Review 1：wi fi almost nonexistent, cleaning on request and not so good !

Review 4：The location of these apartments is ideal and the view superb.When we had a problem with the toilet and air-conditioning it was quickly rectified.

Review 5：Some street noise that quieted down by 11pm. Bathroom had a bad odor (sewer?). Wifi only worked outside the front door. Although the view was a 10, you had to be standing to see it. The small balcony had a wall that prevented a sitting down experience.

Review 6：We had a seaside room with a wonderful view from the balcony. Food, swimming, ATM, shopping, seaside walks were very close to our unit. The room itself was pretty basic, but adequate. Nice ocean cross breeze. Check-in staff up the hill at the hotel were very helpful. Parking was conveniently onsite, but did seem pretty full. Overall a recommend.

Review 7：These apartments are right next to the harbor promenade. They all have amazing views, and you feel "in the heart" of this fishing village. It is close to other attractions in Istria. They are open year round, too, which is useful.

Review 8：Nothing I didn't like but some irritations namely, the wifi was not that fast. The rooms do not cope with external noise that well and the kitchenette could have been better appointed.

Review 12：Our appartment was overbooked (although there were still 7 appartments available on booking) - therefor we were forced to take a suite in hotel for first night. They promised, that the appartment will be available next day at noon - we waited till 2 pm!!

Review 13：absolutely fantastic location nice harbour and old town view very well equipped (AC, microwave oven, towels, soap in shower, hairdryer etc.) quiet place (it may differ in peak season) free usage of interior swimming pool excellent location for walking tours ...do not believe negative comments: wi-fi was working whole stay without interruption, furniture is in very good condition (mind how much you pay)

Review 14：we had some noisy young people next door and below us, but that was out of the control of the management. They settled down early enough, so not such an issue. Kitchen could have been better stocked.

Review 37：Apartment is more than comfortable for a couple it's on a beautiful location and with an amazing view. Check in is in the hotel Pineta just above the apartment building. No loud disco bars in the neighborhood, just calm restaurants with good and not expensive food.

Everythingwas very clean, including toilettes on the beach and by the pool.Waiters and service personell was very polite and friendly. Restaurantprices was nice. The kids loved the pool, the beach with aquapark(trampoline, slides etc.) and the small tivoli. Vrsar is a beautifullittle town, nice for strolling around. Take a trip up the church-towerfor nice wiev of the area. We will return here next year.

Review 46：The kitchen is really not suitable for cooking and preparing meals for afamily. The ac barely works (the one in the living room wasn't coolingeffectively at all). The furniture is really really old. The bed was tooshort - it is 1.9m long.

Review 48：We booked accommodation day before coming to actual place with no complications. Check-in in Hotel Pineta, walking distance to the Apartmants Riva, just down the hill. Parking right in front of the entrance. We have been very happy with people working there, since all very nice, always greeting the guest while passing (the cleaning ladies, the chef..). The beach is at the walking distance lower of appartments Belvedere, really clean and quiet, nice atmosphere with trees and trimmed grass. What I recommend the most is the Restaurant from the same company called Široko - exceptional service and food. Really nice and would come back anytime!

Review 49：We were three adults and the apartment is really very small. I would not want to be there as a family of four for a week - it is simply too small and there is not enough room on the balcony for more than two to sit at a time.
