Review 1：From the exterior you would not suspect that the accommodation is so modern, clean and comfortable. A complete refurbishment of the rooms makes for a very pleasant surprise.

Review 4：The door to the bathroom area doubled as the door to the wardrobe (which opened into the bathroom area) so if felt a bit weird when showering/toilet that the wardrobe was open. As it is only 1 of 7 units there were no additional amenities such as a pool or a place to sit outside.
Review 5：The bed was comfortable and the bathroom area was roomy. Parking was right outside the door. Good wifi access. Quiet. The attached hotel was convenient and served high class food.

Review 20：Although I booked a "Free Cancellation" booking, the total fee was taken from my credit card account, plus credit card payment fee of 1.5% AT BOOKING! The confirmation does state "Please note that your credit card may be pre-authorised prior to your arrival". I did not expect the money to be taken from my account one month before arrival.

Review 27：cleanliness of apartment was not great, dust, things under bed from previous guests, carpet had not been vaccumed and the balcony looked like it hadn't been swept in months.... ! Cigarette butts scattered outside! No tv in main bedroom??

Review 35：After 10 hour drive, checked in and trying to sleep at 11.30pm but get a phone call from staff asking if I was going to check in (person who checked me in forgot to mark my name or something like that - although I found that strange too as a copy of my licence was taken so they should have known I was already there). Room wasn't serviced daily (just rubbish removed). Clock radio was not plugged in so I had to set it up - not realising it had an alarm setting turned on for midnight so scared the living day lights out of me when it went off in the middle of the night - same night I got the late night phone call from staff asking if I was checking in). No big deal though. Other issues were the late night noise associated with having the pub right there onsite - throwing out bottles, people leaving etc - didn't think this would bother me but it did.

The complimentary milk in the fridge had been open and was off. It's not hard to clean a small room and for the money charge one would expect it to be spotless.

The basin wasn't wiped nor was the bin emptied & floor not mopped. Beds also not made up. No face washers provided or tea towell in kitchen. Also no tissues in bathroom.

Location a little too far out to walk to local eateries and town centre. With a little more care and thought could have been a really nice stay. Overall disappointing.

Review 61：Restaurant was fully booked so didn't get a table. Even though plenty empty tables. We could've had quick early dinner so they could turn around. Even offered to sit in back courtyard but it was a no. Toilet was leaking so unpleasant during night to step in water. No cleaning service in between to clean floor. We used a roll of toilet paper to clean.

It was modern, clean and spacious with a large bathroom, mini kitchenette (with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes & cutlery), comfy beds, iron with ironing board, heating and cooling (with fans in each bedroom), good sized TV, WiFi that actually works, off street parking. It has a restaurant/pub attached which we didn't try but we couldn't hear any noise from where we were. Location wise it's just outside the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it's a great little place to stay, we'd recommend it.

Review 103：The place promised free wifi, however the password given to you by their staff does not work, not that it matter because you can't even get wifi signal in your room. The cutlery was covered with so much dust it felt really unhygienic to use. The towel provided was paper thin. You also need to use the toilet paper as your facial tissue. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest, you sure will be disappointed. I visit Bendigo regularly and only stayed here because the usual place I stay was booked out. You can definitely find a much more decent place for the same amount of price.

When I let them know about a concern I had with the window lock they immediately fixed it, even though the function was in progress and they were extremely busy. As I was a female travelling on my own I felt comfortable knowing it was fixed. They could not have been more helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Review 122：the room was unclean, the ants were every where even when I told the staff at 9.30 pm he told me he would wipe it or spray but I refused because of my 8 months baby so I asked to change the room but I've been told they were all booked so I asked to book in another hotel after 1 hour I've been given the name of the new hotel without any address except little paper with silly directions. I spent 1 hour looking for that hotel so I checked in at 12 am. we were so tired but the next day the arm hotel had blamed me saying it's me that i brought baby food in the room but no one told me no food in the room instead of that I've been asked to take my rubbish out. I am not happy at all because this hotel doesn't worth the 4 stars. how can i forget my fears when i saw the ants crawling on my baby bottle? and how i forgive that we were spinning the whole night looking for the other hotel.I hope that the manager will read this to know what I and my family have been through.
