Guesthouse Nikos Rooms sells fast on our site. The family-run Nikos Rooms is located in Votsi Village of Alonissos, just 150 feet from the beach and a short walk from taverns and cafés. It offers a blossomed sun terrace with BBQ facilities and rooms with free Wi-Fi and a balcony.
Enjoying views over the garden or the Aegean Sea, all rooms of Nikos are air conditioned and heated. Each unit is equipped with a fridge, a TV and a private bathroom with shower.
BBQ facilities and free shuttle services from the port are provided. Guests may participate in the boat trips organized by Nikos Rooms.
Patitiri Port lies within 1.2 miles from Nikos Rooms, while the scenic Alonissos Town is at 2.2 miles. Guests will find the sandy Chryssi Milia Beach at 1.6 miles and Marpunta Resort at 2.5 miles. Free private parking is possible on site.

Review 5：I have been to many places around Europe and Greek islands but he hospitality by Mr Nicos and Mrs Irene, cleanless, location-view, and ratio price quality is second to none. Warm people, friendly and honest. We felt like been home with our people. The decision is made. We will visit the island and Nicos rooms again.

Review 11：We had a great stay at Nikos rooms during our 2014 summer vacation. The rooms were kept clean, the balcony was big enough and the view overlooking to the sea was marvelous! :) Nikos is great and is always ready to help you and to make your stay comfortable. He gave us a map of the island and was always there to give us some advices regarding the different beaches and places we may visit. We had a great stay there and I would definitely go again some day! I highly recommend the place if you prefer more quiet and peaceful stay.

He helped us, answered every questions we had about the island, he was very attentioned to the quality of our stay and he gave us advises during our trip. The rooms are very clean, it's a quiet and a charming place, ideally located.
Review 29：Nikos is great! The best owner in Alonissos; friendly and kind. The place is very quite and our room was big and clean. The room's terrace was fantastic with wonderful view on the sea. Close to Patitiri, around 1 km.
Review 30：Rooms were ugly. Faucets and toilet flush had trouble functioning. Cleaning was basic. Definitely not worth the 35e/night for a double room that we were paying. I wouldn't reccoment the rooms, unless the price is around 20e/night.

Review 33：We had an amazing staying in Nikos room. The hotel is very clean andfull of charm. It is located in front of a marvellous beach that wecould see from our balcony. The owner, Nikos, is the most gentleman inGreece. He picked us up from the harbor and did the same thing when weleft. He is very friendly and really pays attention of our wellness. Hehelped us with everything we needed and made us discover Alonnissos andthe islands next to it with his boat and we also fished together!! Itwas a great day! We highly recommend Nikos' paradise!!!!!
