Review 4：I went for a short break to treat my daughter/24, before starting a new job. We were both absolutely delighted when we were shown to our large and bright room. Very friendly hosts. Chris recommended we visit Keyhaven for a nice walk, we were not disappointed. Thank you.

Review 18：House on busy main road but back of house quieter and surrounded by woodland. From our bedroom windows we saw many woodpeckers, sometimes all at the same time, feeding in the garden. Also foxes in the meadow in the evenings though no deer whilst we were there and resident cockerels and their ladies in the garden.

Review 24：Well situated just outside of Lyndhurst. The pub that was in walking distance sells excellent food, just right for a wind down at the end of the day. Room was well kept and had a seating area with tv.Just perfect!

Review 27：The only slight drawback is that you do get some traffic noise from being on the main road, but it is not a busy road at night so didn't really impact on our stay to any great degree. It wouldn't stop us staying there again.

Lovely cosy feel to the place, great hospitality and a very nice breakfast. Right on the edge of the forest for a morning stroll, and only 15 mins drive from the coast. I would reccomend.
