Review 1：No complaints.

Review 2：Although the hotel was busy due to the 'Euro mini football tournament' there was plenty of space. It is near a camp site, but that was not a problem. The property is about a 15 minute walk from Vrsar, which has a wide selection of good restaurants. The staff were very helpful in giving information.

Review 3：This is a not a place for strawler and babies. There are stairs everywhere to almost every room/building which is complicated. There are no ramps! Rooms are very small to put a crib! Reception is understaffed so be prepared to wait in a long que for anything. Every thursday they have a fest, music is played very koud till midnight. Its no place for babies.

Review 4：Some houses have a steep climb to the apartment - a challenge with a very small child. Rooms are less impressive than shown on the pictures.

Review 9：The Location of this resport is a big plus. You have two pools (mostly for children) and excess to the sea. The breakfast had a good choice and variety and the staff was failry helpful.

Review 10：The tables were not bussed in the last half an hour of the breakfast or only very seldom. The wifi connection in the lobby, restaurant and pizzeria was fast, for the rooms we needed a portable wifi device which was provided us for free, however it was quite slow.

Review 11：Great location directly on the rocky beach with crystal clear sea water! Our room had a beautiful sea view. The room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance into the Vrsar city center. Very good breakfast, at the end of June the breakfast hall was luckily not that busy yet. The whole resort is very quite as it is located far away from the main road - ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Review 12：on the breakfast buffet there is not much choice for clean eaters (organic vegan) we booked very early and yet did not get our rooms on time of arrival and most annoying they had to fix a lot of items such as shower, safety box ... during our stay. We did not break them but had to complain at the reception till they got fixed.

Review 14：On booking I requested twin bedded room. On arrival at the resort the room had a double bed. I complained to reception and was offered another room, which was the same. The following day we were upraded to another which was OK. My main complaint is the location it is quite far from town and not really walking distance. At no time in the brochure or the booking agent was it indicated that most of the rooms were located up steep hills and require transport. Nothing special. The brochure must indicate a car is required it not for elderly guests with no trsnsport

Review 22：Camp directly to the resort, you didnt feel like in 4star resort. Poor furniture in rooms - 3 star, definitely not 4 star!!!! Our safe didnt work, shower was old, mouldy, door broken, old TV. Staff not very friendly with poooooor English - they didnt even want to give us our ID and passports pack when we wanted to go on a trip to Venice!

Review 34：They changed the bed linen and towels in a very irregular pattern, for the first week we never got the linen changed then three days in a row every day. the director in the pizzeria as well as in the bar was very unfriendly and rude because sometimes we brought in our own snacks to have with the drinks in the bar; they have no snacks on the card there!!! The choice of food for vegetarians was very limited

The regulations state that guests are allowed to consumebeverages in the room, but only from the minibar: the minibar was empty!The beach is practically non-existent. No wifi in the room. If one needsInternet they must pay at the Reception and they only have Internet inthe common areas. Definitely far from the standards of 4-star hotels,the pictures they display are very artistic.

Review 43：Great location on the waters edge, just 10mins walk to Vrsar which is a beautiful fishing village with many restaurants. Petalon resort was very clean, reasonable cost and good dive centre and also a large campsite for mainly Dutch and German tourists.

Review 44：I didn't get, what I expected! Based on the pictrues you can assume that you will have view on the water, but based on the comment of the staaf they have NO room with sea view only sea side view. They don't have any double bed rooms but two single bed pushed together. They don't get the information what you send on the comment view. Don't be surprised by the luck of wifi and the enormous camping next to them.

Poolwas terrible, no shade, renting of deckchairs, pool closing at 6pm withsecurity shooing kids out of the pool and quite hazardous withelectricity cables lying around on wet floor and nails pokong out fromfloorboards. I complained and it took them 6 days to answer thecomplaints!!!. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't come back.There is far better hotels and locations to spend money on in Istria.

Review 49：Room equipment was good and room had nice balcony with sea view.Aircondition was working nicely although it was quite loud. There isshop nearby and newspaper kiosk.
