Review 1：Check out at 10 am was difficult, we wanted to relax and take little more time. if it at 11 will be perfect.

Review 4：Everything was excellent from the view to the size and standard of the studio apartment. The pool was a good size and temperature. We would definitely recommend this place.
Review 5：The management and owner was very strict, quite unfriendly and had a lot of rules - pool only open until 8PM, children (10+) not allowed to sit by the pool where the wi-fi was available to chat with new friends because the owner lived in the house nearby... so not many common areas to hang out. Not allowed to bring own drinks to the pool only to buy from a bar.... and when you arrive you have to sign a document where you agree to what is inside the appartment/room - even the fridge was mentioned, and how many forks and spoons etc... why not trust people??? No free services - you even have to pay for laundry polets. It would be nice if there were some mutual areas for children to be and fx barbeque pits

Review 11：The views from the balcony were beautiful. The pool was lovely against a special backdrop. Handy to shops and beaches. We originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 4.
Review 12：Wifi functioned very badly only on the balcony, not in the studio, some basic things for kitchen should be paced for guests- at least one kitchen towel, a sponge, some powder-tablets for dish washer. We needed to buy it all even if we needed them just for fiew days.
Review 13：Location, an excellent sea view, super market very close, easy to find the residence because indications are placed all over the town. Nice garden around the residence, calm place. We would come back again.
Review 14：The bed is a bit small. Both length (1.90m) and width (1.40m or so) are a bit limited. This was in the 2-room apartment. We understood that the beds are bigger in the suites. Next time we will consider booking that instead.
Review 15：We stayed at a 2 room apartment with sea view. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, modern and clean, has a good size balcony with a fabulous view of the bay and the sunset. Very comfortable place to stay, quiet but still relatively close to Propriano, supermarket, main roads and beaches. You will need a car to get around though.

The residence is built in a big, green area of land. Great view to the mountains and the sea and generally a very peaceful and calm environment. Friendly staff and good wi-fi access. Would definately recommend it or stay again.
