Review 1：Overall, everything was very good. A couple of very minor issues, net curtain in room was a bit ripped & hotel mobile phone was 'beeping' in the hall at regular intervals through the night, but otherwise, no complaints.
Review 2：Lovely breakfast, room & bed were comfy, attentive & friendly service from owner & waiting staff. Bathroom was very spacious and shower very good. Fridge in room was a bonus.

The little touches were great such as wide selection of organic tea and coffee and cherry biscotti in room, fresh milk in room fridge, fresh water bottles in room. Situated on a lovely quiet side road a bit back from the busy front but only 5 mins walk away from high street. Easy parking. A very high quality guest house.

Review 20：I was really impressed by the attention to detail. I was offered a drink on arrival. The rooms are not massive, but everything was modern and worked. Interesting breakfast options, not just the normal "full English". I wished I could stay longer.

It was more like your own apartment with so much attention to decor and furnishings including a wood fireplace in both bedrooms (yes our room included two private bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a dressing area). What a surprise! The breakfast was nothing short of amazing and you could mix and match the menu to suit your tastebuds. All was prepared to order and again with meticulous attention to detail. This accommodation is definitely worth of its excellent 5 star rating! We could easily life here!!

Review 28：We particularly enjoyed the contact from the proprietor after our booking. This contact was to ask for any personal requests or dietary requirements. We were met on arrival by Yuliya and offered tea/ coffee and cake in the lounge. The rooms are very tastefully decorated in pale fresh colours and everywhere is absolutely immaculate. The breakfast was very tasty and offered plenty of choices. We dined with four other visitors but the very capable waitress attended to all our needs and was very pleasant. Overall this hotel comes highly recommended by three very satisfied guests. Thank you Yuliya, keep up the good work.

Nice selection of tea in the room and coffee with a cafetiere. Very good breakfast next morning, served at a sensible time for those who want a lie in!

Review 45：The bed was far too soft for us as we prefer it firmer.The bathroom needed updating.The sink had two separate taps for hot and cold water so that was difficult to use. A walk in shower would have been ideal,I have a knee problem so it was not easy climbing into a tub to have a shower.

Review 50：This is a large, well situated house superbly modernised into a B and B with many of the characteristics and comforts of a small "boutique" hotel. Our "Turret" room was spacious and luxurious. The breakfast was one of the best we have had anywhere. The welcome could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Review 52：The hotel is beautifully clean and very stylish - it's often tricky to find boutique hotels in UK seaside towns so this kind of guest house is ideal. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful whilst also not being intrusive at all. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a few of the sea from the room.
