Review 1：Comfortable, quite und clean room, very helpful and friendly staff, good and rich breakfast. The tasty dinner made half pension a real deal.

Review 3：It wasn't snow, the hotel was too low situated and we were obliged to drive some 20km to find cross-country ski tracks.

We were givenanother room which in our opinion was as good as previous one and whenmentioning this to hotel management we received a blunt "that'sall we have". I recommed they improve on the soft skills if theywant to have guests returning to their hotel.
