Review 1：Very ok for my purpose. You might be happy with a GPS Navigation, otherwise you might get lost on many small roads without roadsigns.

Review 2：I only used it for one night (getting up at five), because it was close to the airport and quite cheap. And the only one with a 4 Person Room. Absolutely end of season, we were the only ones. Therefore booking.com contacted me via mobile phone, which was strange. The owner of the hotel wanted to know which time we would arrive (because we were the only guests that day). He was very kind and wanted to explain everything. I didn't want to know anything, just a short sleep and then off to cold Switzerland....

Review 3：Long way to beach and very little there. We were,only there for one night in transit and it was absolutely fine for that.

Review 4：Immediate surroundings good and room clean. Bed hard. Attractive complex, decent breakfast. The accommodation seemed better than the resort.

Review 5：The air condition...needs service. Hotel Staff are good but they don't know how to handle problem encounter like this one,which is very important for the guest to let them feel comfort and relax while staying in their vicinity.

Review 7：the bed (and especially the pillow) not that comfortable, wifi not working all the time, rooms were a bit stuffy. this area is also close to the air force base, so some times during the day (every day) we could hear the noise from the jets taking off (if you've never heard that before in your life, it is very loud). Not a huge problem, but worth knowing especially if your plan is to stay around the hotel all day...

Review 9：The owners and staff at Creta Vitalis were lovely and helpful. The rooms were airy and modern and very clean. The pool was great and thd beach very close!

Review 10：The apartment was humid, with moisture and molds problems. So the air quality was really bad. We opened windows but with no mosquito net in the windows it was also difficult and we didn't want to leave all windows and doors opened during the night or when we were not at home. I think they should not rent this apartment in this condition.

Review 24：The place is really nicely located, only 500m away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The family-owner are very helpful, kind and sweet, everyone smiling. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony is fantastic (one of the best sunsets ever seen!). It's only 10 min drive away from Chania and the airport. Swimming pool was also very nice!

Review 28：There was a leak from the ceiling next to the shower, so the floor was always wet. Very basic appliances, dishes and cutlery. The electric kettle didn't work and had to be replaced. Very old t.v. set with bad reception. Wi-fi worked only in the lobby area. Relatively long walk to the beach on the main road with no sidewalk.

Review 34：The hotel is run by the Tzanakakis family, and they are very friendly and happy to fulfill any need of the guests. The place is full of flowers and most of the rooms have a nice view of the sea and the coast. The pool is nice too.

Review 79：This is my second stay at this hotel, and will choose it whenever I come to Crete. Perfect location, close to the airport, close to Chania. New bedsheets every day. The owner and his wife are brilliant people, you really feel like you were going home. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. She may have been overworked.Facility was quite far from Chania (city) and a car rental was required.Winding roads and reckless Greek drivers make the driving unsafe. Mywife fell in the shower because of slippery conditions and struck herhead on the commode. Hospital visit was required. They should have had arubber mat for traction in the shower or at least safer conditions.

Review 90：the staff is very welcoming and friendly. we chose this hotel because it is very close to the airport (10 mins drive) and our flight was arriving late in Crete. we only spent one night and we enjoyed the swiming pool and the location. the rooms are simple and clean.

Review 91：the pictures on booking.com were not showing the reality; place is presented as new and nice, but in fact it is old, full of moistiure, scent of mould, etc. Definitely you don't get the real value for your money!

Review 92：The kitchenette was not well equipped, and there were really many ants walking around, we had to place all the food in the fridge. There is also often noises from the airplanes of the closeby Hania airport and the military airport. Our studio was also in front of the street but you can find studios more silent.

Review 93：The place is very nice, with a large swimming pool that looks at the sea, and very nice stone buildings and flowers. The room is equipped with modern furniture and very clean. There is a nice beach at about 5 minutes walk.

Review 94：There is no path to the beach. You`ve got to go via the road about 15 min(with baby), it can be dangerous if you travel with children! The noise from airport is present and NATO jets have a training exercises almost every day!

Good vacation and spending a time for family with little child. Towels were changed every day and wet cleaning of the floor too! Amazing view on the sea and beautiful sunset! Good beach with good restaurant!(15 min walking). I highly recommend this hotel for economy family vacation! Good ratio between price and quality!

Review 96：Absolutely everything. My daughter and I had a studio apartment. Thehotel is 3 minutes walk to the beach. We took the local bus from Chaniabus station to Kalathas. Walk 100m from bus stop to hotel. Very friendlyand welcoming hotel staff.

Wedidn't mind at all but if you do, ask for a room further from the road- most of them overlook the sea anyway. As it's close to the airport(easy transfer by hired car is a plus) there are some planes takingoff and landing making some extra noise (we even saw and heard natofighter jets :)

Review 111：Its a realy nice hotel in a realy quiet zone, the water from the kalathas bay its simply amazing, you feel like you are in a warmed up pool, and if you have chidren you can simply feel safe, But if you have a car is 5 min from Chania and a nice place to start your travels around Crete. The Tzanakakis are simply amazing people, they make you feel at home and help you in anything you need. I want to come back there, But this time i will book a car before going. Some people can say that the planes that pass by are kind of anoying. I Kind of liked it.
