought a basket of ham, rolls, cheese, milk, and orange juice the next morning. She gave us the receipt and we paid her. Unbelievably nice!

Review 20：We felt like home staying here. The apartment is well equipped. Katharina was very friendly and helpful, giving us advices about visiting the city and car park. With the guest card from them, you can enjoy discounts in ticket purchase in tourist information. It rained one afternoon when we were in Innsbruck and we saw double-rainbow on the hills on way back to the apartment, amazing!
Review 21：the windows does not have net to prevent insects to come inside it is very important as there is no AC and need to get fresh air to the rooms. we stayed in 3 bed rooms but 1 bathroom. The signals or the TV settings was poor no much to see.

The position is perfect with an amazing view on the mountains and it's just 10 minutes driving from the centre of Innsbruck.

Review 49：An absolute beautiful location the side of a mountain. There were many things to do throughout the town. 20 minutes away from Innsbruck. The pizza place in Mutters was excellant (minus smoking in the restaurant). Large space. Great for 4 people, a baby and dogs. Very welcoming family. Covered parking was nice. Even though I put a couple negatives. i would totally agree with the 9.2 rating and give it a 9.5 rating! I would stay here again.

The property is very clean and well laid out, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The short distances to the ski slopes, villages and city of Innsbruck; with a very efficient tram timetable (tram-stop is very near) it makes it an ideal location.
