Review 5:Our keycards were misconfigured, so they did not open the doors after 2 days.
Review 6:Perfect location, lots of facilities. Food was excellent, and the staff was always nice and friendly.
Review 7:Air condition in room is very bad. You adjust on 22'C but in room was still 28'C. Too hot in the room. Air condition should be much better.
Review 8:Very nice hotel in Vrsar. Close to restaurants, sea and all atractoins in this city. Hotel in typical for Croatia style. Small room but You have everything You need. bject is rather big, it's not typical hotel, but rather small apartments. Depend where You have Your room You have to spend 1-5 minutes to go to swiming poll or restaurant but on holiday its not problem. I think that this Belvedere Hotel is one of the best in Vrsar. Swimming Pool is ok, breakfast ok.
Review 9:Nothing.
Review 10:We stayed at the hotel for one night and everything was good. We appreciated the upgrate to an appartment with a nice view of the sea. Checkin was done promptly and information provided kindly.
Review 11:We had multiple unfortunate misunderstandings with the Front Office staff:1.) I had specifically requested for a room with unobstructed view of the sea (once during the booking process and also in a separate mail after that), since having a small child meant having to spend most evenings on the balcony. I understand this request was subject to availability, but we received one of the only rooms with a tree DIRECTLY in front of the room, with no view at all. I confronted reception after check-in, but got a simple answer that no room matching my request was available. (We stayed for 10 nights)2.) My wife asked the reception for suggestions on what to do on a rainy afternoon. We got told to spend time in the hotel's restaurant.3.) Housekeeping forgot to replenish toilet paper one morning. No big issue as such, but when we contacted reception about this after breakfast, we were told to wait until 18:30, since nobody had time to take care of our request.4.) All of the previous points I would never have mentioned, had the following not happened during our day of departure: We were preparing our luggage to leave the room and decided to boil water for the baby's bottle using our kettle. It was 10:00 am (check out time) and the electricity of the room was suddenly shut off. I called reception, who informed me that this was their normal procedure when guests overstayed. I requested the receptionist to switch electricity on again, mentioning my need to boil water for our baby. I was told that this was not possible. After loading my car, I went up to reception and asked for the manager on duty, since I wanted to discuss my feelings on this personally, instead of writing a review as I am doing now. The receptionist did not fulfill my request and simply forwarded me to her colleague, who refused to let me speak to the manager.
Review 12:Well kept and clean establishment. Surprisingly good restaurant - both for breakfast and dinner. The F&B and Housekeeping staff where always extremely friendly and deserve to be complimented (by the way: Elvis is the king!). Vrsar is a pretty village, a short stroll from the hotel, with a well kept marina and interesting old town..
Review 13:I was disapointed with calculation from booking because the reception has requested to pay additional tax for 1 child though I have marqued all persons during the booking process.correctly.
Review 14:nice view, directly on the sea
Review 15:Lots of steps to the room or a steep hill with a pushchair, however this was good for daily exercise so it wasn't such a big deal. no wifi in the rooms.
