Review 1：Not enough sunbeds and swimming pool far too small for that amount of people. Our room was never cleaned within 10 days! Only the sheets and towels were changed. Not enough information from the reception for example they didn't tell us that we have to pay for the pool towels if we change them. Very crowded place, extremely difficult to park plus we had a very long walk up the hill which with 2 little kids was not easy.

Review 2：Apartment was very comfortable and spacius, looked very new. The town itself is very pretty. Easy access to the good restaurants.

Review 3：Wifi should be available in the rooms and not only fixed internet as most travelers with mobile phones rely on it for communication. Having to go to the restaurant for Wifi is not always convenient. A kettle in the kitchen would have been nice.

Review 13：The management is incompatible - they are trying hard, but do things worse vs. last year: They tried to give another room (smaller), that we paid, we had to change appartments, no one ever said sorry. Embarrasing evening shows with 10-20 guests, but so loud, that the other 800 guest have no chance to have rest until midnight, Cleaning worse vs. last year, We were unable to check out in the evening, because they shut down the cashier, They use students in the restaurant who know nothing about service, and mix up everything possible to annoy guests.Terrible parking conditions, you'll have to fight for a place.

Review 15：Awesome location, apartments surrounded by flowers. All apartments are very close to the sea (beach) and with seaview. Village Vrsar could not conceal it's italian origin. Typical italian narrow streets with traditional colorful houses are ideal for romantic evening walks.

Review 17：really close to the sea, only few steps, perfect nice view from higher floor we stayed in, quite location, access to the sea is ok even for children (there is beach for children, as well as ladders for adults who like deeper sea)

Review 19：Very good location, right at the beach and close to the centre of the village. The environment is silent enough, especially at night, when only seagulls and waves from the sea make some noise. The premium apartment we booked was in a very good condition, spotlessly clean with modern furniture. Although cleaning is scheduled only once a week, towels were changed regularly, and beds were made up, too.

Review 29：Excellent location in Istria. The hotel has a wonderful view over the sea and town of Vrsar. Great appartment with nice furniture. Excellent facilities such as restaurant, beaches and pool area. Great value of money. We have stayes in this hotel six times since 2010 and hope to be back soon again.

Review 30：The couch in the living room is too small and the feather bed too thin for adults. We travelled with elder people and it was not easy to climb up the 150 seps each time. The installed escalators were not in operation.

Review 38：There are too few parking spaces close to the apartments during peak season. In June last year it was ok but July you had to be back early if you were out. It meant we had to drop stuff off and go and park in the car park 200m away. A minor inconvenience.

Review 39：The apartment we had was very quiet as most apartments were. We had a nice view but the best views were from the apartments highest up. However it is a steep hill and it is not for the frail who should try to get the apartments close to the shore. The service was excellent. I told the desk of a small drainage problem and someone was round to fix it within hours.

Review 40：Parking was not the best. We were lucky to get a parkingspace nearby the apartment, but others had to walk a long way. Check-in was to slow. Pool closing at 19.00 was to early.

Review 70：Idea area and great facilities. The location of the apartments and their proximity to beautiful Vrsar make for an ideal family location. Lots to do and see and Croatian restaurants very good with a european feel with great fish. The apartments are modern, well equipped and spacious. We would certainly recommend to others in a similar situation.

Review 71：The first thing we noticed in the rooms was how filthy the rugs and bedspreads were. The rugs in particular had many years of ground in dirt and desperately needed replaced. Parking is a nightmare. There is no parking lot so you just have to find some place on one of the narrow streets of the resort. Most of the two lane streets have been taken up by people trying to find someplace to park making maneuvering around very difficult. The rooms sit on a very steep hillside and it is a fairly arduous climb to get from the pool or beach. My wife counted 150 steps to our room. There used to be escalators but they appear to be permanently disabled. There is no wifi available on the property. There is wired internet in the rooms but it is very expensive. The beach area is very small and all gravel. Water shoes or sandals are a must.

Review 72：The view from our room was spectacular. You could see the Mediterranean, nearby islands, the harbor with all of the boats and the town of Vrsar. Just amazing! The rooms with a few notable exceptions (see negatives) were clean, modern and updated. The pool was very clean and well taken care of. Even being very busy in July our family of six was always able to find some chairs. In general the property is very nice and a close walk to the charming town of Vrsar.

Review 73：No Wi-Fi on premises. The internet connection could be bought (bringyour own cable!), but was very expensive.

Review 74：The studio appartment was clean and nice - big enough for family of 3.The pool was great. My 5-year old looooved the mini club - big thumbsup. The staff was nice and eager to give good service. Talked manylanguages.

Review 75：The grounds were not that well kept. A lot of weeds coming through the paving. Some steep hills but we managed OK (the moving stairs were not working). The pool was quite crowded and it could be a bit of a struggle getting sun loungers by late morning. Maid service was a bit hit and miss. We were advised they would come every other day but we only saw her twice during a 10 day stay. Late checkout was expensive. There were also high charges for everything on the hotel beach which after paying well over £3000 for two apartments for 9 nights I thought was a bit excessive. Overall, very good though and we had a great holiday.

Review 76：Location was great just a few minutes walk to the marina and bars/restaurants. Views were fantastic. Apartment was spotless and well equipped. The children loved the pool which had a lovely chdilrens area. the food in the hotel restauramnt was great and reasonably priced. Vrsar was an excellent location for exploring Istria.

Do not have open balcony door or window during the night! The sea is not so clean because of Vrsar harbour next to the resort but OK.

Review 82：Everything was perfect. Very good localization, almost all the apartments have a beautiful sea view, relative cheap for this price (low season).

Review 83：The appartments are built on a very steep hillside (rather than the 'gentle slope' they advertise!) which was not ideal with a baby as we were constantly having to lift the buggy up and down stairs, and some of the hills were very steep to wheel her up and down we had to lift 2 of the wheels off the ground to keep it more level! Also they closed the hotel restaurant half way through our holiday without letting us know. We also didnt know that we would have to pay extra for almost all of the amenities such as table tennis, and even the sun beds at the beach you had to pay an extra €4 per day to use! A few of the restaurant staff spoke no English (95% of the guests were German) my husband speaks German so it wasn't too much of a problem for us, but may be for others.

Review 84：The appartments were very modern and comfortable, especially for the price (out of season). At first we were given an appartment far away from the pool, reception etc with a bit of a rubbish view, but after speaking to the recption staff we were able to choose a nicer one with a better view of the sea. The reception staff spoke very good English and were helpful, even though they weren't particularly friendly.

Review 86：The hotel offered many activities. It was great having access to a kitchen. Our room had a fantastic view but the living area had a small tv and the sitting areas were limited to a small sofa and a kitchen table. The bedroom and bath were nice as was the deck.

Review 87：Not really 'not liking' but we were missing 'fun' facilities for oursmall child (1,5 year old), E.G. "mini-club" is only for children from 3years, the swimming pool is a bit too deep for kids <3 years, ratherbasic playground, no sandbox at all, btw did not find any sandbox inwhole Vrsar.

Review 91：a cleaning lady seemed to have her own schedule, kids bedding was changed twice whilst ours never, also she only changed towels which she thought needed to be changed - no matter if you thought otherwise. animation for kids was poor - ours did not want to stay for kids disco, but they thoroughly enjoyed life music in the evenings for grown-ups though. parking lots on the territory, and but one does not have a reserved lot plus streets are quite narrow, which was a bit worrisome, given that EU and Swiss insurances do not cover Croatia.
